Honestly I don't feel anything currently on the program. Just feel normal. Anxiety is on my usual levels currently. I will get off in a few days and retest my hair. I might see changes when I get off.

Man it is fascinating to read about taurine: It is the most abundant ammino acids in Neutrophils. When Neutrophils create the highly oxidant and reactive HOCl to fight pathogens the Neutrophils use taurine to regulate that response. Taurine + HOCl form TauCl with anti-oxidant properties...

Oh I tried in the past. It helps while I'm taking it. Now I'm on ARL in hopes that it permanently fixes my remaining issues like completely cure nasal polyps and anxiety etc. I don't mix custom supplements to ARL program.

Yes for me I think it lessens anxiety a little bit. But ARL gives me 30 capsules a day. I can not tell which effects are from taurine alone.

ARL is giving me 3 grams of taurine a day. That's A LOT. I was thinking about it and I think helen explained this if I remember correctly. Most people with chronic infections have taurine deficiency: Since NADPH oxidase is heavily upregulated a lot of NADPH is used and not enough remains for...

I was just wondering because I know a few people who polyps and most have high eosinophils. And high eosinophils are associated with parasitic infections. So maybe it would be worth to take the anti parasitic approach in that case. But I guess there are different types of nasal polyps.

ARL is an individual program based on a hair test. It does not necessarily help him to take same things I have taken. Could even make things worse. It has to be adapted to his body chemistry. And as I said: I still have them. Does he have high eosinophils on blood test?

Hi, I had surgery years ago but they grew back even worse 1-2 years later. I can not really tell you for sure what improved them this much. But I have been on ARL for over 3-4 years and I noticed that the situation improved with every ARL cycle a little small bit. Now I still have them but...

I was worried that I will feel a lot of anxiety on the program as it has been often times in the past. But this time it actually makes me...

Of course you have to live a reasonable life style but you don't have to follow the diet strictly. And no Dr Wilson does not understand the process.

A few days I go I forget to take supplements with me when I was out. So I took them at night before going to sleep without a lot of food. And in the morning I just drank coffee with the supplements so no food again. Because I was in a hurry (due to work). This is very bad and I got stomach aches...

I would look into disability program or any kind of social programs your country has... then on the side you have to find unofficial small jobs.

Have not calculated it either... I have ordered from Premium Hair Mineral Analysis | Hair Mineral Analyis UK but I had to discuss with the practitioner to get the original ARL report. Regarding diet: I don't really follow what ARL recommends. I don't have a lot of time to prepare food. I follow...

Interesting, yes maybe that's the reason. May I ask you what amount you did take and what forms of Mg? Mg oxide is very hard on the stomach in huge doses... so I guess it was some other form right?
