    Manu's Log

Oh there is useful stuff outside of Paul Eck that's for sure... I have used a lot of things apart of ARL as seen in my log.

LOL I'm glad ARL never changes it program! If you want a more progressive program just go to Luke etc. LOL Or Dr Wilson... so much progressive practitioners everywhere haha Told you we are in a very similar body chemistry. That's why we have a lot of symptoms in common like nasal polyps and...

Program is 30 capsules a day. Man I don't if I can do this but I will try. It is interesting that my mercury shows so high. I'm eating tuna from time to time but did so in the past and mercury never tested so high

    Admiral’s PFS Log.. ARL/TEI since march 2018

Push through! Cycles can be very tough if you are in a bad place. It is not for the weak. And you have to stick with it otherwise it was for nothing. It's normal to be worse while on first cycles. Your body found some kind of balancing over time to survive and now it is pushed in a specific...

Oh man... ARL has pulled me out of a hole... The biggest fix are brain fog and fatigue... And this was severe in my case... Everything else (nasal polyps, varicose veins, skin issues, anxiety ...) has improved a lot but is not fixed. Anti-parasitic approach has improved those things even...

I understand. I had to take medication as well when I started (cortison/antihistamine for nasal polyps). I choose not to take it and only in absolute emergency cases I took it. Not to influence hair test. I sacrificed a lot. Believe me! For you it might even more difficult. And maybe it is not...

Taking a hair test while on thyroid is a waste of money in my opinion. I don't get what your goal is... clearly you don't believe in what Dr Eck has developed... so what is your approach? Higher than recommended Na/K means you don't have infection problems usually if I remember correctly. Let...

Definitely SCRAM. I have got a lot of benefits which still hold. Some immediate effects have worn off but there are 100% permanent benefits... In a few weeks I will do an ARL hair test and I want to see if Na/K ratio has finally increased. Even on ARL with 6x limcomin daily they could not bring...

No mimose pudica was completely separate... I even took a break in between I think... For SCRAM I have followed the protocol in the picture in this post: Manu's Log

Yeah looks like four lows... I think they are doing the same thing ARL does for four lows. They give you stuff that slows you down even more and more until your system wakes up by itself... Na and K will shoot up a little then if I remember correctly. It takes long to get out of it I have...

    Manu's Log

I stopped the SCRAM a few days earlier because I did not see it go anywhere. First day without it felt weird. Similar to an ARL cycle. But the day after I had a huge snap back. Energy is back, sense of smell better then ever and I am so relaxed (higher GABA)... It is almost like my personality...

GABA has calming effects on nervous system. And a lot of people have excessive sweating from overactive nervous system imho.

Best source I found for silica is millet. Incorporate it into your diet. I eat it almost daily. It is very good for your teeth as well.

It really is hard to take it for so long - about 9 days to go. I'm very tired / exhausted on that stuff. But there are pleasant experiences as well. For example on some days my sense of smell is extraordinary. I can smell things better than anytime in my life... and I saw some dark snut coming...

Of course they can tell. This is why so much iterations are needed. They give you stuff, you do a retest, and they see how your body reacts... and this tells them a lot. That is why it is so important to take what they prescribe to you. Because their program assumes that the reaction was caused...

Oh my god... I won't comment further on this but if you think it is a good idea to use other supplements (with active Bs) instead of the one the algorithm was designed for lol. Regarding your hair you can use thinning scissors next time. Only one tablespoon full is necessary for ARL.

I was sending them from austria to ARL. I told them it is just paper / a letter. I have pressed it together so no one could tell that there is hair in it. Once they told that there is obviously something in there and I have to clarify it. I filled the paper and it got NOT delivered. So I went...
