Anyone here has the answers as to why I now pretty much instantly get migraines from zinc? I usually could supplement tons and have no side effects. I’ve tested this for a few months now, and every time it results in migraine, which could last for days if I took a lot of zinc (50-100mg).

b6 activity pressures threonine (nadph) and a couple biotin aminos. Need nadph and biotin working to handle zinc .

Active b6 makes cysteine. We want cysteine to be our friend but it can become enemy quick.

Maybe you are onto something as NAC gives menthe same kind of headaches.

I am already trying to increase NAD. Would adding b6 help maybe offset the headaches if supplementing zinc?

Wouldn’t say I’m onto something it’s just biochem. Zinc b2 without cysteine metabolism and that year the last fuckin year of Gbold essentially. Gbold caught it for me “you need chromium from your zinc fucking up insulin”.

It was more than just zinc. It was moly. Too much mag. Too much b2. The whole fucking approach ruined my life .

I think we do have some similar issues you and I. I think at this point we need to treat as straight metabolic syndrome similar to freddd. We’ve been sick so long. I really wanna see your oligoscan

I am just trying to make my body tolerate zinc better, as it’s also giving me benefits.

What should I add/focus on in order for that to work?

What’s your physique like? I know you said you can’t fast.

I think succinate based approach. Meb12 ado b12 + biotin and lithium iodine . Might be what you want. Carnitine.

With a decent b complex not too heavy . Iodine dose may only need to be 25-50mcg.

Gh peptides mots c might help this body chem.

If T is low it might be needed to support all the oxidation happening.

I wish I was healthy. Or healthier. I’d come to the Netherlands and scan you with my oligo then go to the red light district for days if not weeks. One day

About 1.87, skinny build, lots of belly fat due to low hormones, no muscles as I am unable to pack any.

I am already on a b-complex, magnesium, C, niacinamide and R5P.

I could tolerate plenty of zinc on HG7 or before that. Ever since it’s giving me headaches. I might jump back on a light version of hg7.

But yeah, I would like that as well haha. I just don’t have money right now. Even the supplements I need are a hassle. Trying to save for a DUTCH test as it provides the needed information for Dr Powers. Not to mention the monthly fee he’ll ask of his patients, but we’ll figure something out.
