BTW those shocks are from copper. When I supplemented copper I got those exact same shocks.

Could be. Thanks for sharing. Not sure how testosterone supplements and hydrogen water cause the same shocks, though.

Finished my 5th liver flush today. Not a whole lot of stones came out this time. Some big ones, though.

Plan going forward:
  • Finish TEI cycle (ends at 26th of february, which marks 10 months of mineral balancing)
  • Take a solid break of 4 weeks. I've never had breaks between ARL/TEI, so see if there's any snapback.
  • Take blood test and new hair test during the break
  • If no snap back or progression do poor man's version of CDNuts protocol:
  • Take Test-boosters for 3 weeks (LDN + herb cycling)
  • Start round of R-Andro + 4-Andro + estrogen booster (not sure which one), followed by herb cycling PCT.
  • Evaluate (new Andro cycle or back on TEI).

so you did only one cycle of TEI?

And 3 full ARL cycles. ARL had much more ingredients and I generally felt I had reached some decent highs with them, but made the switch to TEI since it's favorable over here.
TEI has given me the exact same stuff as ARL has, only without some key components. This cycle the only mineral they give me is copper and some selenium with the vitamin E.

Want to see if you get improvement. For me it took 2-3 weeks before I noticed an improvement in symptoms. Some people noticed higher baseline after 5 days or so. So it seems different per person.

Yeah, me too. First break was only two days. Second break a week, third break about 10 days and then tried high dose B for a week which made me sick. Never have given my body the opportunity to snap back completely.

Will definitely continue TEI if there is.

I've been noticing some bone changing these past two years. Didn't think much of it at first, but the little bone below the knee cap is now shaped very sharp. It was always round and didn't stick out as much. Freaks me out. My knees also pop/click whenever I stretch them.

Weird shit.

That is scary indeed. I had a similar experience with vitamin K2 1.5 years ago. I noticed my knees and wrist became more pointy and seemed like I lost some bone density. K2 plays an important role in bone formation combined with calcium and vitamin D. Do you also have to take Sympia? It lacks vitamin D while the original does contain vitamin D. I think it is very dangerous when one of the essential co-factors is missing during the healing process.

Also, my joints crack a lot too, especially when I do squats. They never really hurt though.

What about your face/jaw? Does it seem smaller as well?

It’s completely sunken in. I have used plenty of fillers in the past, but with no noticeable difference. I need eyelid correction shortly as the droopy eyelids are making me tired. My skin has no collagen or connective tissue, making it weak, thin and droopy. Not to mention dark circles and more wrinkels than you can imagine.

My face is the biggest reason I’ve become so insecure. Barely dare to leave the house and show myself in public.

I’m a real catch haha.

It’s been this for a while. TEI/ARL hasn’t influenced it positively or negatively..

Will look to add D when I get sympia again, thx! Though my D levels were always pretty highish.

@Admiral My face is screwed up the same way, only I've been off Fin for about 2,5-3 years, instead of 15 years. It went really gradual and really started noticing it after 1,5-2 years. People at work comment on my face and tell me to eat more, it looks like I'm always in contest prep lol, sunken cheeks as hell and even my jaw looks smaller. I really hope TEI fixes this in the end. It makes me depressed, because that is something we can't hide.

I've noticed that B's along with potassium are getting absorbed much better. Normally my pee is bright yellow when I supplement B's, but when I take B's with potassium, it's pretty normal colored.

Hey I noticed that too, but you just put the pieces of that puzzle together.

I’m very interested to see how your body responds after a break, we’re in similar positions right now.

If you don’t notice any snap back don’t give up on mineral balancing if money’s not an issue. it can take years to balance and you have come this far buddy. Do you have a practioner? If you don’t see any sexual snap backs maybe your body has been healing other things first.

My advice would be to not give up on mineral balancing, keep moving forward and try it to throw other shit in the mix it could throw out all the hard work you have done the last 10 months.

Are you doing coffee enemas and saunas and filling the recommended diet etc?

I’m locked in. Sometimes I am a bit sceptic about it or convince myself TEI is better than ARL or vice versa.

I do enema’s about twice each month, and a liver flush once a month. Doing more harms me more than it helps as it can really dehydrate you.

My diet isn’t very hard being a fast one. I eat lots of cheese, eggs, butter, meat and a shit load of vegetables.

I do have a practitioner, but he’s a bigger cockwomble than dr Wilson. He always wants me to try his weird homeopathic bullshit and hardly reads hair tests properly.

Now off all supps for 8 days. Whenever I am off I instantly shit dry pallets, like a rabbit. Something about dehydration perhaps. Will retest in a week.

Cool, PM me if you want to change practioners and I can give you my practioners details. she’s ARL based but been in the game a long time and gives you a lot of time. You can do Skype sessions for hair test reviews so does not matter where you live.

Coffee enema’s always make me feel like a million bucks. I feel way more dopamine after an enema than after drinking it. So much for dr Wilson’s theory that coffee is hardly absorbed during an enema. When I started doing enema’s it always triggered my allergies. Not so much now..

Anyway, I’m currently only taking a relatively lose dose B-complex, vitamin C and potassium while I will send out a new hair test somewhere next week.
