Been feeling really sluggish lately. I decided to completely quit caffeine and i’ve been feeling like shit ever since. Im having hot flashes and night sweats, severe headaches (almost migraine like) and am feeling very very tired sleeping most of the day. Feel like i have a fever aswell.

Might start a fast soon just to clear my system a bit.

Quitting caffeine is a bitch. It can take a while.

BUT then addicted to chocolate no? I guess a few days no big deal. Good to know. Makes sense too.
I don't think it matters, and I just randomly know this - but many North American and possibly Euro "REHAB" centers, make you throw away coffee and chocolate (that's just CRUEL!!!). Meanwhile they are often fine with smoking cigs.

FASTING's fine and I like it somewhat (way more now) and always did for str training and calisthenics and cardio and some sports, and even work...
-BUT* We both fasted A TON.
-MAYBE (I dunno), focus on getting TEI or similar to there.... or something else?

FAST IF YOU WANT.
-Maybe Anemia and Hypothyroid or a Platelet Disorder?
-Maybe you're growing, that's why you're tired? I don't think so tho. lol. nywayz.

@Helen what did you suggest for migraines again? I cant find it on the forum. I think it was either b2 or b6?

@Helen what do you think about using caffeine for extra energy and focus? Do you think it will backfire after stopping it?

probably. I think I answered that. to you. you could use it. if you have to.

Not have to but could sometimes use some extra energy on busy days. Just dont wanna fuck something up

I never drank coffee, I really have no experience with it.

The only thing that worries me is that the caffeine would potentially downregulate adrenaline receptor?

And as i already deal with lower than normal energy maybe it would just cause more damage long term
