I still think the theory behind @Helen 's Zn+Mn is pretty solid. But its probably not as easy as pounding those two minerals for most people.
In my opinion its about to keep iron and copper low. Manganese will be there if you keep your iron low. Zinc as well.

I would focus on having a good balance of zn,cu,mn,fe

But if you already have issues. The choice on how you get a good balance, how to lower or increase certain minerals, if by putting more minerals in or by getting rid of minerals in another way, is yours.
But I dont think more is always better. Especially these days. I dont think anyone of us here is missing any mineral or vitamin in the diet. I think most of us are pretty saturated with available food and food sources.
But use them as tools. And maybe think of low dose chelation or even fasting after.

Zinc alone wont do everything right as it lowers your manganese. But it lowers Copper.
Copper alone doesnt do everything right as it lowers your Iron, but it lowers your zinc.
Iron will lower copper but manganese as well.
Manganese lowers iron but lowers zinc and copper.

You need all, but getting a balance is not easy. Balance is probably easier to sustain if all those minerals are low/normal than one or more are excessive. So the older you get the harder it is to sustain a good balance.

Women do have several advantages over men. One of which is loosing blood on a regular basis. Q @all men on here. When was the last time you bled? (Not asking UC people lol) Men dont bleed as much nowadays. I think thats a flaw.
And I think women can handle more copper as men.
Look what happens to women after menopause. They start retaining iron + get problems with Estrogen thus copper.
They get the same hair issues.
They just start later as the start retaining 20-30 years later.

Masturbation, yeah probably doesnt contribute to better hair. You lose copper and zn, and manganese from prolactin. (But no iron it seems)
But heat? Do women do not have heat?

Doesn't birth control cause copper toxicity in the brain and thus low estrogen side effects since the body stops estrogen because the brain is overloaded in copper.

A lot of women are medium-alcoholics as well from their teens to their thirties. A lot of them don't do excercise. And they eat shit food. At least here in The Netherlands.

Also inactivity seems to cause mineral toxicities from what I read.

If you are extremely active and you eat whole foods (no supplements) you can probably stay fairly balanced since you use up a lot of minerals and will be more likely to be deficient in it. This is what Helen explained in his posts that active people often have deficiencies instead of toxicities.

or you can be not so active as long as you eat low calorie. Since this way you don't get too much of certain minerals. Enough the sustain you.

The people who sit all day and do nothing + lower their metabolism with a lot of sugar they will retain too much minerals? And get copper toxic or iron toxic, etc. Or it is from birth also a possibility.

You get hair growth from hot showers? I doubt it, hot water ruins hair and skin moisture, I wish I could stand cold showers to improve my dry skin and ugly hair but my body temperature is low and the shock of the cold water causes my stress to spike. My head is red hot a lot of the time when I do something I'm not supposed to like eat gluten or stay up past 11 and that's causing my head to bald not to grow more.

No I said the opposite of what you said. Hot water makes my skin and hair look like shit

This guy had some good regrowth:

From what I can gather he used Iodine topically, cabbage/carrot/vegetable juice applied topical.

He also eat blackstrap molasses. Which is high in copper, iron, magnesium, b6...

Dude does all types of different stuff lol.

I've been looking at forums with the focus of hair loss for a few days and the bottom line seems to be :

increase androgens = feel good, strong libido/confidence/motivation = shed hair.

Decrease androgens (taking progesterone ect.) = weak erections, harder to orgasm and less satisfying, nicer skin, hair looks better and stops shedding.

If we have to choose bewteen libido and hair, I dont know what to choose, I never had libido and always had nice hair, now im losing it maybe becuase of a stress response OR maybe im on the track towards feel good, strong libido/confidence/motivation... Damn I wish I had a nicely shaped head so I could be bald and still good looking.

This is a false choice, and demonstrates the complexity of this issue.

In the 5 years I was on Finasteride, my hair loss (which had been rapid) had nearly stopped, while I had excellent libido and energy. I wish I could get back to that state.
