Nah, just some good farts for the first week or so. You are eliminating bad bugs but it's happening by removal not killing.. later when your microbiome is blooming you'll just fee better and better

Yeah I’ve noticed the extra gas and so has my wife haha. I had an excellent bowel movement this morning, first in a long time. Exactly what I was looking for out of this - my lack of gallbladder usually ends up with not so great stools.

You said we won’t absorb any of the greens, right? That powder has a few ingredients that have made me feel bad in the past (maca root, spirulina, turmeric). I thought I remembered reading you said we wouldn’t to someone else in the thread.

Thanks again for sharing this man.

Been noticing that my gut feels immediately better and my anxiety improves after taking the drink, even though the main purpose is more long term. Going to start taking it twice a day once in the morning and once before bed

Also started TUDCA

The one I got doesn’t have turmeric in it. Seems they’ve reformulated it a few times.

Wish it wasn’t in mine. I’ve never reacted good to it. Maca normally gives me the shits too lol.

Any alternatives to the green banana flour? Can't seem to order it from where I live.

Raw potato starch is even higher in resistant starch than green banana flour if you can get that instead

How long this banana / potato needs to dry out before making it into powder / flour ?

If there is no special technology involved, then all that could be easily achieved at home in no time: cut the potatoes, dried them out in any dehydrator then throw the pieces into blender making them on flour ...

You buy it in powder form - you don't make it yourself! It's sold on Amazon etc

Don't worry, you won't absorb any of this its strictly food for the microbes, you can't break it down .. eventually you'll be able to eat all the things you previously reacted to with no issues. All those reactions are caused by an imbalance that this fixes.. I've seen it happen over and over again

Im aware its sold, but as i already have the staples i can easily make it dry and make into powder / flour. If i can use own ingredients i would make it easily myself, instead of buying some that is been made by some negros in shri lanka.

Have u tried all the shopping sites?
Ebay, jet.com , amazon , iherb?

You can try Hi maze, legume, potato flours.. I would be careful with potato flour, one guy had his gut tested after using it in the drink and he had less diversity, I can't remember the specifics, but green banana powder is best, unless u want to add a little bit of all just to be safe.. but obviously if u can't even get banana deliverd, might be an issue..

Yea, my nieces skin cleared up immediately, every time she stopped drinking it would flare up the next day.. but after 3 months she's no longer dependent on the drink.. all the fiber/starch is keeping some metals and toxins from reabsorbing too, so there is definitely immediate benefits going on too.. personally, I feel better when I'm on it as well. less fatigue, like I'm just healing quicker in general

lol this was the easiest for me!
I bought it at the store!
Locally made from green bananas

So ok, the psyllium is not the whole seed but the husk, and it is better to take it in powdered form.
So I will have to use my coffee grinder for this time!

I'm having solid bowel movements too. Day 6 on the sludge. Got the white tongue and all.

Unfortunately, either TEI is kicking into overdrive or I'm having some sort of bad reaction to this stuff as I'm not feeling well at all (fatigued, cold feet - very similar to how I felt after my cortisol injection)......I was hoping this would be a healing reaction or something but I may drop off the drink for a day or two to see if it is the drink or just TEI.
