PFS almost cured

Eh. I actually think that after you fasted and primed your body for it, this would’ve worked better for you.
Pretty much what I was trying to say but was falling asleep/ running late/ confused/ i dont know. but yeah definitely primed for recovery. SHould have fasted first. INstead of tripping out/ crashing.

OH yeah I still believe TEI, Water Fasting, CD's for many are great routes. Also electrolytes... but for current regimes the first three, I believe are less likely to cause major side effects, while healing than say taking fin again.

Lamotrigine and Adderall hurt my hair a lot. In a recent year some adderall not much shedding... but it was years later. Lamotrigine, not gonna risk that, but doubt it would regrow my hair. Some old AED's did but they also made people turn into wearwolfs etc, and I don't need that stuff. (And OLD aed's would probably destroy me).

But in general yes, no cocaine, no alcohol can be cured by cocaine and alcohol. Any problem caused by alcohol can be solved by alcohol. That's what drunks used to think, till they realized their life is fucked up man. And they need to quit. And live a normal life away from destitution.

For real tho: THere is no Chemical Solution to A Spiritual Problem. --- At least yes hormonal can help but not the only thing and not continuously.
Then again if we were on roids while on fin or duta, maybe not a big deal...

I think you need to take only one dose. and then go off. then one dose and go off for weeks.

the cure happens while DHT rises

the more periods of DHT rises you create, the more ARs will downregulate.

While DHT rises number of ARs have time to downregulate.

but if DHT rises quckly from very low to very high. there is no time to kill protein expression, and thus numbers of ARs stays, and methylation takes over.

i think this is also a problem of taking TOO MUCH dht, when people take it. DHT needs to be taken in slow amounts, and preferrable in ladder pattern

like low, higher higher higher.

Is this why PFS people have bad allergies and MCS because methylation is so tied up with all the other stuff it has a hard time methylating things like chemical sensivity and stuff like that?

may be.

-_Maybe i didn't care, but how come during crash no real wheezing, asthma was kind of there but not so bad. Exercising 500x a year, very lean, it's definitely there.
Lethargic, suicidal not so much (bigger things to worry about then). I literally used medical marijuana without wheezing in 2017. Can now too, but this was very odd to me in 2017. Before a lot of balancing and fasting. --PFS messes with methylation so bad, asthma stops or pauses??

Now smoked 3 cigars, and like 40 mini cigs on new years and the following days (ran out of Vape stuff -- everything was closed), and then got a viral infection and an eye infection immediately (probably coincidental, but the smoking didn't help).

Amazing topic and much credit to @PFStinks for taking the plunge. This info will help many. As I’ve said before , & @tanedout posted in this thread about why CDsnuts protocol works, was the dht blockers in it that would be cycled every 7 or longer days. It’s all Aboit Androgen Receptors. It’s why ppl feel better once in a while from trying stuff during pfs. I even stated going back on would likely help but could never suggest it or do it myself. The science of AR is there. The bell curve of testosterone, for example.

I’m so psyched for you @PFStinks !

@IHateFin check this out when you login bro

Joe, this is to downregulate androgen receptor density , not to upregulate. Cdnuts protocol does not have 5ar blockers. Tribulus is 5ar inducer

and remember that kid who blocked 5AR, that you mentioned Ihatefin66 with the blog( and DHM) . He is still sick with PFS after trying to block his 5AR for a year with saw palmetto , this is because you dont want to block 5ar for long periods of time. you want lower DHT and let it rise, lower DHT and let it rise.

this is the same as taking demethylator and cycling DHT. this is what CDnuts protocol is.

It is not about blocking anything, it is about increasing DHT slowly so AR density gets downregulated , and not methylation just inhibits AR right way .

this is why you felt bad on carnitine which upregulates receptor density.

This procedure is like LDN, only with finasteride. It is completely opposite of how you are explaining it.

you are creating constant DHT spikes here. This is why it works/

and if you do it just by taking something. like saw palmetto and staying on it and then come off.)) it does nothing. since that would be only one DHT spike. and receptors will be overexpressed again.

Basically you need to downregulate AR expression and this should happen WHILE DHT rises.

if DHT rises too fast, this does not happen since methylation takes over.

If DHT rises slower, this will happen.

this is why in healthy people. PFS does not happen. Since when DHT rises as its levels go up, it gets broken down as much. by glucorindation.

And the rise is gradual. but more more more you take FIN. you fuck up your liver more and more. and it cant break down DHT. and then next time. this gradual rise DOES Not happen and this is why people crash after going on FIN again. second time.

Gradual rise of DHT is impossible in PFS people. this is why microdosage of fin, is basically like taking DHT small small dosages.. since DHT spikes higher than before. and you create these spikes, until your AR downregulates.

What are your thoughts on this sort of approach to address pfs? Perhaps doing this to down regulate the AR receptor density could move into a general balance protocol such as TEI

These small DHT spikes may get you back to prefin balding status right and not a theoretically balanced state like to the point before your hair loss ever started in the first place?

Would microdosing R-Andro work?

These small DHT spikes downregulate AR density where DHT is. but then you will be still FUCKED with glucorindation problem,

this is why this kid that you mentioned still has watery semen, no orgasm, and weak orgasm, etc. since fin fucked his liver( the kid you mentioned on Reddit)

Joe, gets so excited about stuff LOL but this dude, that you mentioned @Boris, is basically still 50% sick after a year of doing this low fin, DHT spikes regimen

And we dont even know if he ever stopped it.

Right, it sounds like the situation we originally talked about with anavar to an extent where you can fix PFS but when you come off you are stuck with hair loss and cortisol issues

Just reading some studies. It seems the half-life of fin is actually quite short (it will apparently suppress DHT for up to 4 days for a normal dose, which I guess is 5mg).

Doses below 0.5 mg/day do not produce much suppression of DHT levels, and doses above 5 mg/day have little additional benefit. A single dose of finasteride suppresses serum DHT levels for up to 4 days, longer than would be expected from the serum terminal elimination half-life (t1/2z) of the drug: this is probably due to the high affinity that finasteride has for the 5 alpha-reductase enzyme.

Clinical pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of finasteride. - PubMed - NCBI

So maybe if a small dose only surprises DHT a bit, is it best to take a micro-dose over a period of a few weeks, then stop, or taper off?

you take one dose and then take nothing. for a week or 2. and repeat IMO

you dont want to upregulate AR expression again. you want to create DHT spike which will last longer than you were on FIN

may be I am wrong, but that is what I think

Same way peopel got cured from PSSD. if he kept taking dosage not one day, but 2-3-4 it did not work

he took tiny dosage for PSSD then 2 weeks nothing, and keep going like that, until AR density downregulates

Since it downregulates when DHT rises but not a lot. gradually rises.
