I did it guys! 21 day fast is just about in the books. In 2 hours I'll have the lemon, egg drop soup with bone and veggie broth. I actually had some bone broth this morning and a bottle of breuss today to help the gut ease in, but waiting for solids till 630pm to make the 21 days complete.
I ended up starting with 3 days of water then 11 days of 16oz breuss and finished up with 7 days of water. I would not recommend doing it this way. It's like I finally found my stride around days 9 and 10 then after moving to water I had a tough couple of days or so on days 15 through 17. I had the right idea early on (stolen from Orion lol) beginning with water then moving to breuss. During my next fast, if I don't go water the whole way this is what I will do.
I'm 29 years old and I've done a few things in my life- this was a serious experience. Its not over yet as the re-feed and regaining strength will take some time. I'm weak, very weak as my legs are just mush. I went from 173 to 148 lbs in 21 days. My before and after photos are pretty ridiculous the difference seen in me. Hunger dropped off quite a bit a few days in, but I got myself hungry quite a bit. I did a lot of reading regarding food, nutrition, recipes, and preparation for after fast so I really stupidly caused a lot of hunger on my own. Next time, I'll read a book, but I'm glad I have my whole diet prepared.
Mornings have been extremely hard getting up and doing things as I'm sure the blocking of cortisol has something to do with that. Sleep has been very choppy and it hasn't been easy getting to bed. This was all expected. Balance hasn't been great as the legs are just dead and I do get light headed when I get up from a laying down position- especially after a sauna or a hot bath.
I did quite a bit of pathogen killing during the fast. Rifing, colloidal silver, MMS, hot baths, infrared red light, and sauna. Cold/hot showers as well. I'm hoping these really have beat close to death a severe mycoplasma infection that really invaded my life the past 7 years.
I also did probiotic enemas on say 16 of the 21 nights (HOLD THEM IN- right before bed), spring water enemas 4 or so times spread out, and 1 coffee enema in the very middle say day 11. There was just so much toxic buildup in my system- the enemas smelled so bad.
Libido flashed its head a few times during the fast but the longer it went the weaker I got and its completely gone right now. I'm sure that will come back to baseline at the very least. I am more intrigued to really see how my CFS (chronic fatigue) issues improve.
In about 12 days I will begin a 3 day (50mg per) RU cycle. Hopefully we see some synergy here with the fast/ RU for the PFS. I'm not expecting the world here, but I do have hope. If not, I'm sure I can figure this out with the help of gbolduev and this forum. Knowing I can fast for 21 days makes me believe I can pretty much do anything.
Lets keep on going!
