I have PFS and found that I felt slightly better on zinc, but am looking to feel even better.
I'm going to try experiment with NAC Cysteine, Copper, Electrolytes, and eat some naturally testosterone boosting foods and see how I feel.
Cysteine + Copper worked for
@Scenes so I'm going to see what it does for me. I know this isn't even half of what
@gbolduev is looking into but it doesn't hurt to try.
I'll post results after a few days.
Edit: I've heard that zinc helps people with the type of PFS that's rooted in an overload of DHT, so testosterone boosting foods might seem counter-intuitive; but I've researched that sulforaphane in broccoli sprouts encourages DHT to break apart faster. So eating testosterone enducing foods + broccolli sprouts should in theory give me more testosterone but also DHT with a shorter "half-life" so to speak. Haven't tried it yet. Doesn't seem like a cure but I hope maintaining these levels will give my body a chance to sort itself out.
