-GOOD makes sense, trying to and usually do (once I knew to), train largest motor neuron mobilizing exercises/muscle groups as well as test and GH stimulating exercises/groups pre-training other groups, always good. DIPS and LEG RAISES and LEG lunges, leg press ---> a ton of other stuff.
Or dips, pullups -- Isolateral Back Pulldowns (whatever the hell they're called), and then Isoflex/lateral seated rows and then 4-5 other things.
-I.E. CHINUPS mobilize more motor neurons and I think slow twitch fibers (I may have this backwards) and therefore owns every single bicep exercise ever.
-OR SQUATS -- DEADS and CHINUPS --- (I LIKE CHINUPS FIRST BC I'm actually good at them and dips... squats can be done first too tho, but it's harder) ---> THE REST.
-BIG COMPOUND MOVEMENTS ---> INDIVIDUAL/ISOLATED MUSCLE/LIFTS GROUPS.

Yeah most people do legs on their own day, it would be good to take advantage of this

I do legs in isolation and I do sprints every other day after workout. I never have done anything like upper body workout after doing legs however the next day after doing legs I have like a mild full body pump so I can definitely see where the increase in hormones come into play and how training something like shoulder or arms or something immediately after doing legs could help.

But maxed out tris and did 68 ++ dips 25 + leg raises end 210 back pull downs

Going to gym commando style is best.
Take coke 16 hrs, and again at 15 hrs, and 1 hr and all times in between pre gym and Cialis while in car. Boom, huge gains. I still look like a skinny person.... But strong!

I get this too sometimes. I think it's just some women a man who's socially intelligent, can be happy to be around and not just grunt like a brute in their cultures they think might be gay. Or sometimes if you're not overly thirsty for them a lot of girls egos will make it out that you're gay because they're used to guys dropping to their feet. Also sometimes if you dress well / form fitting some girls get the connotation.
I think it's a cultural thing too though. I never get the gay thing in Greece but I get sometimes in Canada and usually of women of a particular ethnicity. I think Serbian girls for instance. Their concept of what a man is is very narrow black/white in general.
/ I'm kinda an artsy type and eccentric which can be misunderstood as gay lol

oh ya montreal is similar to Greece in that girls won't think you're gay as much. Guys dress more stylishly and the ethnicities in montreal are more artsy/modern.
Toronto has 1) 'hockey bro culture' from smaller towns moving into the big city eg) guelph/london/kingston and 2) more newcomers with more rigid cultures.
