What are your experiences with PT-141/MELANOTAN 2?

Pt 141 rose my blood pressure. Flushed my face. No libido change but that was early Pfs crash. Haven’t tried since

Reverse penile fibrosis and testicular shrinkage

I’m one of the success stories who is seeing recovery in penile changes as I balance out. I will be posting my entire regiment when I’m positive it’s sticking , as I don’t want the stigma of being wrong. But my hourglass shape has recovered tremendously and size improvements continue.

    Dhair's log

Hello Dhair, I wanted to describe something I tried in December that may be something you want to consider... T4 can convert to both Reverse T3 and T3. Reverse T3 is the anti-thyroid and is high in people with inflammation or viral infection. For every day in December, I took two dosages of...

    Black seed oil

Very interesting and informative topic. I actually really like the self hacked website but I review each point made. I missed a point regarding berberine and it’s anti dht effects. Still, black seed doesn’t seem too expensive nor loaded with risk. Pfs sufferers should avoid GLA that’s found in...

Reverse penile fibrosis and testicular shrinkage

Hello @hope794 welcome aboard. Don't worry, your post was great and that's some decent improvement. I think you'll find a lot of good information here plus your results offer some hope to others here as well. My measurements have improved as well. It's definitely slow to heal from the inside...

Reverse penile fibrosis and testicular shrinkage

Well, let me say two points... stinging nettle supposedly lowers SHBG and, supposedly, lowers DHT... let me explain something separate here... When on FIN, our androgen receptors up regulate and then when we stop FIN, they get overwhelmed with DHT and downregulate or possibly get destroyed...

Reverse penile fibrosis and testicular shrinkage

DHEA is a precursor to all yes, but in males... oral DHEA converts at a very high rate to estrogen. So I'm thinking it's not helping your other two hormonal products Enclomid is an estrogen antagonist and letrozole is an AI... I stand corrected on the contradictions between them... perhaps...

Reverse penile fibrosis and testicular shrinkage

Hey man, you have quite the combos going on... couple things Letro is an anti-estrogen, so it'll combat DHEA and even enclomiphene... those should be used separately igf1 is great but oral Mk677 has some benefits too... if you're ever going to inject IGF1 , do not mix with TB500 or ensure...

    Feeling low and Seeking Support

Hey man @djohn051 First, get some Liquid Cia as others have said... use a small 2mg dose every other nite... this will bring some activity back to your erections but isn't a real cure, it's just a band aid... that's why I suggest a low dose The fact you had any erection naturally with a...

    Methylprednisolone

Very interesting product... methylprednisolone has two interesting interactions... 1) Contraindicate of mifpristone : Contraindicated. Mfr. states that mifepristone is contraindicated in pts. on long term corticosteroid Tx. 2) Minor interaction: Finasteride: methylprednisolone will decrease...

Why do some of us develop gyno if our hormones stay in range?

I've heard that about antibiotics ... you list mold... you mean fungal infections? I've said this before but let me ask something too... you ever have any toe fungal during FIN use or PFS? I NEVER had it until Finasteride though I never thought it was related until much of my research showed...

Why do some of us develop gyno if our hormones stay in range?

Very good question. RAndro was the only thing that made me feel decent and near normal. I've done it three separate cycles, 400mgs a day. But I think at a different time in recovery as I am now, it isn't something I'm going to use at this time. I think it helps at a certain time but it's no...

Why do some of us develop gyno if our hormones stay in range?

I might sound like a broken record but choline is needed for that too @Ocguy ... also, I've been researching sulbutiamine which, supposedly, works like FIN... again, blocking something to INCREASE our dopamine receptors density... and then you stop after 30 days (of which you may not feel great)...

Why do some of us develop gyno if our hormones stay in range?

Hey @Ocguy you're right on the point with what our findings have been here... I've written about what we believe happens post FIN... and what seems to be the going theme is actually lowering hormone levels to up-regulate, increase density and re-sensitize those receptors. RU helped as a starting...

Why do some of us develop gyno if our hormones stay in range?

Nono it’s not the nipple that grows, it's the gland behind it. You can rub the nipple and move it around while the gland stays in place. It’s a hard lump that’s painful. It can be removed by surgery. There’s nothing to remove if it’s just a puffy nipple. If you can rub or squeeze it, it’s fat...
