I have done 3 ARL cycles myself as well before I switched to TEI. Had some nice plusses, but it didn't seem to stick.

What are the symptom improvements you have noticed?

Chronic fatigue is almost 100 percent gone. Also had incredible stiffness everywhere.. my whole body felt like lead weight.. I feel much more lighter and springy, muscle wise.. been able to start training again. Still a long way to go, but I'm just going to keep going..

Sounds good. Hopefully you start to notice some improvements in the sexual department soon as well.. :)

Nice one mate, stay positive and trust your body and the healing will come. I’ve been arl for 8 months now and my practioner is telling me my libido and ED has taken a back seat due to all the other healing going on in my body. I think arl is going to take longer to see results than tei in the libido and ED department but believe in the long run arl will provide a deeper healing.

I've noticed a lot of those on TEI/ARL programs experience that some cycles give them more benefits than others. It's not necessarily a straight line in which you'll notice progression. I've experienced it as well. Wouldn't it be a wise idea to mention the TEI/ARL supplements/minerals that seemed to give you the biggest boost and see if we have similarities? Ofcourse it's hard to pinpoint which supplement helped you the most when you've taken 4 or 5 during a cycle, but you can filter a bit when comparing previous or next cycle supplements and how you felt.

I ask this as surfing through recoveries I've noticed that it's either hormonal (mostly a combination of progesterone and thyroid), cycling boosters (tribulus, DIM, tongkat ali) or vitamins and minerals, which in most cases all have some combination of magnesium, calcium, copper, zinc and B's in their recovery protocols. None of those did hair tests or changed their mineral intake every few months.

Something to be aware of when you start the program.

Some days you are going to feel worse and your mind will fuck with you hard. I get waves of this. You start doubting everything you are doing because of this. I start doubting all theories, etc. because I feel like I am getting worse on those days. All confidence I built up before that in the program or in believes vanish.

It goes like this:

Feel better than normal for 3-7 days. Then all of a sudden you notice a big downswing, your energy goes down, your mindset goes in the gutter and all of a sudden you seem to be exactly how you were in the beginning. You start doubting everything you are doing thinking you are not making progress, etc. I also notice I get muscle spasms on these downswings.

I had to experience this a few times before I could see what was happening. I have had this a few times. But every time after it gets real nasty I get better after. The muscle spasms disappear and my mind is better than before.

Nasty reactions: anger, muscle spasms (first was in my shoulder, then in my eardrum) negative thoughts, depression, no energy, irritation, insecurity, thoughts of the past, etc.

On TEI you will see how bad you really are. How far you have gone from being healthy - no this is not woo woo - it is REAL. And even old problems will start coming to the surface. Problems, anxieties and even insecurities from the past get right into your face. They become intense sometimes. But after you are better. The problem is gone. You feel cleaner after in the mind and more stable.

Retracing, Healing Reactions and Flare-ups

It is an all pervasive feeling. It changes how you think, etc. that is why some people need a practitioner. But now you know what it is and to welcome these downswings IMO.

Exactly , people dont realize that this is a the reason they need a practitioner.

when they start dumping copper , iron, lead, they feel so much worse. and they think program is not working))

Yea you said this 100 times already but I had to experience it to see what it was. It creeps in slowly sometimes and you wonder what is going on. But once you had this a few times you start seeing when it happens and you can control yourself in the situation.

Same here. The most common symptom is extreme fatigue. I have also experienced joint pain, flue like symptoms, headaches, digestion issues, liver pain, ect..., but I would eventually bounce back better than before.

@Helen my question is when these detoxes occur is it best to keep taking the supplements or take a break. When the detox would get so bad it started to get almost debilitating I would take a break. I have heard practitioners say that taking a break is a good thing. It let's your body handle the detox better, or should we push through.

When I have had healing reactions I still take the supps and do the enemas but always lay off the infrared sauna, as these can cause healing reactions purely on their own. My healing reactions generally consists of really bad fatigue, at the moment I’m dealing with an abses coming out of my gums, I’m wondering is this is also a healing reaction, dr Wilson’s sites mentions this is a common healing reaction of an old infection coming out.

I had a cold sore come out on this cycle (haven't had a cold sore in years), very annoying, but I read that it could be from the release of copper out of tissue that triggers it. I also felt like death flu like symptoms this past week even till now

Guys, can we address this idea that @Helen put forth about a hairtest being “wrong”? How is that possible? Let’s say you took hydrogen water, like a lot of us did, and threw your chemistry out of whack. Even if that’s the case, isn’t the hair test still indicative of whatever current state your body is in at that moment, even if it’s not your usual state of metabolism/oxidation ? And wouldn’t the supplement recommendations still serve to bring your current state back to where it should be? Or am I completely misunderstanding things?

Bump

-also how long do you wait after you stop taking R-Andro or something, before you can retest the hair ??

I think it works like this:

you have a problem: PFS. You want to fix this specific problem. For TEI to see (and to fix it) you cannot influence it with artificial "stilts" or supplements. It masks the problem and now TEI sees the "stilt" as the problem and gives you supplements for that. Which might fix your issue that you caused with hydrogen but not PFS. So every-time you take a supplement you take a detour. If you keep doing this TEI will never uncover the issue.

Best thing is to wait a month and retest with scalp hair.

IMO this only counts for stuff that heavily influences the test. Food or small amounts of supplements I reckon will not change it too much otherwise hairtests would be useless.

Hair test doesn’t tell whole story of the body. Especially when messing around with oxygen and hydrogen. It can easily go wrong

I agree. But that’s my point. While it may be a set back, HTMA still is bringing you back to homeostasis. For instance..... my first test I was a slow oxidizer.....( I actually feel THAT was wrong. Everything about me is the epitome of fast....). But, I needed to speed up according to that test regardless. So I take H2 water. It REALLY speeds me up. So it took me in the right direction, but too far, so now TEI tries to slow me down. Which it has some.

And about body hair..... I’m not sold that it’s not usable. From what I’ve read, it says the reason for not using it is it’s inconsistency of growth..... now, if I am shaving every time I start a cycle, and then shave again at the end of a cycle to send that in for the sample, then I am taking hair that has actively grown during that time period. So again, I’m still don’t see how body hair is inaccurate. In fact, I think in my case, it may be the most accurate.

Thoughts?

not sure if posted before. I didn't like that diagram, what do they want me to cut the strands in half... wtf. --Can't they're analysis tell scalp proximity to end of hair. Not to mention you yourself can look at hair and tell which end was cut, when its in okay or good health usually.
-anyways, it does, have something on pubic vs scalp hair, or rather it says: use scalp hair.
