@gbolduev you should finish your matrix chart. I think that would eliminate 90% of the confusion as you can just point to it and people can see it rather than have to explain every little single detail.
interesting, before my pfs crash I was taking large doses of B6 + zinc topically on my scalp (known as zix, worked for many as far as hairloss, eczema etc) and it actually helped me, But I quickly developed sides assuming from the saw palmetto I was also taking (I would notice almost immediate brain fog, also topically used.)
I wonder if the large doses of topically absorbed b6 + zinc contributed towards this systemic crash? I'm sure it definitely messed with my copper/zinc levels, which may have already been out of whack, which would explain why I crashed after just a few weeks of low dose saw palmetto...
People already are experimenting with this with some results. ( You , sevens, tallgrass etc) It is 100 % clear what to take from the post 1. Where it says you have to do THIS: and then it outlined step by step what to do.
No need for many people to experiment with this until it works for a few.
There is a protocol that I outlined. which starts with 1)
And then there are some protocols patented that I found on the internet like cysteine histidine copper zinc for hairloss
like histidine with folic acid. for libido.
like histidine with copper and lysine for hairloss Also patented.
What is there to be confused about.
Matrix chart? Matrix is in my computer,it has enzyme interactions. But without tests , it is not applicable to anyone.
The problem here is that no one has any tests. really, just guesses.
I doubt same things will work for all people. some people will have low chlorides, some high chlorides for instance, high and low insulin. etc.
That is why someone is helped by copper like Scenes, and some one has zero libido on copper as wuf. Both took FIN.
So do really rec stuff to people, we need to at least have 2 groups with 2 different plans.
So I gave in and bought this as the forms look good (lysine and histidine are in HCL form like gbol mentioned in OP).
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B003...8&sr=8-1&keywords=essential+amino+acid+powder
I also bought serine and pure aspartic acid (not the D form). I already have beta alanine. And I will do number 1 with the protocol (histidine, serine, aspartic acid) with the amino powder above.
So that's it, I don't wanna hear it anymore Mr Putin saying I'm not doing it right @gbolduev

Aren't you doing good on your current regimen? Why don't you just stick with cycling that for a month or two and see what happens?
Just saw this, thought it was suitable.

I struggle to get RDIs even with excess calories. Do you have a secret on how to hit RDIs easily, even in calorie deficit? If I was going to experiment with this, I would start with histidine, cysteine and selenium while making sure everything else is at RDA levels in the diet (w/ trace minerals in good quantity). After week 3, a person could experiment with zinc and start increasing overall protein intake to see how they react. B-complex every now and then might not be a horrible idea either. Then titrate the supplements down and see if the changes stick.
I would not go the route of trying to support endogenous histidine/cysteine formation at first honestly, it is too complex and energy intensive - the list of working co-factors is too long. I would wait for that to come back online on it's own by restoring physiological function, digestion, and supplying proper nutrients (everything at RDA levels). I don't see why over time it wouldn't start up on it's own. Serine and aspartic acid are synthesized much more easily. Making sure metabolism and NAD+ is high enough will guarantee their synthesis since their biosynthesis is mostly reliant on leftovers from metabolic processes. And it's important to make sure metabolism is going, because these are reversible reactions. So oxoloacetate, ketoglutarate, NAD+ need to be kept high. Exercise and calorie deficit can help raise these.
I think consuming RDA levels of most vitamins/minerals while not consuming excess calories (or even in slight calorie deficit) is integral. It's very low hanging fruit, if a person hasn't tried that yet I think it's a great start. It will facilitate most therapies IMO.
It was due to saw palmetto, doibtful the zinc b6 had any impact.interesting, before my pfs crash I was taking large doses of B6 + zinc topically on my scalp (known as zix, worked for many as far as hairloss, eczema etc) and it actually helped me, But I quickly developed sides assuming from the saw palmetto I was also taking (I would notice almost immediate brain fog, also topically used.)

Two questions about the protocol :
1.Most people here already eat a paleo style diet rich in aminos.Surely taking a digestive enzyme and hcl would enable enough aminos to be absorbed?
2.I'm taking a b complex and methylfolate due to mthfr issues. Was mentioned here that b5 interferes with histamine reactions, what should mthfr people do and is it worthwhile taking b vit supp while on l-histadine?
it is not a price to pay but it is normal and has explanation. I keep posting the link to the diagram of the nervous system: Nervous System QuestionsWhen sex is better, anxiety is higher. It's maybe the price you pay until you tinker enough to get to the source of the other problem.
