yeah I actually read this in men's health when I was 16 LOL so I always start with deads or squats. You get a massive spike in T which will give you gainz on all other lifts.

Tubz you're already yolked as fuck tho haha

in addition it's best to keep workout under 45 minutes because the T spike turns into cortisol spike if it goes over that time period I've read.

and evntl marriag.e i had hella opportunities before fin and during and b4 lockdown, agn soon, when out on own agn.

(im back home bc neck etc dislocated 100x a day after vax, only for weeks but i needed braces, back neck wrists etc... ktape).

I usually still do legs first a bit. But total body fitness,.. even 1-2 wrkts a week i can mtn or get stronger or cut back fat.
no wrkts i can lose fat on carnivore., let alone on hrt, but the thing abt exercise for me is mostly it helps mood stability and focus,
likely AuDHD. And Depression, Trauma, Anxiety too.
