Many of us have/had shin splints. I'm still struggling with this and decided to find the cause. In my case it seems to stem primarily from slight bone loss in my feet, ankles.

I've been doing intermittent fasting lately but I will push for a 7 day fast with mineral/electrolyte water. I will probabaly supplement collagen and power lift 3 days out of the week. Will report back.

Its already been stated that bones are influenced by hormones but I think the elbows, wrist, hands, jaw, feet, ankles, knees are especially dependent on DHT and testo.
Update on body measurements:
Wingspan aprox 6'3-6'4 or 1.905 meters
Wingspan seems to be the same as pre-pfs and now. Not sure if this improved or if it never actually changed.
My height was always somewhere close to or at 6' or 182-183 meters. I will see the physician next week to measure...
I dont know much about R andro but I lost near 25 pounds in the last 2 months. Couldve lost more but I cheated a bit too often.

Is Sorghum ok for us? I havent found much on any inhibitors present in it.
The organic acid test tells us which fruits to avoid? so its not an enzyme deficiency or disorder...its lack of acids???
