Hey guys,

What's everyone's favorite T-boosting herbs? I've found that I don't do well on the heavily anti-estrogenic stuff, like tongkat ali. I've gotten best results so far from butea superba and bulbine natalensis. I only take herbs sporadically at the moment, since I'm focusing on balancing with TEI, but I'm trying to pick 7 to possibly cycle in the future. So far, only butea and bulbine have made the list.

-Not sure... myb the stuff with copper? estrogenic stuff; chocolate sometimes in my after dinner coffee (desert. Mostly euro style black, but still, some chocolate never killed -anyone (at least at this stage)). Maybe estrogenic stuff can be added (Choco has copper, I believe).

-Hu shou wei I didn't like... but the TEST herbs make me pretty agitated/aggressive. _baseline agitation/aggressiveness likely does not need to increase (w or w/o pfs).
-MYB it helped/ IDK they all made me stronger in recent 5-6months; but felt they were useless 12 and 16mo ago (pre - clizeanze).
-I'm very ambitious/motivated, but I'd lie if I said it doesn't come with some agitation/ dysphoria/irritability. But even as a kid, same (far gentler tho I was for sure pre 22).
- I don't think it will hurt you Niles, and yet myb Chocolate is dangerous for some, I just want to make that clear.
-I do have HIGH or highish DHT and had LOW estrogen/ nearly zero... so that's likely why. must have more now, since I did 4-Andro with R-andro like 80days or like 100d.

Nice, I put a couple pinches of cacao nibs in my smoothie every day, and I like the effect. I've tried HSW many times before, but never felt much of anything. I've noticed that the further into recovery I am the more I feel the effects of t-boosters, so it makes sense that you didn't feel anything pre-cleanse

Nice, yeah man me too. either cacao nibs or cacao powder - also both have fibre and antioxidants and also are fine with daily and pre workout spinach, sea salt, banana, shakes. So all electrolytes. At least like 340 of these shakes this yr. That's what I did for electro's + aminos + spinach (b vitamins) (also Mg Cl Na K). I was gonna post a picture for my log... bc ppl keep asking me,... but mostly I'm offline... just tripping out about Canada Customs. Canada Health --- nearly kills me at barely 20 and yrs later... then prevents me from finishing it off.... wtf?!?!! But I will wait as patiently as I can, not the end of the world.... I talked to them and will again. And also TEI.

Androgen disruption and toxicity tests of Butea superba Roxb., a traditional herb used for treatment of erectile dysfunction, in male rats - ScienceDirect

Does this herb block androgen receptor? and thus increases DHT. and increase estrogen action and thus libido?

If that is the way it acts then.
this actually decreases sodium and increases calcium absorption. Since DHT action is slightly blocked I assume by phytoandrogen. And estrogen to DHT, action goes up.

This is why you feel best on this herb. Knowing that you are a fast oxidizer.

I wonder how you would do on d3.

T- boosters can only boost Testosterone -2 ways. One way is by boosting metabolism which then asks for ESTROGEN , calcium , to slow it down. thus increasing LH.

And second way is by blocking AR. or Estrogen receptor by a weaker androgen, just like clomid does.

Slow oxidizer with low androgens has metabolism problems thus low androgens, or potassium wasting by androgens if they are high.

fast oxidizer with low androgens has problems with B vitamins.

@Niles what is your LH?

Interesting, I'd read about the AR binding and DHT effects, but I didn't know of the implications for calcium and sodium. There's unfortunately very little research on this particular herb, it would be great to have more info. My LH is 2.87 (0.7 - 7.9) as of almost three weeks ago.

Really like cordyceps
Schisandra, Mucuna, TGK ali, He shou wu as well
Haven't tried mucuna yet, I'll look into that one some more. I like cordyceps too - gives me energy and confidence.

Used mucuna not exactly sure how everyone can tell different effects of each herb. they are one of the things I megadosed... like 100grams of 4-6 of em in a black coffee, or with some almond milk, coffee, boiling water. After June. Don't megadose all the time -- increased my heartrate (coffee too), mines likely high at times with nothing... so yeah.

I never liked any T-boosters. All gave me low estrogen effects. Like Tongkati Ali for example. Felt like shit on it. Kind of like when I take high amount of zinc.

I just do broths. For example, i put loads of test boosting herbs in my slow cooked bone broths like celery, ginger, garlic, bok choy, onions, olive oil etc. they not only increase test but increase blood flow and are easily digestable in broths because you are taking in all the minerals and electrolytes with it and body decides what it needs.

You make these broths in 15hrs -48hrs @HS?? I did like 24-42 hrs for veggie broth/ no recollection how i made it. Maybe it was 2.5 days, 60hrs super low heat. I am unsure.

SLow cookers explode? No rite? I just don't want to burn anything down rite now. I hate cooking.

Yeah i have an entire process I make it from scratch lol.

I have organic beef bones, celery, bay leaf, carrots, parsley and white onion with about a gallon of water and tablespoon of sea salt that I put into slow cooker that cooks for about 24 hours on low. That makes the base broth. When that is done I strain and filter everything out so its just pure broth. I put that broth into a stockpot on the stove.

I bring that to a boil and follow a lot of similar recipe to chanko nabe which is japanese. So once that comes to a boil I add in shrimp, scallops and seafood first. Then add in vegetables like daikon, carrot, yellow onion, mushrooms, scallions and let all of thst cook on simmer for like 30 minutes.

Separately I make the sauce I add which is grated ginger, crushed garlic, tablespoon of organic soy sauce, tablespoon of mirin, tablespoon of saki and teaspoon of sea salt. Whisk it in a bowl and add to broth when there is about 5 minutes left of cooking. Now the I like boy choy crunchy so I add it within the last two minutes before I turn off the heat. After bok choy is added and two minutes are over turn off the heat its ready. Everything sits in the broth so its super convenient.

Wow man... good work! I can cook / it's just never the same. I made some bone broth and veggie broth -- added eggs spinach, bok choi -- like an egg soup.
I literally only remember to cook in the middle of the night. It's not bad it's good, "centers" some people. I shall follow that recipe above. Very impressive!

Its take a while to make but if you make enough it lasts like two days and it tastes damn good and healthy and of course anabolic lol.

Yeah maybe you and I and others sensitive to it, are sensitive due to overextraction. And also: I think it's NDMA stimulating, as per a discussion with @IHateFin 0-3months ago. Additional cofactors make sense. Copper solo = feel like "this may be the end" ---> Nausea/lightheadedness.
In chocolate or with close to TEI recs pretty good.

Not taking anything now!! Probably some coffee.... gotta get things done. @HS can you please write health canada a doc's note for me? I'd ask my bro, but I don't want to explain shyt.

I guess I can... I'd rather not... I once mentioned my doc uncle to Heathrow, they made me wait 12hrs with refugees... But they can check last names... it's pretty fucking obvious. I kind of told health canada off... Alright, I definitely told them off (nicely)... vaguely nicely.

Alpha male with feminine side LOL Mr. Carl Jung.

Cooking is so fucking easy. The only reason why women can do it is because it is EASY.
