Rifed through the night last night and had some colloidal silver before bed. Slept fine but woke up pretty beat up from it. I immediately did a distilled water enema and felt a lot better afterward. What came out of me was pretty disgusting- like the darkest liquid I've ever seen come out of my body. It was more like slime.

So much gross stuff probably trapped inside of me from fasting. Think the enema every couple of days or so (especially after Rifing) will be a fixture here.

I felt decent and had libido for awhile yesterday, but after that night of Rifing I basically herxed myself impotent again. Its crazy the swings I get in libido, but I guess it all makes sense as the body just doesn't work well with all of this toxic buildup prevalent. Which is why I've really decided to only Rife once every 3rd night while fasting.

Nice thought Orion. I actually have some licorice on hand. Throwing a bunch in my teas today!

Day 14 now. Man I'm being really stupid about planning what I'm going to eat after this fast. I'm just a bit way too excited to eat food again and been reading all sorts of recipes. Its really something I have to stop immediately. Makes me so freaking hungry.

All in all though, I'm fine. Pretty weak, but sleeping fine through night (waking up with no drive at all though). I'm not doing much at all physically other than getting myself to work and to and from places. Legs are just weak but its not torture.

I have taken 3 days off of rifing and pathogen killing to just focus on detox and letting the body heal itself.
I did my only coffee enema of the fast yesterday to help detox and am continuing with the nightly probioitic enemas.

Definitely feeling a lot better sexually since abstaining from RIFE. A little bit of libido going on today.

Down to 155 from 173 when starting and the fat loss from the gut and midsection has been crazy noticeable now. The loss of mass on the legs and ass are just crazy too.

I've also noticed that my urine is somewhat pink. I've read it can be due to low stomach acid and the body not absorbing the beat juices due to so.

Woke up this morning after a ton of rest last night feeling pretty decent. Said fuck it- no more juice, pot, or fapping for the final 7 days of the fast. Lets get the body into a deep ketosis to finish things off. 6 days, 6 hours, and 15 minutes left. Lets go!

You can do it! I am on day 23 about half way to the 54 days planned. At this point its smooth sailing.

Planned 40 days, but will push another 2 weeks after that, will do a really long one now. In the future after that I will stick to 14 water fasts and 30 day Breuss's(one each per year, ie gbolduev plan). Will do 54 days, since I now realize I have lots of skinny fat to burn through, which I suspect is a nasty source of lifetime PUFA.

I'm seeing the skinny fat too on me. Kind of funny I actually just said it to myself about 20 mins ago. Friends are telling me I look great though so really happy with what this has done to my physique so far. I haven't seen a skinny me for 4 years (I had muscles then but still).

Shined it against my back and other parts of body pretty close while I was watching Netflix. Man I was herxing (herxheimer reaction) like crazy from this lamp. I turned it off and the herx was so bad it took me a couple hours to fall asleep. Woke up pretty beat up with nausea. Doing a lot better now body shook it.

Its crazy the effect pathogen killing activities have on my body right now. Things just start dying immediately upon use of these. Will be interesting to see how the Far infrared lamp works when off the fast. This thing was so strong!! Dr. Wilson loves these things so I believe I found something nice for me here!

That is a really long one. Can't believe you are going through with it man good luck the rest of the way. I think I'm going to be doing something similar to you in the future. A late winter fast and a Fall fast like this. Maybe a couple week summer juice feast in between.

After reading theories about neanderthals and early humans (like 100,000 years ago), they most likely would have done wintersleep/semi-hibernation, it seems that long fasting might be good to coincide with winter months, long dark days and cooler temps... short water fasts in the spring, early summer might be best.

I just love watching basketball in the winter months and golfing in the summer. So yea, the whole hobby thing makes it a pretty simple decision for me lol. I can golf during a juice feast (120oz+ per day) so that's probably far as I'll go during summer.

My next fast will be at least 21 days of water or Breuss in March and/or April. Just hope this fast along with my flushes and whole new health lifestyle post-fast makes me a lot stronger for the next one. Man I'm pretty freakin weak these past 3 days since dropping juice. 4 more days!

;) Try to walk in the street and instead of looking or thinking about where you go, think about the distance already walked. Do this by looking ahead but being aware of the apparent movement on your sides: all this that has already gone behind... The result is immediate for me: I feel pushed forward! Very good when you feel tired!

[mention]Orion[/mention] I know you like the lemon egg rice soup that Gbold threw out there for us in terms of breaking the fast. About how many oz of broth per day did you use and how many cups of rice?

I used this recipe: http://www.geniuskitchen.com/recipe/soupa-avgolemono-egg-lemon-soup-11078 is very very good!

But since my fast is much longer this time, I will be lowering the egg/rice content, and increasing the veggies content in the broth when I break on day 55.

Will be following mattyb's breakfast ideals:

Days 1-7
Focus on mineral intake, particularly magnesium, sodium and potassium
Calories will still be low at this point, you'll likely regain some water weight but continue to lose fat
Vegetable broths, soups, well cooked vegetables, cooked leafy greens, etc.
Maybe some rice
Minimal herbs/spices
A bit of fats (eggs, butter) mixed in with the soups
Not very much protein, if any
Introduce food/calories slowly

Days 7-21
Anything from days 1-7 would be fine
Calorie intake will be slightly low, trending towards maintenance near the third week
Fresh vegetables and greens marinated in olive oil/vinegar
Some herbs/spices
More rice, maybe some well-cooked oats, small amounts of fruit, possibly small amounts of tubers
Small amounts of well cooked meat/seafood daily (slow roasted would be a good option)
Increase fat and protein gradually to get pancreas and gallbladder up to speed over these two weeks.

Days 21+
Everything from before is fine
Calories should be around maintenance near this point
By this point you should be able to exercise easily
More fruit, more carbohydrates (according to activity levels)
More foods high in manganese (oats, cereals, etc.) if well tolerated
More meat (and/or supplement zinc)
Tubers could be introduced if well tolerated
Should be hitting near the RDA of most vitamins/minerals by this point, with maybe the exception of calcium and vitamins e/d.
If digestion is robust at this point you can likely eat whatever your intuition is pushing you towards

I loved what I had learned in south America after a fast in the forest, with onion and vinegar, or was it lemon.... but believe me, I am a person who hates acidic taste, and I went out of my fast with a lot of vinegar. I used the same juices but with the pulp, except for beet root. I was preparing the grated stuff in advance, soaking with vinegar. Maybe because the stomach has not made HCl for a while? And I used the little funny surprising exercise of looking the apparent movement, The one I said above, to feel more strength and energy. I had my 1st cooked stuff only yesterday, some red lentils with seaweed. The rest is still raw apart from slow cooked no-boil fish now. Raw meat and raw eggs, the whites just heated to get white. Again with acid: I stir the whites in tomato sauce.
And the 4oz of apple vinegar are said to be the quantity for a liver flush preparation. Again, we did not get rid of bile during the fast... Same as acid, we made none as we did not need it, and we should help the body din't you think so?

Sigh... I made a topic only about this question... And... Nothing sure... I still have not done it and the problem was to take apple juice, as we cannot have sugar right after he fast. That is how I came out with so much vinegar, and how I noticed how good it felt! 4oz was the daily dosis for softening the stones.
