Yesterday was psycho crash I can only attribute to iodine or ss31. But WITH cagri. Which I went up to .75 overall. Day 1 was .25, day 2 .5 day 3 psycho crash where I couldn’t get a thing in my body AFTER taking supps that morning with breakfast which I did get down fine.

Cagri was a part of the crash for sure. I could not eat a thing puked dry heaves bad.

But reality is. 2 days of cagri prior. Oura ring showed no issues. Yesterday out of nowhere crazy change. We know how many crashes I’ve had with iodine . Cagri crushes glucagon, iodine crushes it even more and hello death.

I’m improving today getting in yogurts and smoothies.

But man that was bad.

Today is day 4. Let’s really get down supplement plan with the peps that seem to be certain helps.

5amino1mq is great.
Gh peptides have to go in to get sugar up during fasting hours.

Mots c and ss 31 both could be helpful but we gotta stay off ss31 for now after yesterday. We just don’t know what happened.

Iodine needs to wait until cagri comes more out of system then I’ll start with .25mcg max.

B12 biotin lithium really important right now I think.

This is tough. I regret stopping supps for a week. Very much.

Something is combining with that peptide to make things a lot worse and I suspected iodine the other day. And it may have
Been a big piece but today it happened again without iodine. Thinking berberine acting as GLP1 with dead glucagon via cagri is just fat oxidation without co2 and its killing me similar to wen tirz would kill me standalone .

Yea I think it was the Berberine that was really bad. While iodine can be tough as it goes back in after a week off.

I think iodine kinda has to just go in and the longer I take it the less uncomfortable it gets as oxygen gets burnt .

Bile is getting really good right now post cagri. Have to think that is glucagon receptor sensitivity which iodine b12 carnitine seem to help as well.

I do think it’s estrogen receptor beta activating CST1 which gets us agonizing glucagon receptors with carnitine.

I had a good oligoscan today showing chromium raising again and now seeing that happen for 2nd time in less than 2 weeks I gotta think I’m onto what I’ve been searching for for 3 years.

I got my first oligoscan done 35 months ago. It was the disgusting ugly high boron dead low chromium we see in many bad cfs obesity cases. My whole take is it depicts a glucagon insensitivity issue. Liver can’t use glucagon, so it elevates and elevated glucagon opposes chromium.

When liver uses glucagon correctly, glycogen is used. And we can make co2 well which brings down the high boron. (Carbon next to boron on periodic table.)

Dr Revici would be proud of me right now . I just hope I can prove him right .

If glucagon sensitivity is the true key to metabolic health. Specifically in the overweight. And honestly it probably is. Then Gbold has a lot of explaining to do.

He really fucked up. God.

nice. ya im estimating, i think things are just fkd measurement wise for me... most ripped ever they said like 14-15% bodyfat, but i've shifted like 250lbs in my day, mostly well years and yrs ago. Like 192lbs they said 17% bodyfat,.. and i mean i was twice as strong as now, well whatever 30% stronger on lifts. and like fit in pretty tight as fk clothes.

Way less muscle, they also said 17%, like in early 20s. Lol.

dexa scan is good tho., like displacement though not as good. As long as one sticks to measuring lean tissue /bodyfat consistently.
Even calipers and mirror is fine if consistent.

I frikken stress ate in Toronto and saw my czn and their baby, before flying out in a house (away from downtown where I lived, and my bro lives).

Ate hella pizza which was damn good then some trash pizza from the airport. I'd be 210lbs instead of 206 (left at 200-202lbs), if I didn't walk 7hrs on that trip and sneak around my family, trading derivatives. jesus. good to be back home tho ya i can't wait to get my own place. Still decrypting.

Stopped at security both ways
--questioned abt back brace
--and Titanium wallet key backup.
--jesus.

i mean insulin sensitivity/ resistance is key to metabolic health and glucagon has relationships connected to that, and its own.
it's all the little things.

So Peat was wrong too. Cortisol bad lol. Cortisol is what makes the liver responsive to glucagon!

This literally goes back to all things male forum 2016. It really is about cortisol and t3. Really progesterone production and t3 to make cortisol which makes glucagon sensitive which allows glycogen to happen.

Now considering preg I guess.

Iodine literally does the opposite for fluoride that you’d think at least in an oligoscan.

Fluoride raises as i take iodine. Am I dumping it ?

I say that but the first 3-4 months I took iodine regularly my fluoride fell in the long run.

I think it’s ERb needs to go with ERa simply. Iodine pro ERa. And all my work needs to be focused on ERb to go with iodine

Being the testo b12 nad co2 atp carnitine biotin approach as really ERb.

Looks like I may just need carnitine fumarate instead of injections now. Also could be 7keto dhea doing something.

Bad day but I just have Oligo changing a lot consistently beyond the normal s/p changing.

Right now I’m showing sodium cr co along with the norms (p/s) changing as things turn on.

I took too much biotin and what happpens? Manganese goes up too. That is not what we want. I think that tells us cysteine is dead as we aren’t using manganese with cysteine and that’s Parkinson’s. And honestly that’s how I feel today.

And you see how I lost my mind in the fall of 2023 and ended in a psyche ward when biotin fucked me. You realize it’s serious stuff.

But cr. Continues to show in the -80s after being in the -90s for 3 years on oligoscan.

Carnitine fumarate + 7 keto dhea. Either the combo or one of them is starting things up. As do meb12 and ado.

From there I really dug into freddds posts deep. 2009 were his first on phoenix rising it seems. He recovered in 2007. He started his protocol in 2003.

He notes how meb12 for awhile was good then ado a game changer. But it was finally carnitine awhile into all that. Where things really started happening the weight loss, the exercise tolerance etc etc “losing water fast”.

But he made a real point to where ALA, d ribose, and creatine were game changers with carnitine. All 3 had big impacts.

Ribose is like b2 just gives us that sugar for r5p/ fmn . I definitely feel the 2 capsules i gave 30 mins ago.

ALA I’ve started to give again with both forms of coq10. I ordered Pqq. Gonna try to keep that cycle aided. And not kill it with too much biotin.

Creatine is the inter sting one. I haven’t noticed it when I give it for years now. But from a standpoint where glycine arginine are kings for copper metabolism. Have to hope creatine can slowly lift these aminos as it is capable of.

I do like what is happening a bit in terms of copper Metabolism. Which is I do believe is governed more by cobalt/b12.

While I just feel I’m having issues with iron availability which I feel is more about insulin chromium pancreas relationship. At metabolism goes with this and it’s down again as fluoride is high.

I think the body fat has to come off. I ate the last couple days extra carbs as I really needed it. I drank a lot of coffeee lot of caffeine. Took a day off from walking which is a regularity now. It’s fine . I’ve basically found a new weight baseline around 242 lbs that doesn’t want to go up it seems as long as I keep up with what I’ve been doing.

But again 242 lbs. at 5’8. I just don’t know if I can make progresss neurologically at that body comp. Am I just wasting time testing nutrients waiting for next Reta cycle?

I’ve been off a full month and I wanted to use this time to get nutrients down and I guess I’m doing that NOW but the week without supps and the week I got really fucked up by cagri+ Berbarine/ iodine were really tough.

So this last week I still was coming off cagri but it was mainly just fueled by supps. I hurt myself with biotin once but other than that I didn’t hurt myself which was good. Metabolisms happening iodine isn’t hurting me.

But I’m more bed ridden than ever lol. And just iron availability sucks. Co2 is not great. Fat metabolism is down. B6 and folate suck.

I know I gotta give it another week. But that’s all I’m gonna commit to now.

Tomorrow I’ll be doing some testing. The next I’ll send in stool. I’ll do bloods of some sort by weeks end or next Monday. And plan to start reta next Monday. If not then it will be the following Monday.

We will see how this week goes. It’s a big one. I can’t believe some of the things I did in April on my hume scale basically b12 freddd based plan. I only got religious with this scale Hume scale since May. But in April I used it.

And I’m seeing some interesting stats like a really higher body water %. I accomplished something that month so we can’t quit on freddds approach

Yea I think whatever I did with that cagrilintide kept glucagon down for a bit allowing chromium to raise. But now that it’s fully out of me, it’s just back to same problems with chromium going low.

Strongly believe iodine badly needed to help this issue.

I think I’m oxygen toxic really. And I wasn’t lying about my big setbacks being ozone and electric therapy. Been chasing with iodine for 2 years now and when I stop it I just get way worse.

Reta does help me handle iodine. The gh peptides too. Biotin b12.

My whole system is turning on again freddds supporting nutrients seem to help.

Reta is scheduled for Monday.

I’m really fucked up as I had a huge insulin burst from lots of sugar yesterday. I crashed harder than ever this morning.

But as I get back on feet I just feel like ribose + ALA might be really important here as I get fat oxidation going.

Ribose really is b2. It converts to r5p which makes fmn or is fmn. I do believe chromium and b1 convert glucose to ribose/ r5p.

With that I do think we have an elite 8 supps. We have our minerals on top and b complex which I don’t really mention. we have Pqq coq10 going in. I’ll take folate choline and less so tmg which I would like to try more of. K2 a staple for TRT for e2 movement.

But really staying mindful about the:

Meb12
Ado b12
Carn fumarate
Creatine
D ribose
ALA
Iodine
Biotin

I just don’t think you can put such a powerful set of supps in the body regularly without;

Ca, mg, zn, at your standard mineral balancing type dose. I’m doing approx 1000, 500, 50. 50 is high for zinc but I’m oxidizing hard. I do think about giving a little copper and have given a little recently .

Lithium isn’t going in much right now. I feel it comes later.

I feel like step 1 to Freddds protocol is Krebs cycle / co2 production/ fat metabolism based. This may take some time as it’s the start with the above elite ocho fueling this.

Heck let’s call it the “bruschi’s 11” lol. Those strong ocho supps + zn mg ca lol. I feel these are the necessities and I could throw k2 in there. But the k2 is more necessary for someone specifically on TRT.

Anyways…

Step 2 to freddds protocol

I think it’s about getting the folate cycle up which gets your glycine serine working for electrolyte retention for atp and b6 activity. Cuz you need co2 before glycine cuz glycine is reliant on beta alanine for reception . And nadph via iodine for taurine also is needed for glycine reception at nmda.

I honestly think I’m months away from step 2. Iron really has to come up before this can happen.

And then step 3— lithium.

All the co2 atp nad production does what it does. Uses up lithium by making orotate .
This could happen sooner than later and even before step 2 we will see.

How much calories do you eat daily? Just wondering since you are fat right.
Like 1500 the last 3 months since I started the diet.

I haven’t really had an appetite for 3 years . I’ve had to force food down. And still would only eat 2-2.5k calories for years .

It was never an eating problem it was always a dead metabolism.

My system is really turning on and I’m starting to lose weight more quickly. But the brain damage mito damage seems it may just be way too late.

I’m finally down to about 239. 17 lbs down since I started at 256 but also put 3 lbs of muscle on so 20 lbs net in 2.5 months. Some of those 2.5 months included weeks of me going nowhere or backwards early on.

I like what I’ve done on paper . I feel what’s happening re oxidation . I still think it’s possible the progression of my mitochondrial disease made healing impossible the last 2-3 years but we will see.

Very angry about the psyche ward. I know that’s where I went from very fixable to death bed rapidly . Will be 3 years ago in November
