Right, my goal would be to fix hormone receptors with TEI while having optimal testosterone levels and then PCT once hormone receptors are fixed from TEI and because of that be more receptive to PCT so hormones would stay at relatively the same levels

Are you PFS? If so check out the new thread on protocols. You can fix it through hormone/hormone cycling as well if the hypothesis is correct.

If you want to do TEI I recommend getting off completely. But you can try to do it combination with TRT. Not recommended but who knows.

I’ve done several rounds of r andro and for some reason it doesn’t help anymore but it has improved me more than anything else.

I’m actually not sure what I am, I’ve never taken finasteri de but I have a lot of the same symptoms and hormonal profiles. The only thing I can point to is I took the sarm LGD 4033 for 30 days, even then I didn’t notice any negative symptoms until 6 months...cause is very unclear

Testosterone is increasing sodium. So maybe doing stuff that opposes sodium like increasing potassium would help.

If you respond well to testosterone maybe prog/test would be good idea for you. Or test/preg/t3.

Is that case? You respond well to testo @cappello7 ?

I can’t quite tell yet, it’s only been a week but I’d say I’m a little sharper but maybe have a bit more anxiety. Also, I tried a few days of r andro while starting test because I remember that was something we talked about in a thread and I think that had a bit of a negative reaction so I’m stopping that today

Has anyone reported that TEI has relieved the symptoms of constantly tight scrotum? This is something that I’ve had for over a year and it would be a huge relief if that got better

Was going to post an update, but since reading that sending pubic hair results in improper hair tests, I guess I need to get retested.
I will resend my hair and post my results so we can compare them to my old ones.

This morning, for the second morning in a row, I woke up with extremely hard morning wood. I haven't had this good EQ since the crash. Everything is fuller and bigger. Timing is weird considering all this TEI news. I'm sending a hair sample in soon once it is long enough. As per Catherine below:

Hi Tony,

I recently had someone do a scalp sample and a pubic sample test within a couple weeks of each other and the results came back slightly different, where he was recommended copper for the pubic results, but potassium for the scalp results. TEI says that you can use either, but I can’t account for the difference in the test, so I would have to say it is best to stick with the scalp sample.

Kind Regards,

Catherine

Finally, the results of my first proper hair test have come in. This further reinforces that pubic results are no good. Back to being told I am a slow oxidisor, which makes sense. That copper really messed me up.

Sounds like the first round was working welll for you regardless. I’m sure it’s possible to go from fast to slow in one cycle anyways. My first hair (scalp) sample and second sample (pubic) were nearly identical.

I’m glad you’re doing another round though! Good luck and keep us updated.

Was just sitting at my desk. Opened Twitter and saw tweet from AOC. Thought about banging AOC and got hard immediately. Haven't felt that in years. What the hell.
Sigh

Just mailed scalp hair sample to TEI for testing. Excited to finally be doing this right.

Thanks for doing this.
I had similar thoughts on scalp vs pubic results and your observation further validates that. As a next step, i’ll get scalp hair test done this time (sometime next month)

Hey fellas,

Haven't been on the forum too much lately. Currently in the middle of a TEI Cycle and feeling pretty bad (which is good).

However, when I do log on now I am so happy to see the optimistism that is everywhere on this forum. I am serious, everyday we are seeing more optimistic posts and less fighting. It really seems like we are getting better.

Let's keep pushing!!!

Hey fellas,

Just finished my month and a half long cycle of my first real TEI test. I must say, I'm feeling good and in high spirits but it was definitely tough. I am definitely below baseline from before the cycle. Excited to see how I feel in a week or two. I will keep you guys posted

“First real tei test”..: I thought you’ve been on tei for 6-8 months now? Or did you start with ARL? Or am I crazy?

Used armpit hair and leg hair samples before this. While I did see some improvements I'm not going to refer to them as accurate cycles. My hair test suggestions are sort of similar to my leg hair ones but my armpit hair one was way off, giving me copper.
I refer to this cycle as my first one for accuracy.

I wouldn’t say that. I’d just say this is my 3rd or 4th cycle, which one is it? And maybe clarify that it’s your first with actual head hair.

Cuz you’ve been running nutrients for awhile now. And although they may have not been absolute perfect recommendations... I’m sure they were pretty good ones based on what I’ve learned thus far about hair location.

This will be interesting though. Any change in digestion this cycle? One thing I realize with NB is maybe you really do need more fats and proteins in diet because you’re giving so many nutrients.

And sometimes it’s possible the abundance of nutrients can hurt you if it’s in bad ratio to proteins and fats. You need proteins to get your zinc finger and copper gcu working so your body can use these two vital nutrients correctly. Fats for so much more.

I just see Nutrients (minerals vitamins) > proteins / fats being possible issue in how we function. Any thoughts on this @Helen ?

Good point, can call this my third cycle. Digestion got a bit worse on the cycle so we will see what happens off of it.
