It is used up as we are over methylating. How do we get methylation down. That is the key question.

Stresspak is recommended for my last hairtest oxidation type... fast oxi with high sodium lower potassium. You told me about it you said it has everything needed to make adrenaline

Re read what I wrote to you. I said you run on adrenaline. and you want to be off of it.

ARL just subs the vitamins which are used up by adrenaline . but at the same time. they fix cortisol so you dont have to run on adrenaline.
I think the second part is the key

March why dont you want to sit on TEI for a while. and see how you do?

To get methylation down, you need to effect zinc finger)) and receptors.

Any ideas on what we can do to take care of what uses up b2?

you are a fast oxidizer. I never tested fmn and FAD in fast oxidizers, I talk about completely different people

TEI won't help me as my hair test is balanced. I need to fix the issue at its root which I do not have confidence tei will do.

what? LOL are you ok? TEI is balancing all minerals, they dont look at 4 minerals, your hairtest is not balanced. not even close))

You are fast oxidizer with low potassium and sodium LOL, how are you balanced. In fast oxidation with high phosphorus, sodium and potassium should be high

It says I am a slow oxidizer.

Everything looks pretty good to me. I need to fix the overmethylation at its roots.

what does look good to you here? you just took potassium and you had high cortisol prior to potassium which caused low potassium

Nothing changed in you.
You have crazy high renin. which tells me you have no water. just salt
What does look good?

You told me in my log at one point that I look balanced.

What can i do to get the renin down?

Potassium, magnesium, b1 and b2 is what cured you isnt it? How does this work on the zinc finger / receptor level and stop the over methylation?

I took electrolytes protocol, along with certain things for my bodychemistry.

and I have me tested in and out. and you ask to give you advice based on some little testing.

I dont know man. you keep asking , but I dont know.

your hairtest is after potassium. I have no idea what it was before that.

We dont have tei in australia.. we have their sister company "trace elements" which seem to have different (worse) formulas. I dont think i am able to get trace elements supps here :(

You think i shouldnt keep taking stresspak?

how does my biochemistry have anything to do withy yours.

What overmethylation, your b1 goes to make NAD to make cortisol
overmethylayion as my b2, copper and manganese are all used up.

and b1 i s not used methylation right? napdh is what converts folic acid into the active form) and nadph what converts folic acid into methylfolate. and where is manganese in methylation?
