If you ran it that much, chances are it could be coincidence. What age did you start losing hair?

NO it is not , anavar is number 1 in hairloss. It blocks your DHT and then it makes the density MORE. that is why people get hairloss while off of it.

And while on it. it acts just like Finasteride.

Wouldn’t PTH show and elevated calcium in blood show this?

That’s a hefty stack! Glad it’s working out for you!

I wrote everything about this. there is 1.25D vitamin D which is high in some PFS people. it is retaining calcium non stop. And also tells the body to get calcium from bone.

until you get rid of this activation, nothing will help you against calcification.

This is what I am talking about. This is why it is getting confusing. People think pre PFS or pre SSRI they were ok. Most of them had major problems even then , major

In you case. It could be that you can't even make those neurotransmitters at all. thus everything could be low, dopamine, noradrenaline, etc.

and now after every stress situation, your dopamine just drops further.

This is why body is taking in calcium more and more, to stop stress. to spare neurotransmitters to numb you down.

May be research Yasko and her protocols for methylation and mutations.

@Helen what's is the best way to deal with this in your opinion ? (low neurotransmitters, high calcium)

Should I go on a methylation protocol based on my genes? Or Should I take k2? Or do you believe TEI is the best approach?

Can someone try this:

R-Andro (200mg-400mg) + Silodyx (4mg - 1 pill) for a few days in the morning.

We now have @jinstewart doing high dose RU. Now we need someone to try this.

Not sure how safe it is or how long you should take it. Probably have to experiment with this.

Ha!! Nooooo

But seriously, we shouldn't let ppl think it's the var. I know you described it but I'm a huge proponent of it and actually notice my hair falling out again as of Monday, which is something I'm happy about oddly. Means I'm responding again

your hair is falling out while on anavar? We had opposite happen to people. While on anavar it acts like finasteride.

Your hair is falling out because of MAGNESIUM I think. Since it decreases SHBG. Don't forget magnesium increases cysteine in the body.

We need to understand why there is calcium activation after finasteride

Progestins block acetylcholine receptor, so after you come off, acetylcholine is too sensitive which lowers dopamine firing

progestin, blocks gaba, so when you come off. you are too sensitive which is what retaining the calcium GABA. this could explain why people recovered from cycling r andro which is GABA agonist.

In blood of slow oxidizers we see high 1.25D , calcium is being retained. and bones are being broken down by this active vitamin D

Now the question is if CYP24A1 - Wikipedia

this enzyme is working , I guess we can test the blood for it

@Boris

As we know from Jack17 tests, finastreride suppressed your own progesterone, since acts like progesterone. the only difference is that finasteride cant' convert into Allopregnenolone. and also by lowering DHT it kills 3 adiol. So it kills all GABA agonizing things.

So finasteride as progesterone increases metabolism, and when normal progesterone usually converts into allopregnenlone which increases GABA and retains calcium to slow down metabolism

with finasteride it does not happen, finasteride, lowers all GABA modulating things

so body has no other way but to upregulate GABA like crazy. Also it downregulates thyroid. thus we see RT3 high even in slow metabolism.

So now you quit finasteride. and what happens.

your DHT goes back up, and tries to convert into 3 adiol which is GABA agonist and it can't , since GABA is super sensitive, look at WUF's tests, it is NON DETECTABLE in his case.

So the body just raises your own progesterone and lives the life same as on progestin.

it also tries to increase androgen receptor density to substitute for LACK OF cysteine,

since if you have sensitive gaba. then you can't get to cysteine. since gaba is made with B6, and b6 is closed since gaba is upregulated. And without b6 you cant get to cysteine.

The CLOSURE Of b6 lead to zero conversion of histidine to histamine . and zero libido.

I mean it is well know that zinc and b6 lower DHT. why? since B6 provides cysteine, and zinc = zinc finger. Makes DHT stronger

Also I think there could be def 2 cases here, and may be in one case with low DHT , it is a cortisol problem from too much conversion of histidine into histamine.

This is why they are giving you copper, copper lowers histamine, and makes it more sensitive. And then later, you will need less histamine so free histidine will go up.

It would be interesting to test histidine in your blood.

Actually many people got POIS from running ventolin, which is beta-2 adregneric agonist.

this upregulates acetylcholine, downregulates histamine.

and then their conversion of histidine to histamine is increased. and histidine is low.

Which causes weakness, plus problems with folate cycle. plus problems with SODs,

problems, with breaking down serotonin.

This is exactly why people with Gilberts have POIS and PFS even without taking finasteride.

Since they simply can't break down 3 adiol potent GABA agonist and they are constantly retaining calcium.

They also have high DHT since 3 adiol is not broken down.

this is why finasteride works the best for those people.

I personally think Jack17 is that person, and if he comes off avodart he will crash every single time.

this is exactly why he was helped by Sam-E also, since it decrease liver lipid problems, and increase glucorinidation

this is why when he goes on finasteride his metabolism increases.

So if we increase our zinc finger, and get our body able to retain zinc, will this increase our bldy’s Production of cysteine?

the reason why potassium works in fast oxidiziers, since potassium in the cell, increases need for histamine.

Histamine is the thing which takes potassium out of the cell.

I think you by taking potassium, upregulated histamine.

and then when you stop taking potassium , your histidine goes higher. which provides SODs, plus breaking serotonin.

I was talking about slow oxidizers with high calcium and high dht levels.

Is my immediate allergic reaction to food histamine related? If I keep eating that type of food, will the body gradually adjust and not produce that histamine reaction?

why dont you test your blood for aminos and see if your histidine is getting converted to histamine at all.

so far I have 2 tests from PSSD people. barbaar and talkingant.

their histidine is high, barbaar has histidine very high, and very high in the urine

Usually that happens, since antidepressants, actually block Histamine receptor. and then after you come off. it could be too sensitive. @barbaar

but I would assume this will be different in fast and slow oxidizers.

And how do you fix that?

I think cortisol and estrogen manipulations, should be considered.

Maybe the fix for PFS people is giving them a line of cocaine, a shot of tren-ace and dropping them in Las Vegas.

Is there anyone on the forum who wants to try this? It is interesting to say the least. Would be cool if we have two protocols tried out at a similar time (RU + this) so we can move forward with the potential protocols.
Finally, someone starts to make some sense.

damn my mom and stepdad smoke inside the house 24/7 from when i was a baby till now. Could this have an effect on me aswell as im inhaling their smoke?

Any ways to help decrease acetylcholine? Hydrogen im pretty sure was mentioned somewhere on the forum to help downregulate acetylcholine
Second hand smoke is a myth

If this Is too brief, I'll rewrite it tomorrow

After swabbing the rubber stopper with alcohol and passing the needle thru to draw, draw the amount you plan on taking and remove the needle. Then draw some air, cap it and twist off that needle that just passed thru the rubber. Swap that removed needle with a brand new one from another syringe and use the same needle to draw next week, but the needle that'll pass thru your skin is the brand new one. Discard that needle and syringe after you inject. Save the 'draw needle' that's now on a brand new syringe for next week to do this again

Once a needle passes thru something, it's blunted and will never be as surgically sharp as when first opened. So ppl that use the same needle that passed thru the rubber are putting themselves thru unneeded pain. But that's how they do it in movies or the doctor that vaccinated you as a kid cuz he was too lazy to swap the needle for a new one.
So simple yet overlooked. Cheers

Actually when I was a trader in NYC. we had a huge room full of traders. and traders were in 2 categories, the ones who smoked pot and the ones who did coke

What was funny , is that most who continued to do one thing got screwed up with panic attacks, problems sex problems etc.

So the cure for cocaine was pot, and cure for pot was cocaine

And it worked. I guess by controlling gaba balance.
