since cortisol is not sensitive potassium becomes low
Is it only cortisol sensitivity that is involved in low potassium?
And is fasting the only way to gain more cortisol sensitivity? What else can be done for this?

Please look at this study which shows the use of "ketoconazole" (oral) as a remedy for Glucocorticoid resistance.

Glucocorticoid resistance syndrome: treatment with ketoconazole, an efficient therapy solution case report

also note that ketoconazole is an antifungal, which many have reported feeling better on antifungals (myself included).

Wow. When applying Canesten (Clotrimazole and hydrocortisone) at night, I often feel a lot better then next day.

I also regularly get skin fungal infections (ringworm), but I wash twice a day with soap and so I don't know why I get that.

Interesting.

Interesting.

Soap actually has quite a high PH while skin lightly acidic. High pH is the environment where fungus lives. ACV(as it is acidic) and low pH shampoos help me with dandruff. I don't say that it is a firm solution but you may want to try it

Guys with work with those reports. I have a question! Can anybody explain me in a short text what are the connection between Zinc Finger and RU/Ella and why are we discussing it to adress the same condition (PFS).

Thank you so much. We are advancing I think. Just made a little cycle of progesterone 1mg 4 days, I will make a log for that.

Yeah, body wastes potassium due to poor cortisol sensitivity (hence muscle cramps, water retention etc in PFS people, since they retain sodium). That is why you can't just supplement potassium only, you will feel 20x worse, I tried it before since your body is getting rid of potassium for a reason.

All the stuff Gbol talks about all address cortisol sensitivity just in different ways. Zinc finger, fasting, RU etc.

remaining is energy levels still on the lower end , sleep is OK, but not great. Gbol said as cortisol becomes more sensitive and potassium normalizes (since potassium regulates metabolism via thyroid) those should resolve too. I'm not on the full protocol yet either so within the next few days I will be, and will have a better overview.

Libido, erections, sex drive etc all that is great and back to normal. I wake up with a rock hard erection every morning

How long have you been taking the histadine/cysteine HCL combo at this point? Thanks.

Thanks! I have read again the first post and understood better that zinc finger has to do with cortisol sensitivity! I have to understand why I also waste potassium, fasting was very good for cortisol sensitivity indeed. Maybe since I stopped progest-e and with some more fasting I will get better.

I always thought I had cramps because of lack of Mg! Obviously I have good mg and low K! But I do not seem to have problems with Na.
I have bought plenty tomato sauce!

Anyone's body temperature and mood improve with this potential treatment?

I'm shedding noticeably less on only day 2 of:

2g L-Alanine
500mg+ Histidine
500mg+ Cysteine

wtf? BUT... I have also taken.... 24mg of ephedrine HCL these past 2 days in a row (was expecting this to make hair worse).

Is it the ephedrine that's helping, or the amino's, lol.

I hope no one takes this post as proof of anything, just thought it was interesting.

Hmm. Mine's low now I think I have hypothyroid symptoms. Usually I run hot. In Canada -- I would wear light jackets in the winter, as long as I'm not outside too long. But with PFS, my bones/joints in my hands and feet hurt... and low energy too.
Ephedrine is def thermogenic, I used in teens a bit. Be careful with that.
Maybe the regimen is helping your hair shed less, I doubt ephedrine is... stimulants can cause hair loss in susceptible ppl.\

Yes. my Temps went up high, I noted this in another thread, BUT... I also took ephedrine HCL... so... can't say which it was. :(

Why are you taking ephedrine. Histidine will increase methylation by letting folate work. Why take agonists of adrenaline receptors. that can backfire like crazy

UP to you of course.

Usually ephidrine causes hairloss, and you knowing it still taking it? I observed many people start losing hair on it when they used it for training.

Supplements

Are you fighting the hairloss or you want to get bald?

When you fix your cortisol sensitivity this will allow methylation to work full speed and this will increase your adrenaline levels. By forcing adrenaline receptors, all you're doing is wasting magnesium and that basically lowering your cysteine.

I've seen it with Adderall personally. And to a lesser extent dexedrine, but I maintained with Spiro cream as I've mentioned.

With that in mind, my ADHD is severe and I haven't taken dexedrine in a year. But I'm going to have to when I start a new job. Can I still follow the zinc finger protocol @gbolduev

Starting with a low dose of dexedrine. It really helps me focus wise and depression wise. I'm very scatterbrained unfortunately and usually I'm fine enough mentally, but with PFS I'm really feeling down.

Right now and since June I'm on absolutely nothing except my asthma inhalers. I was on herbs and I'm not now. And I was on cu, mg, k... But I'm not sure if that suits me.
To clarify: I'd take Zinc finger to heal from PFS as the main priority.|

Can you please share how you know all of these interactions e.g. adrenaline lowering magnesium. Is there books I can read? Do I have to read studies? I am trying to educate myself and information is scattered everywhere
