5 alpha's PFS/RU LOG

[5 alpha]

I finally started my RU today!!!!

I took 50 MG at about 6:30pm. I will run it at 50 MG per day for three days as per the most recent suggestions.

The other good options are a three or seven day run at 50mg with Prog or a prolactin inhibitor.

Let's keep this going

yeah his was a clean cycle too. he got some headaches on day 3 i believe and took mucana and they went away which leads me to believe they were prolactin related.
is that about right, [mention]Goose12[/mention] ?

nice I have mucana on hand already because it's a part of my herb rotation.

Seven hours after first dose I have this relaxed clear headed feeling with a decent amount of energy for 1:30am. could be easily placebo. way to early to tell. Tomorrow should be interesting.

You got it pal! I think I will be the first pfs guy to run Ella. Not sure if Brix was interested in doing it too. I am also hoping for the best and I am feeling some great energy for all of us. Fingers crossed and faith on top.

Yeah, that's right. The Mucana definitely helped every time I took it. It has to be prolactin or cortisol issue, but my only side was headaches. Everything else was fine.

I just read the Ella log on this forum and the linked PSSD forum to the first guy who tried Ella so I'm caught up.

So you will be the first PFS guy to try Ella. interesting. you are starting it on Monday?

second day on RU @50mg.

I took it at 4:30pm. I'm on kinda of a weird schedule right not.

only update I really have is that I have this very good, natural calm feeling flowing through my whole body. Similar to 5adhp in a way but 5adhp it was just a feeling in my brain. This is through out my whole body. that's the best way to explain it. What I am feeling is strong enough go know it's not placebo and the drug is deff acting on something but I have noticed no labido increases at all or improvements in any of the sexual symptoms. Still early in the game though.

I'm going to go see how I do in the gym.

I also noticed a natural calm feeling while on ru and still, four days off. Before RU I had already gotten rid of my anxiety but this natural calm is on a totally different level it feels really good. For me personally, mood wise I am probably better than prefin because of RU.

day 3 on RU. Took 50mg at about 12 noon.

So far the calm feeling continues. Despite the fact that RU can act as a mild anti androgen I don't feel like I'm taking an anti androgen at all. I have that "warm" feeling that i have got before on Androsterone or even when doing CD's protocol at top capacity with proper herb cycling/HIT and health diet. So far there is nothing anti androgen feeling about this.

Other than that I have felt a slight increase in dick sensitivity that's deff not placebo but is nothing major. also maybe a slight increase in overall labido that is small enough to point where it could be placebo. Technically even though today was my 3rd doss i will not have had the drug in my system for three full days until tomorrow at 12 noon.

I'm going to finish the cycle clean with no co factors and even go the next few days with no co factors so that I can get a fair analysis of the three day cycle.

I went about 8 days with no herbs, about 11 days with no NADH, about a month off of Androsterone and two months off of 5adhp before starting this.

All i took until the day leading up to my first day of RU was Magsnsium which I stopped a day before starting. All i have been taking the last three days is vitamin, D, C and K during day and glycin at night.

So I have ran this pretty clean and will stay clean for at least a few days. I'm hoping for the best!

ohh only negative is feeling a little all around weaker than usually with a slight headache but nothing major as far as those issues go. almost not even worth mentioning.

yea man! I'm pretty happy with results so far. Have not got worse by any means. Sleep although all around kinda shitty for the last 2 weeks due to just crazy work schedule/unrelated to PFS BUT the RU has not made that worse at all.

This still has potential for real gains. About five days off first cycle I should have my mind made up how I'm going to run the rest

have you started your log yet?
