Aspartic acid is also kept high by making sure most other endogenously formed amino acids are kept at a high level, since it's used as material for synthesizing about half a dozen other amino acids.

interesting, before my pfs crash I was taking large doses of B6 + zinc topically on my scalp (known as zix, worked for many as far as hairloss, eczema etc) and it actually helped me, But I quickly developed sides assuming from the saw palmetto I was also taking (I would notice almost immediate brain fog, also topically used.)

I wonder if the large doses of topically absorbed b6 + zinc contributed towards this systemic crash? I'm sure it definitely messed with my copper/zinc levels, which may have already been out of whack, which would explain why I crashed after just a few weeks of low dose saw palmetto...

@gbolduev you should finish your matrix chart. I think that would eliminate 90% of the confusion as you can just point to it and people can see it rather than have to explain every little single detail.

People already are experimenting with this with some results. ( You , sevens, tallgrass etc) It is 100 % clear what to take from the post 1. Where it says you have to do THIS: and then it outlined step by step what to do.

No need for many people to experiment with this until it works for a few.

There is a protocol that I outlined. which starts with 1)

And then there are some protocols patented that I found on the internet like cysteine histidine copper zinc for hairloss

like histidine with folic acid. for libido.

like histidine with copper and lysine for hairloss Also patented.

What is there to be confused about.

Matrix chart? Matrix is in my computer,it has enzyme interactions. But without tests , it is not applicable to anyone.

The problem here is that no one has any tests. really, just guesses.

I doubt same things will work for all people. some people will have low chlorides, some high chlorides for instance, high and low insulin. etc.

That is why someone is helped by copper like Scenes, and some one has zero libido on copper as wuf. Both took FIN.

So do really rec stuff to people, we need to at least have 2 groups with 2 different plans.

The 'crash' could have had NOTHING at all to do with B6+Zinc, and almost everything to do with Saw Palmetto.

Some people have literally committed suicide from the crash from Saw Palmetto. I'm not joking. It is rare, but it is possible. Induces a very finasteride-crash like state.

Are the tests more reliable if taken by blood or by urine?

I am just going now to my doctor to get them, I asked them via blood.

Yes, we know this is experimental and there can be multiple cases hence taking histidine and cysteine at the same time etc. No one has said there was only one case at least to my knowledge.

I was saying from a matrix point of view, it is easier to explain because the picture shows the enzyme interaction rather than try to constantly rexplain it that is all I'm saying. Plus I'm sure people here would love to see the enzyme interactions or maybe just screenshot the relevant interactions in relation to zinc protocol if it was too much work IDK.

So I gave in and bought this as the forms look good (lysine and histidine are in HCL form like gbol mentioned in OP).

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B003...8&sr=8-1&keywords=essential+amino+acid+powder

I also bought serine and pure aspartic acid (not the D form). I already have beta alanine. And I will do number 1 with the protocol (histidine, serine, aspartic acid) with the amino powder above.

So that's it, I don't wanna hear it anymore Mr Putin saying I'm not doing it right @gbolduev

Great idea!

I was also looking into a product like this but they are all expensive, will look into that one.

Aren't you doing good on your current regimen? Why don't you just stick with cycling that for a month or two and see what happens?

Wait, you actually have a matrix of interactions created? Dude, you need to share this. This could be extremely useful for a ton of things, even just for learning and developing it further.

So you’ll keep doing the cysteine even though it’s not in protocol?

Also I have d-aspartic acid, did he say somewhere that’s no good?

If I was going to experiment with this, I would start with histidine, cysteine and selenium while making sure everything else is at RDA levels in the diet (w/ trace minerals in good quantity). After week 3, a person could experiment with zinc and start increasing overall protein intake to see how they react. B-complex every now and then might not be a horrible idea either. Then titrate the supplements down and see if the changes stick.

I would not go the route of trying to support endogenous histidine/cysteine formation at first honestly, it is too complex and energy intensive - the list of working co-factors is too long. I would wait for that to come back online on it's own by restoring physiological function, digestion, and supplying proper nutrients (everything at RDA levels). I don't see why over time it wouldn't start up on it's own. Serine and aspartic acid are synthesized much more easily. Making sure metabolism and NAD+ is high enough will guarantee their synthesis since their biosynthesis is mostly reliant on leftovers from metabolic processes. And it's important to make sure metabolism is going, because these are reversible reactions. So oxoloacetate, ketoglutarate, NAD+ need to be kept high. Exercise and calorie deficit can help raise these.

I think consuming RDA levels of most vitamins/minerals while not consuming excess calories (or even in slight calorie deficit) is integral. It's very low hanging fruit, if a person hasn't tried that yet I think it's a great start. It will facilitate most therapies IMO.
I struggle to get RDIs even with excess calories. Do you have a secret on how to hit RDIs easily, even in calorie deficit?

I'm guessing you HAVE to log chronometer? And maybe drink veggie juice?

I just finished exams and read through all this. Wow. There is a lot here... I'll probably read over it all again.

I want to challenge some people on this: I never had hair loss so I can't really claim to understand it, but it seems to me that if you reverse to a pre-fin state that hair loss might come back, and that therefore losing hair might not be bad if it comes with other things coming back. I have a similar connection with anxiety. When sex is better, anxiety is higher. It's maybe the price you pay until you tinker enough to get to the source of the other problem. For me, I'd take anxiety or shave my head bare over losing sexuality. I'd eat any amount of shit daily to feel fully human again. That should be the main goal imo. But, I understand it's a complex subject.

Something I'll note. Spinach really helps. I've hypothesized that Vitamin K might be involved, but I don't really know where. I eat like 170g a day. That's like a whole bag. If I don't have the time to eat it all raw, I'll liquify it in a blender and drink it. Also I'll add in frozen blueberries and it actually tastes ok.

I'll keep reading up and let people know my thoughts on how this might convert over to PSSD.

It was due to saw palmetto, doibtful the zinc b6 had any impact.

Two questions about the protocol :
1.Most people here already eat a paleo style diet rich in aminos.Surely taking a digestive enzyme and hcl would enable enough aminos to be absorbed?

2.I'm taking a b complex and methylfolate due to mthfr issues. Was mentioned here that b5 interferes with histamine reactions, what should mthfr people do and is it worthwhile taking b vit supp while on l-histadine?

I think MTHFR issues are the outcome of histidine deficiency. since Active folate is what breaks down histidine. And all those people dont have any problems of converting folate to its active form. it is just that the conversion is stopped to conserve histidine.

Once you have histidine , the body will have stomach acid and the conversion of folate will go back online. Some supplement folate with histidine at the same time. which I already outlined in the first post.

it is not a price to pay but it is normal and has explanation. I keep posting the link to the diagram of the nervous system: Nervous System Questions
Anxiety is a burst of sympathetic activation, S, in people who have a usual state of a parasympathetic dominance brake, PS, over this activation, like the lid of the pressure cooker. Sometimes the system releases some steam... This is anxiety.

You will see the link with better sex there in the diagram of the NS: sex is one of the only thing that depends so much on BOTH systems, sympathetic and parasympathetic. When you have too much PS, sex cannot be ok for 2 reasons: you lack some S, and also we have 2 PS, and the one that blocks S is not the regular one = it is not the one that makes connexion and rest and digest. The PS that is present as a block of the S is the emergency one, and we are not meant to stay in that state long. In desease, we do. Some people are in only high S, and some people still have the high S, but the colapse of PS in addition. Both systems are running and it is tiring.

If you get rid of the excess steam, the excess S activation, then you can have the normal balance S and PS and you have good sex without the anxiety. That is why people are helped by those things such as: meditation, gentle nice and pleasant exercise, good food good air and good water, good relationships with people and avoiding doctors that tell you it is your fault and all in your head... If this helps alongside rebalancing the minerals etc, then it means that those methods of managing stress are able to influence minerals etc!
