    Fighting….

I get it all mentally physically but I know what’s harming me by feel and Oligo. B6 needs to be active which is why bio-available copper is truly the key to health don’t @ me . Ya herd. Had a few ales tonight. Going through a lot. Needed them.

It seems the higher the b6 to b12 ratio in oligoscan, the lower the lithium levels. When b12 goes high and b6 goes low, lithium actually raises. You’d think otherwise but I think it’s more of a hydrogen / co2 thing. B12 produces hydrogen which opposes co2. While co2 helps produce orotate...

The question is in oligoscan…. Does fixing cobalt fix chromium? Or does fixing chromium fix iron and b5 thus fixing cobalt and b12? I think it’s the latter. Winter 2025 last year. I took chromium copper and cobalt went high in hair. Chromium and vanadium move g6pd down pathway producing R5P...

Ok this is the big one. I recovered after PC IVs in 2022… ERa produces phosphatadylcholine. Through PEMT gene. ER gets bh4 and PC made . Goal is to lower lithium without taking b12. I did this in fall 2024.

Selenium bad on ER. Again why women like selenium and men don’t. Selenium was the first supp in early 2020 when I started going downhill to really cause issues .

It’s basically b12 raises hydrogen. Hif1a. Which isn’t what we really want. We want co2. Which runs on CoA . Which needs iron . And CoA / b5 leads to iodine usage for T4. Then we need copper for selenium usage for t3. Can copper come up/ A metabolism work without b12? That’s a big question...

ER stimulation increases bh4 levels this is a big one for sure.

Zinc copper calcium all pro ER as I expected. Maybe I stop all b12 intake? Maybe b12 is making me not want to eat meat? Haven’t been eating much meat lately. I’ve been saying hif1 is an issue here. My Oligoscans show big b12 b6 imbalance. High end b12 and low end b6. 4 andro still has to...

Chromium and cobalt are anti ER. Basically my whole approach the last week is 4 andro followed by b12. 4 andro= chromium retainment. So yea. This approach is tough on ER things like iodine vanadium.

Iodine is pro ER. I think it’s something that just has to be slowly given.

ok this makes sense… Lithium antagonizes estrogen receptors . So we need lithium or vanadium to lower ATP to CaMP. As they downregulate that enzyme… BUT lithium blocks estrogen receptor. While vanaidum activates it. This is probably why women need lithium (as shown in Oligoscans). And men...

it’s like vanadium makes chromium work. But 4 andro has to be taken as my chromium. Which raises iron and makes b5 work. Which needs iodine for thyroid eventually. Which gets b12 working for A metaboslim. Which dumps copper and iron. I can hate iodine all I want. But I gotta realize my...

    Everything is in right place

Ultimately I think functional b12 allows A metabolism which lets us use (dump) iron and copper from its storage organs. Like pancreas and liver . The problem is…. There’s so much to functional b12. And it requires iron and copper as cofactors.

It’s feel thing dude. I always have symptoms. When iron comes up I feel it on right side of my brain in a good way. Copper it’s middle of brain. Sometimes it’s good sometimes bad. Iron can cause bad too. I think iron really needs thyroid with it or it causes problems in the end. As that’s...

Vanadium turns on estrogen receptor. Androstenedione (4 andro) gets us to estrone which is an estrogen receptor agonist. The two times I went on TRT. My vanadium dropped— a lot. On 4 andro last spring, my vanadium wet up. Both in hair. I’m dumping iron and copper a lot. On days that I use 4...

Iron copper is basically thyroid. Iron = b5/ t4 Copper = selenium utilization= t4 to t3 I’m pretty sure about this. But thyroid should help sulfation. The problem is right now… sulfur keeps dropping same with phos. Is that the lithium usage? Lithium could be problem here.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3643104/ Yea vanadium gets estrogen receptor . As Gbold was focusing on. ErA So I guess that’s another reason V raises copper. I’m dumping both iron and copper but in tons of neuro stress oxidative stress

It’s fluoride wasting ATP for CaMP that vanadium downregulates. That is the illness. 100%

    Fighting….

i think getting VDR working through 4 andro is dumping fluoride and it just takes down the folate cycle. Kills copper usability. Body raises lithium to combat the fluoride which kills inositol/ co2 beta alanine. I think I need to take vitamin D. Things did start changing the other day when I...

    Fighting….

Ghk patch really standalone shows real nice b6 and b12 function here. Vit D and cr improving too. What suffers is iodine utilization. Folate. I think it’s iron. I think the copper utilization is is using up iron. So b5 can’t work for tyrosine (iodine utilization) and iron can’t raise for...
