@User All the calcium rich foods and calcium additives people eat(from junk foods or not) are actually robbing their bodies of calcium.
When you heat/pasteurise/microwave calcium rich foods the calcium and proteins become indigestible and creates loads of metabolic waste acid products which makes the body pull out calcium from its stores(first teeth, than skull, than spine, than hips and the robbing continues) to buffer/neutralise these acids...
The longer this dietary abuse goes on, the person first will have teeth issues(sensitivity, pain, infection, decay/rotting/brown spots, braking of teeth), than spine issues/back pain, than hip issues, muscle soreness/tightness due to the un-buffered acids.
We need calcium for nerve sheath, vein and artery walls, bone, teeth, etc.
Children with crowded crooked teeth, and later the wisdom teeth are pulled because of not enough room, is caused by a narrow jaw from not having enough calcium in the body. The mother carrying the baby before birth should increase her natural calcium intake, now for two people, her and the baby, so it will be built with good wide jaw and tooth material.
Sugars, pastries, soft and alcoholic beverages, breads, candies, etc., leach the calcium out of the body, causing varicose veins, cramps, Charlie horses, loss of teeth, nervous upsets, etc.
Now we can understand why 3- 5 year olds have rotten teeth and pulled out teeth... i know, my 4 year old nephew had 90% of his teeth pulled(in surgery) out because they were rotting away... his mother does not care about him at all, she was smoking, drinking alcohol and eating shit like ALL the time before/during/after pregnancy, she feeds him sweets, sodas, candies, chocolate and she is proud of it, but she got a university degree as well LMFAO.. its like she enjoys hurting him LITERALLY in every possible way... i tried to tell her about nutrition, and she claims she knows about everything I said... this just is another proof that she enjoys destroying his son's health/life, after all, she needed the child as a tool of control... but thats what 90+% of women do anyways, so its not news to me... oops...i am chasing another rabbit here LMFAO
High blood calcium levels also can be a sign of calcium deficiency.
I am not saying people should supplement with 1kg of calcium per day... just get enough(1000mg/day in general and up to 2500mg/day if exercising heavily) from the RIGHT FOOD(raw never heated milk and cheese, powdered eggshells, coral calcium), DAILY. And get the RDA for all nutrients DAILY to obtain and maintain balance.
