How important do you think including probiotics is? Ive taken probiotics before but they're transient: they just help for a few hours, and you have to keep taking them, they dont colonise.. it sounds like the resistant starch helps build the good bacteria that have already colonised in you

Sounds like a similar story to me. When i go keto / low carb my stools are really good, no digestive issues etc. But as soon as i start eating higher carb and sugars im back to square one I don't get many burping issues though mostly gas

I tried licorice before, it didnt work. I also had high sodium that wouldnt come down, until i did TEI do yourself a favour and jump on TEI !! You have to be patient and its a bit pricey but its worth it
