Well, how to start. I have been doing electrolytes protocol for two months. I have ups and downs, feeling awesome for 5 days and shitty for like a week. I decided to add huge doses of b1( 1,6gr) this i can saw that change my stools from yellow to brown but i also had stomache pain, bad digestion, some nausea. I did this for a month.

I keep having this ups and downs, maybe a little bit better. Now i decided to add huge dose of b2( 1 gr) . I notice that my stools are not so brown , they are a little bit more yellow but i can see some ligh green in the surface. But i have to say that i dont have more that bad symptoms of stomache pain, nausea.
If someone can help me with this and clarify my ideas it would be awesome

Hey man, you have pfs ? I would avoid b2 if so

Vitamin B and Increasing Testosterone with Supplementation

But I would add acidophilus to aid your digestion

Pfs really doesn’t have much to do with increasing/ decreasing testosterone. Just gotta make sure it’s in healthy range . We gotta get beyond that guys.

Helen has told us that high dose b1 and b2 dosing could be big for us. So I’m sure what you’re experimenting with @sanka has direct correlation to your pfs.

Nono b2 is shown to block 5ar. That’s why I sent that link.

And pfs is primarily about hormones. I don’t agree with all the ideas on this forum but pfs will not be cured with broccoli or zinc or b1. It’s far deeper than that.
