Sorry, just to clarify. So chest and leg hair may be okay? That’s what I send in.
I dont know about leg. all down there could be very high in phosphates.

I believe I am, however I am generally optimistic about everything.
You can buzz the hair after its cut.It has to be cut from the root. That’s the problem. You end up with patches all over your head
Do you feel your oxidation rate could be reversed? Like have you tried in the past just by taking zinc or copper before and see how you felt?
A person “could”. For my work, I cannot. Unfortunately I’m stuck with body hairYou can buzz the hair after its cut.
Hmmmm @Boris @Helen nkw that I think about it.... first hair test I did, I was slow oxidizer and that was head hair..... next test I had been drinking H water and assumed that was the reason for my flip flop of oxidation rates, from slow to fast in one cycle. However, I used body hair for second test. Could that have impacted it? I thought we had people on here that did both head hair and body hair and compared both, and it was still similar? I am without a doubt a fast oxidizer, so that first hair test I always thought was bullshit.Do you feel your oxidation rate could be reversed? @Helen what about the studies showing balding people have lower zinc and manganese in their scalp head hair? Can't that fuck with the hair sample as well for the scalp?

They advice against side of the head? I have been cutting off hair from side off my head since test 1. I do not use shampoo but I also do not use hair products. I just wash it thoroughly with hot water before cutting it off.
Dr. Wilson says this:
1. Cut the sample from anywhere on the head. The nape of the neck is excellent, but other areas are fine, as well. If head hair is not available, the next best hair is from the underarms. On men, beard hair or chest hair will work, as well.
If these are not available, some labs will test the minerals in fingernails, and this is fairly accurate. Do not use pubic hair. It is not as accurate, even though some laboratories allow it.
We all know Dr. Wilson is a little bit coocoo but he does have experience with hair testing. He says it is fine if the hair is anywhere on the head. Head from underarms, chest hair and beard hair is OK.
If I feel better after this cycle I think I will just keep doing what I did. I had a good improvement after the first cycle.
Otherwise I might drop the whole hair testing if there is no clear picture. Because at that point you are just doing random shit which I can do myself as well. I am real good at that.
This is the problem with amateur naturopath/alternative health. You deal with incapable people. Instead of writing a strict guideline they say: "yeah well this OK, and this is OK" but then you find out it is not and you just wasted your money on bullshit.
I hope we can clear this up. I think the only way to clear this up is by looking at progression. @Goose12 has made good progress and used head hair for example. Same for me although I am not as far as Goose so it is harder to say. After this cycle I think I can say with certainty.

How?I cancelled my pubic will try and figure out a way to get scalp hair in
How?
As a side note.... TEI is such a racket. Lol. We have to go through a “practitioner” in order for them to send us results. But you mail the sample directly to TEI. And the “practitioner” does nothing except forward you on the results. I wonder why they don’t interface directly with the customer. It’s the print out recommendations that matter anyway.I just called TEI directly and told them to discard it. Luckily, they didn't test it yet
