I haven't noticed much so far except a slight energy boost. The effect actually seems less strong than last time... No idea why. Will be interesting to see if a higher dosage does anything different!

Not really. I'm not getting the increased sensitivity I got last time, and neither the mood nor energy boost.Anything so-far?
Yeah, 3 tsp a day.
I did 10mg a day so I'm already out. I'm not taking anything for now. Maybe the snapback will be more interesting.I would drop it while on Ella and see how u feel
I had my windows always in week2, after upping my dose, for both moclobemide and sjw. Maybe we arent talking this stuff long enough to make an impact?
Tests are useful when we know what to look for. Did you ever try the ace route? Everyone is on the zinc finger theory at the moment, not sure if thats the right strategyLast time I began to notice things on day 2, felt best on day 3, only for the benefits to start fading away after day 4. I took it for 6 days total.
I bet there are a lot of other factors that we're missing when just taking Ella. No way to know without tests I think.
Naw I haven't touched the ace yet. My first priority now is getting some tests done to find out what case I actually am instead of randomly guessing, since that isn't working too well.Tests are useful when we know what to look for. I think homeopathy is a complete waste of time. It can be great placebo if you buy into it, so for people that buy into it it can work. Otherwise the usefulness isn't really there IMO.
Hormonal imprinting in the central nervous system:
causes and consequences
The notion of the perinatal „hormonal imprinting” has been published at fi rst in 1980 and since that time it spred
expansively. The imprintig develops at the fi rst encounter between the developing receptor and the target hormone
– possibly by the alteration of the methylation pattern of DNA – and it is transmitted to the progeny generations of
the cell. This is needed for the complete development of the receptor’s binding capacity. However, molecules similar
to the target hormone (hormone-analogues, drugs, chemicals, environmental pollutants) can also bind to the developing
receptor, causing faulty imprinting with life-long consequences. This can promote pathological conditions.
Later it was cleared that in other critical periods such as puberty, imprinting also can be provoked, even in any age in
differentiating cells. The central nervous system (brain) also can be mistakenly imprinted, which durably infl uences
the dopaminergic, serotonergic and noradrenergic system and this can be manifested – in animal experiments – in
alterations of the sexual and social behavior. In our modern age the faulty hormonal imprintig is inavoidable because
of the mass of medicaments, chemicals, the presence of hormone-like materials (e.g. soya phytosteroids) in the food,
and environmental pollutants. The author especially emphasizes the danger of oxytocin, as a perinatal imprinter, as it
is used very broadly and can basically infl uence the emotional and social spheres and the appearance of certain diseases
such as auitism, schizophrenia and parkinsonism. The danger of perinatal imprinters is growing, considering
their effects on the human evolution. Orv. Hetil., 2013, 154, 128–135.
Low dose SSRI makes sense, I don't think the one molecule thing makes sense. Low dose SSRI is counted in beads isn't it?
How's he going to prepare that? Wouldn't you need to get a script for citalopram again? (at one molecule? Is this even possible?)
I don't know man. His other advice may be ok. I've never tried much of homeopathy... too many physicians in my family. Although I understand the want to try it, considering medicine got us in this.
