Would taking some sort of cortisol blocker help to increase cortisol sensitivity? Are there any known safe cortisol blockers?

Adding this as it was in the zinc finger thread

By the way , about hairloss thing. Look at the ingredients of TRICOMIN. Histidine copper, lysine. alanine. This is what I mentioned in the patented treatments. And if you read some people who are applying this stuff, they claim to get crazy hard erections on this stuff.

Pickart discovered the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine (GHK) naturally occurring in the body and determined that it plays a role in tissue renewal. He also found that GHK is less abundant in people who are older / in poorer health. He experimented with introducing GHK-copper into the body, and saw it had the same effect as naturally occurring GHK. He called GHK-Cu "Copper Tripeptide-1". He also discovered an analogue of GHK which had a stronger effect, at least for hair growth: L-alanyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine (AHK).

Yeah, if you were 85 % bald and now have hair. How does it look. the transplants I saw look bad. like fake hair. it is better to be bald than to have fake looking hair.

And dont those people put you on fin afterwards. since it will just fall out without it again,

I don'the know who you saw. My hair tranplant looks fabulous and perfect. Hair wont fall out. They are hair taken from the back of the head and shouldn't fall out. Will see. If they do, I won't get crazy anymore about hair since I understood it is so little thing compared to happiness of health.

Yeah, but what about your existing hair that was not transplanted on top of your head? That will fall out over time if you don't stop your hair loss, hence why they prescribe finasteride after HT's to help keep the remaining hair. After a while the hair that was not transplanted on top of your head will start to fall out and your transplanted hair will stay causing a weird look, then you have to get another transplant until you eventually run out of donor hair and the back of your head will be scars.

But if it looks good and you stopped your existing loss already, then I'm happy for you

Dude, they have transplants now that take hair from beards, chest, or even ass. If he was 85% bald, he did not have any existing hair . LOL

Yep, when I started to lose hair, I used to visit a hairloss forum, and there was a guy who got pubic hair transplanted to the head!!

win-win situation.

Anyway, i'm quite sure that either wuf didn't lose 85% of his hair, or his hair is very thin right now. No transplant can save such a loss

this guy is not bad.
does not look thin. The problem is how it grows, looks like a wig

This is probably the best you can hope for when having hair transplant with such a bald head. I'm quite sure if he stood under a lamp, it would look very thin. Also they mention that there is not scar in beard area, but we can't see that since picture is taken with 1cm hair.

Actually my hair looks like his at the moment - decent when there is no direct lighting on but looks like shit and you can see balding pattern under good lighting.

Lol never seen the ass hair one, but have seen an armpit hair transplant, it looked so fake. Like the hair was put on with Elmer's glue. Any body hair transplant to the head does not really look or blend that well IMO.

what about premature grey? I'm a fast oxidizer so supposidly peat diet is good for this. Been following peat diet for 3 months. Don't see an improvement in this department.

my hair loss has either halted and possibly gotten thicker (according to my hair stylist) but still have quite a few grey for my age on the sides.

still in a pfs like state but it's just annoying lingering symptoms on cycle rather than depths of despair like before. I still have water retention on face. Less strong erections, less libido, wake up once or twice a night and sometimes a bit of memory impairment but over im like 85% (on andro cycle though)

wuf got a transplant and looks good from what i've seen.

I think collagen is really good for hair. Just makes it stronger and more resilient and grows faster. I used bulletproof one which is more expensive but def highest quality in the market.

As gbold told..I had not existing hair. I mean 15%))) so it means nothing. If they will fall you will not notice it. And my hair oss stopped already.

Don't be surprised. This is the way it is. Also a friend of mine did and looks great.

Collagen is vital indeed. Frankly there appears to be nothing out there to increase it. Nothing I tried at least. Any insights or tips to increase collageen here?

Edit: found some stuff from a dermatologist..

Myself, I am in the above school of thought and feel antioxidants and anti-inflammatory agents are both beneficial. Therefore, I recommend orally CoffeeBerry, Resveratrol, Pynogenol, Acai, green tea, Vitamin C (get the Ascorbyl Palmitate version), and Nicomide. These are all potent antioxidants.
An antioxidant is nothing more than a reducing agent (if you can remember your high school chemistry). The above ROS are all greedingly and aggressively looking for an electron. They try to grab one from the DNA or collagen. The antioxidant is a generous fellow and gladly gives one up, calming the ROS down and stabilizing the situation.
I also believe that Oracea, Doxycycline 40 mg. a day, does well. In animal studies it substantially decreases the amount of MMP's.

@gbolduev I recently added a few things into my regimen..

500mg l-methionine and 500mg l-phenylalanine 2 days ago or so, as well as 4g of MSM powder.

Hair shedding, BAD. BAD. BAD.

gbolduev, I know you said you got hair loss when using l-methionine... which is so odd, given everything written about it.

Could my increased shedding really be from this?
