Well guys, not much to update here. Actually quite discouraged. Been on this last cycle of TEI for two months now. I actually feel like I have lost ground. Sexually, things pretty dead. Or, if not dead dead, they are pretty bland.
Emotionally, this is what’s killing me. I don’t feel anything. I am indifferent to my wife, and she has noticed it and has withdrawn herself. Feeling pretty down. Well over six months now of mineral balancing, and I actually feel like I’ve lost ground. Definitely were moments in the past 6 mos where it seemed like things were moving forward, but from where I sit now, they have not. Watching your family and the person you love pull away, because you can’t give them the connection they desire emotionally and sexually, is heart breaking....... if only I could feel that heartbreak. We have got to figure something out.

Man I know how you feel. I don't have a wife, or a gf even, but not being able to feel any emotion or connection to anyone is imo one of the worst aspects of this whole thing. It's so isolating, and you can't even properly feel bad about it.

I know your feeling man. I live like a zombie. I could care less if I lose my friends and I rarely see my family anymore.

I too feel like I've lost ground switching to TEI. I will return to ARL when my next TEI cycle does nothing for me. It got me further in development than TEI has, though this past cycle was pubes and it might've messed me up more than it has helped me.

Sorry to hear that. Yeah, I can’t figure this thing out Seemed like the mineral balancing was going to be the ticket. Just don’t think so. Unfortunately I can only use body hair for the samples, so that is all I got. The flip side is, if not TEI, do t know what else I would do. I have that low dose finasteride staring at me..... it’s darn tempting when I’ve tried this for so long and feel like I’ve only gone backwards

I just don’t think that TEI is a cure and way too many people are relying on it to fix them with false hope.

TEI and more importantly hair tissue mineral analysis should be utilized by all of us. Each and every single one of us should be UTILIZING it.

It doesn’t mean we should rely on it though. We have to try other stuff like licorice, like zinc finger/copper gcu aminos, like rotating herbs, like balancing TH1/th2 immune systems.

I think there comes a point with mineral balancing that you just gotta get off and let the body find its place. You’ve been blasting system with minerals for months on end- something completely unnatural and although it pushes system in right direction, it doesn’t fix it

One of gbolds best quotes for me that I learned in September 2017 (i’ll Paraphrase him)

“We want to be on as minimal supplements as possible. I take a multivitamin once a week and that’s it right now. I eat well- seafood, Okinawa diet. Swim in salt water.” Etc.

Obviously in my Lyme, ammonia infested body- I feel and experience things from supplementation to degree most here don’t. I get really really fucked up if I go the wrong way like with TEI I get killed.

These things we are doing are very strong, but I think after some time of it we gotta start fasting, flushing, sauna, exercise, diet and let the body find its place. And you can add in the additional experiments with herbs and aminos, also hormones too.

We have learned so much here and this is basically a shortcut to health being HTMA analysis. But the rules all aren’t written yet. We are learning. We need to keep experimenting and having our whole population throwing high dose minerals, vitamin supplementation non stop is probably not going to be the actual fix for pfs.

But it can help us get in healthy, fit places so we can beat it. Word is UTILiZe when it comes to HTMA, you’re an idiot if you don’t. But you can’t rely on it.

@hairsuit what are your daily staples for each meal? daily and weekly
I mean, I don’t follow a specific diet. It would be more paleo than anything. Lots of meat with veg, fruits, nuts throughout the day. No bread. No sugar except in my coffee in the morning.

@Admiral. I gave up on explaining it to friends/family long ago. And it's been liberating.
Once you lose or are willing to lose everything, you can do anything.

(since one of those times, I strengthened relationships again. I purposely keep a few friends close and keep tabs on enemies).

Alternatively, one can just keep different people on different levels.
---Random school friend versus colleague, versus great friend from school.
-Family, inlaw that I must be nice too/ associate with versus family member I actually love and vice versa.
-Friends that I can give up versus friends that are like brothers, regardless if we haven't seen each other in a year or we are 10000 km apart.
--Being a friend to yourself, is most important.

I feel Bruschi could be correct for TEI and I've often felt the same way. Electrolytes and other things kind of gave the same results. BUT it does help for some issues, quite strongly. Some other things I use or have used, also do help those other issues. AND yet, neither completely "cure them" usually. I think of remaining 3-4 or so (maybe there's more hidden behind those, but it's best not to be super ocd about symptom count), TEI can potentially solve 2 of those over a long period of time. I'm hopeful it will solve the remaining 1 to 2 outside of that, but I cannot be sure. Also, it'd be great if it say solved: Asthma, insomnia, "mood lability"/"agitation, low mood", and "scatterbrainedness".
-Basically 2 diagnosed disorders but I don't think I look or act one of them that much, and there's way too much overlap. --whatever, so if it's one disorder and the other's symptomatic of unknowns, if that goes away ON TEI or after many cycles of TEI --- life's still better.

However, it can be a total system approach. May as well try it.

--BUT that could be true of various other "treatments", or other ways to change / rewire the brain.
--For example maybe nofap a long long time. --I think TEI helped a lot more than that for say: irritation. Or even for most addictive tendencies (I have pretty sick discipline until something horrible happens and I see no way out, other addictions I'm fine with mostly and cycle them. Some I'm not fine with: Like alcohol or gluten. Definitely not addicted to gluten, but not avoiding it due to laziness is not cool). Definitely was addicted to alcohol in early 20's and probably 5-10 other times.... but mostly that's gone. --or maybe the risk of addictive behavior is never gone, so need to keep it in check.

--FOR sure, electrolytes, and Fasting gave me quick faster, decidedly significant results. HOWEVER, I was barely able to walk before fasting... SO if anything helped ---
--it would sure help a lot more than something towards the end.

--When there's 40 symptoms and you're better off dead............... AND you find a strong treatment. IT's more important/ crucial for that to work, than say 1-3 sx remaining.
--Don't get me wrong, I concede I got other issues besides PFS. Some make me awesome, some lower that awesomeness though. Working on that.

--BUT I'm also back to nearly living alone again (can take possession soon), working on some admission thing 40-60 hrs a week (while I can afford that time), and nearly have a normal job again. And doing other things.
---That's actually better than 2017 pre pfs, EXCEPT ---> for a couple remaining symptoms and less hair (from Lamotrigine).
---Most take 200-1000 hrs for a super high score on some stupid test I'm writing. I hope I can get that in 300-400hrs, but whatever the case may be, future is semi set up again. --much of this happened in days. (finding place, finding right courses, finding out how to attack every single potential problem type for said exam).
---So less vision, not perfect x and not perfect y................ that can be fixed. Digestion fine 80% of the time, can be 100. But I don't need to focus only on health anymore.

--Utilize whatever works. I derived more utility from FASTINg than I did TEI in respect to being able to live again.
--HOWEVER this is like: If I have under 100,000 dollars, I derive more utility from my first 100,000 dollars, than my 9th 100,000 dollars. At 800k, 900k won't necessarily change your life. At 0 dollars, 100k can very well be utilized in changing your life for the better.
---I think TEI could have done a lot of this, but I'm super thankful/ glad I found this place and FASTED first (eventually).
--I have doubts that TEI would have gotten me like 0 to almost one day an ok life ... in 30 days or whatever.
-but who knows, I can't run a double blind experiment on myself or a clone.

-- @hairsuit, I still go up and down. And I am 100% certain TEI round 2 will irritate/agitate/ sadden / vex
me occasionally. --mood wise, digestion wise, and ruining fitness results wise. it doesn't really ruin fitness results, but if it looks like it does, that will be a bad day for me.

-Considering I was ripped, lean, and fat looking all just this last week. SO everything changes certain aspects for me quite a lot.
-Testicles look fine almost or small, it's random..... but most symptoms have been crossed off or RATHER - they've been ignored and then remedied...... and surely most of the remaining ones can too. For me and you. --- I can work 2 jobs , or study and work and trade... i.e. over 100hrs a week again. As in mental discipline, endurance, being able to function is a lot better. (I'm not saying that it's "good" or "bad", just that, that's "normal" for Mnk). --It has to be, because I have to catch up a lot of areas.

Fair point, bud. It’s tough though, because if one thing on here has been theoretically talked about as an “eventual cure”, it’s HTMA. Given opening up metabolism and methylation again, thy is what it is supposed to do (providing that is the cause of underlying issues). To me, what this is showing is that it may be something else entirely. That’s all.

To be fair though, if you’re not utilizing the scalp hair as instructed by them, it’s hard to discount that it doesn’t work.

Have you dipped your toes into running CDnuts’ protocol? It would be my suggestion if you’re moving away from HTMA.

@hairsuit you needed to retest when I told you about cortisol, you keep taking copper and keep killing your b12 recycling

@hairsuit you are the same as admiral

I just looked your hairtest, you were a slow oxidizer. , then you both took stupid hydrogen water and fucked yourself, up

and were taking wrong stuff, then you take cortisol and keep taking wrong stuff

since you are killing your cortisol with copper and they gave you cortisol, and you take more and more copper and getting depressed

I told you both you are taking WRONG PROGRAMS but since you jump around all the time, cortisol, hydrogen, fin, etc.

DONT DO any programs if you going to jump around, I said many times, HAIR is very sensitive. it needs to be clean, otherwise you will fuck yourself, up

Copper is making you depressed by tanking your thyroid. and dopamine

@Admiral is the same. that hydrogen water really fucked you up.

you cant utilize hairtest like bruschi is saying. cant

you simply should not take anything to have correct hairtests.

Copper kills cortisol, thus they gave you cortisol, and you potassium showed high again. and again copper you take.

your first hairtest showed SLOW OXIDIZER, same as admiral.

it shows lack of methylation, lack of b vitamins, lack of zinc and magnesium not copper.

it shows lack of b12. lack of folate.

but as you see after hydrogen water your metabolism went insane, hair went crazy, it is all wrong)

same happend to admiral.

I keep telling you about this, but you just disregard and take copper.

We’ll see. Send out a new hair test yesterday. If they still suggest only copper, I will strongly consider other options.

@Helen i did retest since I took the steroid pack. They still keep giving me copper.

of course you did the retest, and the retest showed cortisol action.

your test is wrong

that is what I told you last time. read what I told you.

but you kept taking copper

you just tanked your dopamine and serotonin and thyroid.

this is why you feel down, copper does that.

Hold on....... @Helen i really haven’t jumped around. Because I took a medrol dose pack for one week, because my hip was fractured, that hardly constitutes “jumping around”. I took hydrogen water in May, when everyone else was doing it, and only for a month. Since that time, it has only been Mineral balancing, coffee enemas, liver flushes. One week on a steroid pack so that I can walk again, I can’t bieve that that would ruin everything. I follow the supplements religiously. If it doesn’t work, that’s fine. I’ll keep on keeping on, but, I have not been jumping around.
