Yesterday was psycho crash I can only attribute to iodine or ss31. But WITH cagri. Which I went up to .75 overall. Day 1 was .25, day 2 .5 day 3 psycho crash where I couldn’t get a thing in my body AFTER taking supps that morning with breakfast which I did get down fine.

Cagri was a part of the crash for sure. I could not eat a thing puked dry heaves bad.

But reality is. 2 days of cagri prior. Oura ring showed no issues. Yesterday out of nowhere crazy change. We know how many crashes I’ve had with iodine . Cagri crushes glucagon, iodine crushes it even more and hello death.

I’m improving today getting in yogurts and smoothies.

But man that was bad.

Today is day 4. Let’s really get down supplement plan with the peps that seem to be certain helps.

5amino1mq is great.
Gh peptides have to go in to get sugar up during fasting hours.

Mots c and ss 31 both could be helpful but we gotta stay off ss31 for now after yesterday. We just don’t know what happened.

Iodine needs to wait until cagri comes more out of system then I’ll start with .25mcg max.

B12 biotin lithium really important right now I think.

This is tough. I regret stopping supps for a week. Very much.

Something is combining with that peptide to make things a lot worse and I suspected iodine the other day. And it may have
Been a big piece but today it happened again without iodine. Thinking berberine acting as GLP1 with dead glucagon via cagri is just fat oxidation without co2 and its killing me similar to wen tirz would kill me standalone .

Yea I think it was the Berberine that was really bad. While iodine can be tough as it goes back in after a week off.

I think iodine kinda has to just go in and the longer I take it the less uncomfortable it gets as oxygen gets burnt .

Bile is getting really good right now post cagri. Have to think that is glucagon receptor sensitivity which iodine b12 carnitine seem to help as well.

I do think it’s estrogen receptor beta activating CST1 which gets us agonizing glucagon receptors with carnitine.

I had a good oligoscan today showing chromium raising again and now seeing that happen for 2nd time in less than 2 weeks I gotta think I’m onto what I’ve been searching for for 3 years.

I got my first oligoscan done 35 months ago. It was the disgusting ugly high boron dead low chromium we see in many bad cfs obesity cases. My whole take is it depicts a glucagon insensitivity issue. Liver can’t use glucagon, so it elevates and elevated glucagon opposes chromium.

When liver uses glucagon correctly, glycogen is used. And we can make co2 well which brings down the high boron. (Carbon next to boron on periodic table.)

Dr Revici would be proud of me right now . I just hope I can prove him right .

If glucagon sensitivity is the true key to metabolic health. Specifically in the overweight. And honestly it probably is. Then Gbold has a lot of explaining to do.

He really fucked up. God.

nice. ya im estimating, i think things are just fkd measurement wise for me... most ripped ever they said like 14-15% bodyfat, but i've shifted like 250lbs in my day, mostly well years and yrs ago. Like 192lbs they said 17% bodyfat,.. and i mean i was twice as strong as now, well whatever 30% stronger on lifts. and like fit in pretty tight as fk clothes.

Way less muscle, they also said 17%, like in early 20s. Lol.

dexa scan is good tho., like displacement though not as good. As long as one sticks to measuring lean tissue /bodyfat consistently.
Even calipers and mirror is fine if consistent.

I frikken stress ate in Toronto and saw my czn and their baby, before flying out in a house (away from downtown where I lived, and my bro lives).

Ate hella pizza which was damn good then some trash pizza from the airport. I'd be 210lbs instead of 206 (left at 200-202lbs), if I didn't walk 7hrs on that trip and sneak around my family, trading derivatives. jesus. good to be back home tho ya i can't wait to get my own place. Still decrypting.

Stopped at security both ways
--questioned abt back brace
--and Titanium wallet key backup.
--jesus.

i mean insulin sensitivity/ resistance is key to metabolic health and glucagon has relationships connected to that, and its own.
it's all the little things.

So Peat was wrong too. Cortisol bad lol. Cortisol is what makes the liver responsive to glucagon!

This literally goes back to all things male forum 2016. It really is about cortisol and t3. Really progesterone production and t3 to make cortisol which makes glucagon sensitive which allows glycogen to happen.

Now considering preg I guess.
