Vitamin E utilization = cholesterol to preg … which could really simple be b5 b6 thyroid . But thyroid is active b6 so ultimately active b5 active b6

Nad+ zinc = preg to prog

Best htma in 2.5 years, I think it’s b12 utilization through chromium lithium calcium iodine cu essentially.

I think I’m wasting zinc.

That all said Mercury took at DIVE which is huge.

Backing off copper as ECGC getting A metabolism working through NAD is kinda it.

ECGC recycles NAD and SaME essentially is how I’m seeing it .

I really think Dana summers and Greg Russell jones approaches in 2019/ really 2020 induced Parkinson’s in me. And I almost and could’ve recovered so many times. But never did.

And now it might be just too late.

They caused manganese toxicity. Those approaches. B vitamins comes first approach isn’t good. They need calcium first zinc 2nd.

I don’t know what’s gonna happen. Need manganese to come down. Things are bad.

zinc lowers manganese, could help in your case. I had the opposite used a lot of zinc with not enough manganese (I did take it but not enough), also caused big problems. Or if you are high in zinc fasting can work i guess. Fasting for me never really worked well but only did 11 days max. Maybe it works better now that I am better.

But yea this health shit is hard. I feel ya. I had some issues with iron and it brought me back to how I was in PFS. Feeling like shite. I think I am now doing better. Used a lot of manganese, B1, zinc, B2, lowered iron intake (red meat) and within 2 weeks I lost the high iron feeling. Felt like shit (high cortisol) doing it but I know cortisol uses up iron or at least is made with iron. so it was very fast for me. When it clicks, it clicks.

Now I am at a point I wish to leave the health stuff. Especially the supplement taking. I wish I could live life without having to be anal about everything. Just fast if I don't feel good, etc. After doing this stuff with supplements for a long time I now start to dislike it. While in the beginning it helped me so much that's why I stuck with it for years. I hope to transition to a more basic life style and not have to take a ton of supps all the time.

Anyways good luck mate.

I agree with you 100%, I want to move on with my damn life! All I wanted was hair lol then I opened Pandora’s box. :/

Anyway, keep pushing forward bruschi

It sucks but it’s true. If things aren’t working right, zinc just dumps manganese from liver and it will elevate in hair in this situation. I think this is why people need to really feed calcium with zinc. I think calcium really uses Mn and keeps it from soaring .

As calcium helps push fe2 out of liver and fe2 + mn raise histidine and there’s your zinc finger making zinc working activating b6 raising nad keeping the the folate cycle alive.

A bad week led to a pot relapse. It happened. Everything shows on oligoscan, that I’m doing a good job raising nad for A and E metabolism but b6 activity is poor and chromium is dropping as cadmium is getting in the way here.

I think cadmium makes copper malfunction so zinc can’t be absorbed and then we see zinc soar in these oligoscans or hair.

I’m back off the pot. I got issues clearly. Working has been tough and I just want something to calm me down after. It’s not always. But I guess I really can handle a couple drinks a 2-3 days a week rather than the pipe. It’s really pathetic after all these years and how much I’ve fought that I’m relying on substances.

Not proud of it. Need to shape up. But it seems the vice needs to be something other than pot. The cadmium needs to be mitigated down badly. I’m doing an incredible job on mercury with my approach. It’s dropping in hair heavily for first time since 2022 the last time I recovered. Oligoscan mercury lower than ever too. It’s really the cadmium fuckin with copper/ zinc it seems and then fluoride / boron elevate without zn/ cu to active b6.

aren't you overcomplicating things ?
Not at all. I’m just way sicker than anyone cuz I worked with a fat fucking bitch named Dana summers in 2019 /2020. Her and Greg Russell jones pushing b2 moly made me diabetic and luckily I have recoveries since then that allowed me to understand what happened and why.

Unfortunately I didn’t learn glycolysis electron transport chain Krebs methylation in full until this year. And didn’t have the data to analyze it all with oligoscan next to hair.

I’ve had cfs for 11 years. I know all the varying degrees of it and how minor most are compared to a severe case like me. Like half a decade ago I was nothing compared to this. Most people talking on these sites are so minor compared to a severe case it’s sad . They’re all so rapidly fixable. But nobody knows what they’re talking about to fix them.
.
I was rapidly fixable but idiots got in the way and here I am deathly ill years later.

For the record sure stopping pot should happen don’t need more cadmium in the way. I’m off of it.

But it’s not a root cause. The poor metabolism caused by idiots pushing things in my system 5 years ago is where things went downhill.

Nearly cured myself twice in that time span. Now it’s been 2.5 years without a day of decency. It might me too late. I’m sooooo angry at the fucking idiots I worked with listened to specifically Greg Russel jones Dana summers in 2019/2020

Who are those guys ?

Vit B2 retain zinc and manganese, and chelate copper and iron

Isn’t that simple.

NMda receptor needs to be first thing taken into account in all these approaches.

If beta alanine and taurine receive glycine. And b2 is key to glycine. Then how is b2 first??

It’s not.

You gotta look at glycolysis and realize b2 is made from sugar as R5P. But it takes g6pd to get there which needs sodium chloride. A6pd which needs cr/ V/ insulin sensitivity.

People talk on internet and think everything is fe/cu. When in reality the human body is made primarily of carbon, hydrogen , oxygen, nitrogen. Legit 99% of it.

Yes iron and calcium are macro minerals they’re the heavy ones . While everything else is trace.

And copper metabolism is reliant on A metabolism. Glutathione metabolism is based on E metabolism. Both of these are intricate and not simple.

Everything is a lot more complicated than people think.

There has to be a cure for you man, you've been through a lot.

There's so much conflicting info online lol. If you have time and energy to answer: Which part of their protocols was the most critical in your "downfall" in your opinion? B2 and moly? The fact that you were taking the suggested supplements for a long time? What are their protocols ignoring that should not be ignored? What should I focus on to understand why GRJs protocol fails?

Don’t go near GRJ. He has nooooo idea what he’s doing. Yes FMN and fad are everything but they’re not made the way he says.

Him and Dana summers pushing b2 b1 moly selenium was horrid then Dana had me on manganese when I was already mn toxic.

I go from handsome in shape guy to crazy overweight developing dementia in 10 months.

I almost cured myself with V, Cr, Li, E, A b5 sea water that next fall. But things were needed like calcium zinc eventually and didn’t adjust to that until a year later in late 2021 when I started dying again.

Protocols don’t work. Cuz once you fix one piece the other piece goes down.

You have to follow all of metabolism and track closely indefinitely until things really go into balance and you can back off supplements. People do this . It’s not unheard of .

I lost this chance as I completely destroyed cr/ V with Dana/ GRJ in 2020. I probably needed to make cr / V / Ca step 1 to everything for the last 5 years but I kept changing things.

Like this last fall I severely needed calcium according to htma but neglected that and used hormones.

I do think it’s calcium for pyruvate that I really really need and the strontium elevation in hair is indicative of this. Same with the high boron. I do think cr/ vanadium for insulin sensitivity allows us to get to FMN from glucose. And FMN is key to b6 activity which raises your cysteine and keeps folate cycle alive.

It’s possible any magnesium at all is toxic for me and I may experiment with not touching it at all whatsoever.

Attached is a map of pyruvate dehydrogenase complex. I see this as the key to really everything as it’s NAD , CoA and Pyruvate which really keep this process going.

The brain needs co2 . We need to produce atp with co2 in the Krebs cycle. Pyruvate dehydrogenase does is what moves glucose into the Krebs cycle to produce these co2 and atp.

Most people are gonna read this and be like this guy knows nothing he’s too sick to be credible. But I didn’t start learning ANY of this stuff when I first started really dying 20 months ago.

For the record it’s likely my combination of bmaa toxicity, fluoride toxicities are at player here too which are both deadly. Bmaa causes ALs Parkinson’s

let’s look at the hair test. I’m in an extreme magneksum shell and I haven’t done an actual mag bath in over 2 months. So it’s not from putting hair in mag water.

The last time this happened and I really treated it was 2021 . I got my life back for an extended amount of time after treating it with calcium and b6.

Let’s think about how mag toxicity can affect the enzymes revolving around b2—-> fmn —> fad. And fmn—->active b6.

Mag isTHE one and only cofactor for FMN to active b6. AND it’s one of 2 cofactors for FMN to FAD next to phosphorus.

WELLLLL let’s do the math and see what mag does in that situation…..

It’s kind of easy. It just depletes the fuck out of FMN and pushes things it in two directions and puts even more pressure on BOTH phosphorus thyroid Cr/ V / Ca.

Think we need to see mag toxicity as real. I have to stop the foot baths. NOW.

Look how low sodium is in hair.

I’m at about 5000mg of ca today and barely feel it. Let’s drop the mag.

I don't regret getting into this stuff as I was headed to a life full with chronic problems/disease. I was just ignorant about it. But there's also a point I feel like where you have to let this go again so you can live more free. Not sure when that will happen for me.

For me it was the hair as well, well the finasteride was what brought it all up. The only big positive of finasteride is that for 2 years eventhough I felt like shit on it I could live like a crazy man and not fear my hair getting worse. While now if I do wrong things for my body chemistry I know I will lose hair again. This caused me to live more basic and healthier I guess. But also made me more inhibited and less enjoying of life. Personally.

It's kind of ridiculous how sensitive hair is. But it is a good measurement of if you are doing the right thing..

@bruschi11 Thanks for these informative replies man.

Unrelated but the most bananas thing I keep seeing is the muscle/energy testing. So many respectable practitioners are using it.
If there's something to it, you'd probably be good at it, considering all the knowledge you currently have.

People would joke that Andreas Moritz died of Epsom salt poisoning. Now I wouldn’t say that’s crazy.

If zinc finger is the key to health. And I’m telling you…. Zinc finger is key to health. Magneksum and sulfur antagonize zinc.

Cysteine needs to come before sulfur. You just can’t end product that shit. It doesn’t work.

B6 activity comes first and b6 activity comes between zinc copper and b12 utilization (fad which needs fmn and nad) .

Yes magnesium is in that equation too. But again you can’t outweight zinc copper b12 with magnesium. As these 4 nutrients are really what make the methionine cycle run.

The methionine cycle is life itself. You can’t let NO take over that cycle cuz cysteine is truly what we need most.

b12 magnesium zinc copper balance is probably it. Calcium allows balance of this whether we need to feed it or turn on thyroid to allow calcium absorption.

Calcium lithium in my opinion allow body to absorb b12. Iron too I guess.

God. This is too much.

Fmn starting to work and it seems vanadium was the last piece to that . Oligoscan shows b6 folate vitamin D the best they’ve been in quite some time.

Seems calcium cr V zn iodine really leading the way. Using up mag and we see mag increase in Oligo and boron is finally slowly dropping again
.
I should’ve been displaying all this stuff here as I’ve done it. Maybe I’ll start another log tomororow . Or maybe I’ll attach a scan to each post I’ve made.

Been doing weekly scans for about 3 months.

Made this post yesterday. Feels right what I’m thinking there.

But as fmn works and cysteine comes up, we need histidine. And iron manganese are huge cofactors there. I’m set on mn.

I’ve felt very anemic . Bad yesterday.

So I added 11 keto dht I’m going to cycle.

Good things happened in fall with 7 keto dht. On paper. But I was using vanadium for the month prior. I believe there was synergy.

Fluoride was dropping quickly in that time period. Boron was dropping but slowly.

Going to be fascinating to see what happens here . Adding just 11kdht no dhea / 7 keto dhea (was using these in fall) to my current nutrient plan.

Where do you buy the product you mentioned and what benefits should it provide?
