One of the worst nights ever... Went out yesterday with brother and friends. Didn't drink onle ate. Even my body feel tired I can't sleep and suicidal thoughts returned again... Anxiety on the roof, felling cramps all over my legs.
I'll do what @Helen said and start l thiamine.
But this suicidal thoughts all over my head makes want to crab for the antidepressants they prescribed me and to take something to sleep better. Its stupid what I'm going to say but somehow I miss the hospital.
I'm.maybe to weak for this shitty deasease or whatever this devil thing pfs is

Hang in there buddy, you've been through a lot. Dont let those thoughts get to you and dont go for those antidepressants. You need to stay clean and as helen is working on you, im sure you'll get fixed in no time.

Trying brother. I really am its amazing/stupid at the same time how my body was 3 months ago and how it is now... I'm taking an 80 years old guy life absolutely pathetic.
I know the doctors want to help, but same prescriptions over and over. I felt safe in the hospital but outside its the hard reality. And I swear I didn't want to bother Bruschi or Helen or anyone. I even skyped bruschi. I look like a fucking retarded and child.
I lokk at my twin brother and his wife and envey him.so much... So lucky he didn't touch this pill. And then we have the other twin woch looks like a zombie and sick person and lost interest in life.
Thanks for your words brother. So you can have notion the best part of my life is when I take a bath and can cry/ dream when I pass this shit...

Don't worry man. I spoke to my older brother last yr. Doing well on surface, married nice wife, kids, amazing cars, and several practices.... Life's still hard man. And he kind of hates it too. You're young, and won't feel "80" forever. I feel younger again than my actual age but I demand to feel younger - and I will.

Also I'm sure your brother is a good guy and happy but remember everyone (sort of) gets married/ there's more to life than that (depends on the person), health>>>>>>> any relationship. Your relationship with you (and for religious types, not so much me, your relationship with God)>>>>>>> all others.
I know... I just envey for his health. For his coincern. Having a house, work etc.
Ans me... Pathetic tryig to eat without bloating or trying to have an erection...

So tonight was a little.bit brtterm although I'm sweating a lot its still hot in Portugal.
My skin is very oily I remember to dream one or two times but always wake up uith palpation and nervous... Got to be the high cortisol and I'm also stressed. Not difficult to fall a sleep but difficult to have a good night of sleep. Some night woods but the shrinkage is awful so not even wet dreams I can have.
Yesterday had family lunch to celebrate my return from hospital and I felt bloated all the day. What a horrible feeling. I was hungry but the digestion of the before meal.was not done :(
Waiting for hair test. Maybe try some.hormonal.test also. Something more I should do?

-Bro I kind of did the same thing (from dif hospital types/-- also flights, weddings, etc)... And not really celebration of me... somewhat/ but mostly others' stuff.
-Anyways, the point is: Yeah, a year ago or 9-11-15mo ago also: had dinner or lunch with family, even 17mo ago, and it was BAD. But the times were good (sometimes a bit).
-It's all super in the realm of possibility and it's even likely to greatly improve. Follow Helen's protocol (soon working w/ you.). - sx = symptom.***Your only focus = your health***.
-Being sick isn't pathetic. Being too hard on oneself is destructive, i.e. me like 6y and 12y-16y*** onwards forever - it's not healthy man. keep at it and don't think of every sx.
-Your brother wants you to be happy, so do your parents... they want you to be healthy -- they just don't know what to do... but there's good advice here on H/S.
-Focus only on "the move" each day as much of a routine as you can, whether 20mins, an hour, later 2hrs, 4hrs, 8hrs... whatever your normal was *can be again, and better*.
-Meditation and Journal and if you're doing so here on your journal, then I respect that bc, I've done that on paper, in my head, digitally for like 12 yrs ---it's therapeutic.

I know brother... I didnt eanted to say this but im putiing mybhopes on Helen and you guys also( the dificult here for me is not feel emotional , not cry or not feel desperate in front of the others. Im feeling i dont have any control and any bad thing van haooen any moment. Life in hospital was confortable no responsibility or whatsoever. Here is the hard reality. Taking it step by step. Right now all I wanted was to sleep and don't feel paranoic or no hope in front of anyone

-Yes, exactly man. -Complacency is always more comfortable/ and changing lifestyle is really really hard, but it's necessary so you don't regret any time lost/ so you feel happier and better sooner. -So you don't look back, healthy and dislike yourself for losing time (happens to some with major illness). Anyways take care/ one step at a time, rite. 100%.

Yes of course. If only I could be in the hospital taking care of my real illness that could be something.I could feel safer and confident but of I come back they will get me more pills to sleep, feel less anxious etc and could worst situations.
Helen said to wait no to get into protocol now because wanted to think more about my situation so let's see

After taking a quick look, your estrogen and prolactin is higher than normal for sure. Has this been addressed yet?

I try to repeat de exams this or mext week. But my gyno has not imoroved so probably wverything is like this. Ferritin is superhigj also and helen said that pushes dht and cortisol levels which makes me anxious, slower metabolism etc

High ferratin is significantly negatively correlated with Testosterone and free Testosterone which would indicate a reduction in DHT (normally). If "pushes" DHT means reduces DHT then yes that would likely be the case, but cortisol is seen to increase with ferratin levels.

Have you had your vitamin D levels checked?

Yes they are in the exam. Vitamin D3 36 in a range between 32 and 100
