It feels like some sort of estrogen reception, atp, hydrogen production is just so high I literally need tons of biotin and have to take copper to handle really what’s happening here.

Now what’s happening often in Oligoscans is low vitamin D and low folate.

I’m wondering if it’s a true D deficiency or VDR issue . I have not supped with D for months.

Need bloodwork done badly. Was thinking one more cycle of SLU first but I think I wanna do the bloods on Monday.

Histamine really bad tonight and today. Feel I really needed to take that copper cuz of it.

Now as D comes up a bit. But not much. Just from low to ok. Folate remains dead low. And I’ve been really struggling for 2 days.

I did my scan yesterday without a test injection for 30 hours or so. I do wonder if I’m killing estrogen. Or not converting my T to E2. Or not moving my E2 to E1 .

I’m not handling sugar well at all right now. And I’m sure the folate issue goes with it. I’ve said for a long time now folate the key to electrolytes at its core.

ok so Amylin reception actually raises Aldo. (Via Elora usage)

But estrogen receptor beta is needed to keep Aldo from raising sodium/ blood pressure too high.

So one dose of SLUpp332 turned things on a bit yesterday but just completely died this morning.

My theory was Slu is acting like Reta a bit with glucagon reception. (ERb activates glucagon reception)

This morning so bad. Finally I took Elora. Things have gotten better.

ERb calms down Aldo.

I could not handle elora without reta. Nor could I handle Reta or SLU without Elora.

Basically I would normally raise and control aldosterone with…

T4 production which I’ve been doing to raise aldosterone.

And ERb to control aldosterone’s affects on sodium and blood pressure. Being b12 co2.

So prior to SLU. As I got off peptides . I guess I was doing ok with b12 and iodine maintaining this. But let’s be real I barely stopped peps before going on SLU. I was off for 10 days.

But when I bring in the stronger stuff like SLU or Reta. It seems ERb’s affects on killing aldo is too much. And we need Elora with the peptide approaches to ERb.

This is probably why on the Reta (+tirz) cycle without Elora, we saw potassium sky high but not sodium. ERb was on. B12 was taken tons. I was killing Aldo’s affects.

Yeaaaa and for Amy Yasko followers. Heck Freddd too.

“Lithium supplementation study shows elevated aldosterone compared to placebo”

There’s your lithium b12.

B12 ERb.

I’m pretty sure freddd took thyroid hormones all along. T4 and t3 with testo prior to b12.
He was probably demanding ERb with Aldo secretion.

I mean I lost that weight in August. But I went on Reta July 29th and for the next 10 days I really struggled.

I went on Elora say Aug 7th. Then Reta came back in a week later. And I just lost weight quick. That said in the midst of that…. I raised my iodine dose from 25mcg to 250 to 500mcg. I knew this was soooo needed specifically once reta went in me .

Again, ERb requires Aldo. Both Elora and iodine needed for Reta SLU.

I mean Micheal Mcevoy told me he’s seen Florinef ( synthetic Aldo ) save lives.

I think body might use fluoride to make Aldo hence the high fluoride. Florinef is made with fluoride.

And as I really collapsed the last week. What did I take a lot of? Biotin. Nitric oxide shuts down. Aldo production.

What a life. I hate it. I go out and make money soooooo messed up. It’s really incredible what I do. I kinda decided awhile ago I see severely disabled people working. And it just made me start saying fuck it I’m getting money no matter how fucked I am.

And it’s not good. I gotta get more stable or I’m dying this way or a lot worse than I am now.

Today is really rock bottom. I can’t continue to live this way.

I think it’s basically nadph moves cortisone back to cortisol. 11b-hsd2. Moves cortisol to cortisone.

Aldo helps raise 11b-hsd2 as does nad. And we really want to be moving our cortisol to cortisone and back. It’s about cortisol recycling .

11b-hsd1 is nadph driven. Which I’m doing crazily lately with iodine and fat metabolism.

11b-hsd2 gets cortisol back to cortisone. Which really needs both NAd and aldo.

And while Aldo is needed. We need ERb to control Aldo so Bp/ sodium doesn’t soar. I’ve seen sodium soaring on my htmas since late 2022. Ever since Hormoens got involved. Usually it’s high sodium really high. With moderately high potassium.

Well the last htma, with Reta. I had high potassium moderate sodium. They swapped places. Why? Cuz Reta pushed ERb dampening the aldosterone response.

That said I still had high insulin. So potassium goes high in the cell in that situation. Wonder if raising Aldo with more iodine / elora would’ve changed that htma.

I mean. I’m sure they would’ve.

In a typical non hormone use htma. I have low sodium. Low aldo. All before I started using iodine.

Sodium has been all over the place since starting stopping starting hormones the last 2.5 years really. But when sodium in htma regulates and increases in oligoscan. Things improve.

So we do want to raise Aldo . But we need ERb with it.

I think reducing the body fat is key to ERb / cobalt/ chromium retention. I

If you are making money that's good man. I do a lower stress job, it works for me.
I know a good amount of people who have shit health but still do good making money. I used to do good as well but my health was getting worse and worse. It sucks I had to choose one almost. Maybe you don't but I had to for a while because it was just too bad my brain didn't work.

It seems the Amylin agonism got d receptor going. So D finally started elevating in the oligoscan. I feel horrible and I just see it how manganese and copper combined are just destroying me in the htma I got back today. Zinc is just getting taken out hard.

I think it’s the Aldo eating up cortisol pretty badly. It’s tough.

I don’t want to keep taking Elora for now. I want that .2mg injection to be just a thing to get me out of that hole. The hole I dug with SLU and reta ultimately.

I gotta find a way to keep Aldo and cortisol both being made is how I feel. With iron and copper while retaining zinc. Clearing the excess mn we see in the htma. It needs co2 I know that. Tonight is not co2. Tonight is glutamate.

Tonight is not ok. I gotta figure something out or just let all the compounds I’ve put in me recently wear off. And start this new plan.

Yea doing lower stress jobs now it works. I work a decent amount of hours but it’s stuff I can do and not hate it. Work my own schedule. A lot of driving.

Life should be easy. These jobs are so easy and pay enough. I would have a really good life if I had my health. But I don’t and I feel like I’m possibly nowhere close and never will.

If sucks. But then I just see test results and think “if this happens, I can heal”. The data keeps me going.

I’m starting to really think fluoride. With an emphasis on lithium calcium sea water (for chloride) iodine zinc biotin b12s carnitine to treat that.

Lithium calms hydrogen (b12 / ERb/ cr) so chloride can be retained.

Lithium needed for low PTH.

Lithium = elora

B12 Carnitine = Reta

PTH raises aldo.

Lithium needed for PTH for Aldo. I guess.

ERb just increases that demand . Which goes with yaskos b12 with lithium

Chloride died when I mega dosed inositol in 2024. Agrees with this . Inositol blows out lithium

Lithium demands biotin adob12. Succinate. Which basically makes b5 and co2 assuming PTH is on via lithium maybe mag Ca.

Iodine goes in from there.

Lithium iodine are known ERa agonists .

Have to look at ERb as cobalt chromium and hydrogen overall. Hif1a

ERa as VHL—> co2. Still ado b12 so cobalt does play a role here. But lith a big role. Biotin. Selenium and its utilization. Iodine kind of goes both ways but needed here.

I’m gonna take lithium 5mg 2x daily.

Anyone in my shoes would be so freaked out. But I just scanned an hour ago. It happened finallly. Vitamin D really is coming up again. With b12. With sodium. VDR is working , Aldo coming up. That’s cortisol reception really.

I guess the super sexy six is moving to the super sexy 7. If it becomes 8 there’s gotta be a name change. We don’t want that. 7 was my high school jersey number. I had that football jersey on my dorm room walls in college.

There’s a lot to behind 7 to me. That senior year of football was tough for me. Got hurt lost my starting job cuz of it. I gave it my all hung in there and contributed as the nickel back and 3rd receiver. First db and wr off the bench. But I was so sad. I knew it was my last year of football. Cried my eyes out week 6 when I realized my career was basically ending as a backup.

Week 7. I had a huge 20 yard catch in the 3rd quarter for a huge first down. Literally was all smarts learning from Madden . Found a place right in middle of field for one of my best friend qbs to put the ball in a place where only I could grab it. We went into overtime.

Then in overtime after we scored a touchdown. For the 2 pt conversion, We ran a trick play where I went in as a tight end in a jumbo set. lol I was no tight end. But we ran a tight end reverse and juked out two defenders to dive into the end zone for the two point conversion that would win the game.

Everyone rushed the field. It was a real moment you grow up dreaming about. In my town, football was religion. I started and really contributed the last 4 games. It was a good ending. You hang in there, good things could happen and it prepared me for this tough adulthood.

Baseball was my #1 and I honestly think I was a better basketball player than football. But I gave up basketball (I regret that badly and blame my illness on it) to focus on baseball and football in high school.

I wore 7 in both baseball and football.

But let’s say it’s

Meb12
Adob12
Carnitine
Iodine
Biotin
Zinc
Lithium

While the Vit D and b12 elevation is great in latest Oligo. It was the fluoride drop that really got me most.

Freddd is all about lithium for fluoride.

I’m gonna give it my all to prove that man right posthumously and give myself a life damnit

Ok it’s lithium that makes magnesium active.

Magnesium converts fmn to fad. And activates b6 from fmn.

Chromium raising r5p is how we get to fmn. Taking some ribose may help that too.

Chromium is raising from lithium.

I think it’s time for magnesium again. And probably sea water.

so lithium + iodine based plan with a few minerals like copper chromium raised my t4 highest I’ve ever seen it mid range but t3 died in spring 2025.

I’m thinking I was missing meb12. And TRT.

Thing is… magnesium was still high in htma at that time. It wasn’t being used. I wasn’t bathing in it. I was doing foot baths tho.
