No, you take L-Arginine during the Day, then L-Lysine in afternoon, and Evening time. Since @hopeforrecovery has more Issues I think in the Evening. L-Lysine at 3-4 grams can be dosed twice in the Evening. Once in Late Afternoon (2pm) and then again in Late Evening/Bedtime (8pm -->).Isn't Lysine going to kill the Arginine and hence the NO production? Or there's a trick, like taking citrulline malate along with lysine? At what level do they compete? Absorption? Or later?
