(im back home bc neck etc dislocated 100x a day after vax, only for weeks but i needed braces, back neck wrists etc... ktape).
I usually still do legs first a bit. But total body fitness,.. even 1-2 wrkts a week i can mtn or get stronger or cut back fat.
no wrkts i can lose fat on carnivore., let alone on hrt, but the thing abt exercise for me is mostly it helps mood stability and focus,
likely AuDHD. And Depression, Trauma, Anxiety too.
