Currently on somewhat of an electrolyte protocol for 3 months now. I take:
- oyster supplement
- vit b complex (non methylated - will try methylated soon)
- b2 and niacinamide
- magnesium
- oxbile

Yeah same. I have high B1 in blood without supplementing it. Something is off, bit I don’t know what to take. He mentions what to take with low B1c though (For some it could be just B1 deficiency, then you take B1 and then you take all the minerals that B1 made you lose, like zinc biotin , b6 ...
I’m not sure. The p5p gave me symptoms as well, so even active b’s are a no go.
I have sulforaphane and calcium-d glucarate on hand here, as advertised by doctor Powers. Will likely go that route now.
Trying to follow the electrolyte protocol as I think that’s the bare minimum I should follow, however, what HG7 has thought me is that my body isn’t transporting/using b vitamins well. They all build up when supplementing, as proven by blood test and symptoms.

Also, I remember you were very positive about TEI, saying it will likely cure you in an earlier thread with a poll. Why did you stop and look elsewhere?
For cases with AR upregulated (low hormones) - The high potassium load up to increase NADPH, follow up with amino’s and B’s mentioned in this thread, should be looked into much more.
