Wow, buying a month of supps would be literally half the price there. These haartest.nl guys also alter the program, "clean fulvic" is one of their own supps, not something TEI has if I'm not mistaken. Guess we can add them to the "avoid" list

That's why I went with ARL (biocoherence). Pricey, but the exact same supps and recommendations as overseas.

because serotonin transporter first binds sodium, then bind serotonin, and then binds chloride. then in the cell it flips back when it binds potassium.

Mechanism of Action of the Serotonin Transporter

So I guess, if you took SSRI. then this mechanism was reversed. Body was trying to stop serotonin transporter bringing serotonin into the cell , thus increased sodium excretion mechanism

and now this mechanism got stuck. although you dont have enough serotonin in the cell anymore since you are not on SSRI.

but serotonin is not being delivered into the cell

without sodium, you cant deliver it into the cell.

you had high cell serotonin on SSRI. this probably increased sodium loss to lower serotonin delivery.

Then you take off SSRI. and boom there is no serotonin and no sodium to deliver new one.

If SSRIs block SERT, wouldn't that mean serotonin would be higher outside the cell and lower inside since it's transport to the inside of the cell is blocked? Apologies if my view is too simplistic. I'll read up on that site, seems like there is a lot of useful information on there.
