Heres an ex of very cool guy Alex Hannold - climber, who is eating simple and use not a lot of suppl. Diet in this video: musli, almond milk, raspberries, bananas, macaroni and cheese, some energy bars, some suppl with least additives.
Regarding protein he said most of the population is poor to have eaten a lot of protein anyway and they are relatively healthy.
Working out 6 days out of 7 like full time occupation. Could not hear anything about testing and so on, he even said that he wasnt gifted at young age as were some other guys around him.

Alex Hannold is a beast! Rock climbing used to be my shit, before I got hit with fatigue/burnout... I can't wait until I can get back to it. One of the best workouts to maintain healthy stamina and strength/weight ratio, but never feels like a chore.

Cheaper way would be to get tested very well, and know exactly what is wrong with you. ARL takes 2-3 cycles just to see where you are.
What do you mean by that... what your true oxidation is?

@freeflow what you do to fix your minerals? Do you take calcium, magnesium to slow down? How much calcium which form?

I would take ARL, but they are as fast as a snail I have to take my own ideas. Yesterday pine pollen, coffee, and B complex, some dairy makes me come to live from a burnt out, fatigued person. I dont know which one of these exactly helps or if the dairy is even necessary.
Have energy, mood, some motivation, libido. But this is very little compared to how I used to feel in the past.

Hm and even people here can't help you? I hope that my hair test is not waste of money. Like what is the point of this if nobody here can say from hair test roughly what minerals to take/eat and what to avoid. What oxidation type is.. I think if you are burned out fast oxidizer ARL uses a lot of calcium and magnesium to slow down the metabolism and then they add other minerals like copper, zinc etc.. Btw what you mean by they are fast as snail? They can't give you program even when you have test from them? WTF...

Im an ARL practicioner and ordered my supplements, they already gave me the program. I just wrote they are slow because they havent arrived yet and im angry. I think its the fucking customs where they stopped.
The general principle is we dont do suggestions, just follow ARL precisely.

Yeah you know very well..
For supplements I dont know, and eating doesnt do anything to pfs body chemistry. Could eat healthily for 10 years and still be the same.
The general guesses with the supplements can be made by anybody

So you're saying that you can't eat specific diet with specific mineral content? Like Ray Peat style for fast oxidizer, Gbolduev style for slow oxidizer? Supplements should supplement the ideal diet for specific metabolism. Supplements are useless if your diet contains the opposite of what you need.. or I am wrong on this?

I believe the healthiest diet is gbolduevs diet with personal modification for a fast or slow oxidizer. Just eat food what belongs in the body.
I doubt ray peat is healthy. You can feel good on it if you are a fast oxidizer but i dont think it means its healthy, not to mention their coca cola.
Pre pfs I felt prefectly well, built muscle easily, great motivation despite I ate anything, pizza, gyros or normal dishes. My snack was like 1 litre of peach juice with 2 slices of cake.
ARL's diet recommendation is different for fast oxidizer than ray peat. They slow it down with high fat.
And yes, dont fuck up your diet totally while you are rebalancing, but when someone gets to the point he wants to rebalance that person will probably wont eat pizza all day.

I saw someone mentioning he did not receive a diet, you have to buy the diet recommendations seperately.
IMO fasting is good for anyone, fast or slow oxidizer.

I think a lot of it is just speculation at this point.

Like I don't understand how H water can be good for a fast oxidizer if it speeds up metabolism but for some reason I feel good on it.

Where you read in some hydrogen research that it "speeds up metabolism" ??? The body will speed up before slow metabolism due to excessive oxidative stress which is reduced by hydrogen. So stop repeating "hydrogen will speed up metabolism". Context is everything..

I've read it on the forum. That is what I am saying, people are saying it is no good for fast oxidizers for reasons like these yet it doesn't seem to be the case.

I think water is good for fast oxidizers too, since fast oxidizers create a lot of oxidation and hydrogen is an antioxidant. It may very well be worse for slow oxidizers until they become good oxidizers. And hydrogen should speed up the increase in metabolism by getting rid of inflammation and heavy metals.

But I think as we saw from this forum,, slower oxidizers do worse on it from the start and we yet to see hydrogen water alone increase oxidation on its own. I hope it works.

If it will work then hydrogen water will be universal. IMO
