fewer outliers was my very fast way of thinkingHow is this improved greatly? this is 4 lows))
And yeah, prices are insane. Especially if you realise most ingredients are cheap ass in wholesale.

@barbaar this is insanity WTF
this is also in euros. this is 400 dollars a month. they are ripping you off.
Adrenal complex is 29 dollars, in your program it is 70.
this is criminal.
practitioners cant raise prices on supplements. that is simply insane.
Well that sucks
I really wanted to go through Catherine this time, but she can't do TEI tests for people in the Netherlands because these guys apparently have an exclusive contract...
it is stupid to pay these assholes.
I have no idea why they do this kind of stuff. you can easily buy supplements online for much cheaper.
Trace Nutrients Supplements from Trace Elements Inc | Hair Analysis
I bet you can get it even cheaper. Look it is 29 dollars here for adrenal complex. and they charge you 70
Wow, buying a month of supps would be literally half the price there. These haartest.nl guys also alter the program, "clean fulvic" is one of their own supps, not something TEI has if I'm not mistaken. Guess we can add them to the "avoid" list
That's why I went with ARL (biocoherence). Pricey, but the exact same supps and recommendations as overseas.

@barbaar you can always get a hairtest with Catherine. and then buy supplements yourself.
this 600 bux a month bs is INSANE
For example, medical and even holistic doctors often give these clients adrenal support, herbs for the adrenals, B-vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin E, potassium or thyroid hormones. They may do this to improve their energy level and perhaps if the serum thyroid hormone levels are low. This approach will fail with these people, are the person may become more ill.
@barbaar you know what I was thinking
IN your urine it is shown that you are are losing sodium big time, all sodium is just being lost. in the urine.
I was thinking what if you load up on sodium HUGE , just like Troy loaded on potassium and keep it for a while
your body will learn how to live with it then
Cool, I'll give that a shot. And keep an eye on my blood pressure, which was already a little too high.
Although it might not be a problem: High blood pressure: Sodium may not be the culprit
because serotonin transporter first binds sodium, then bind serotonin, and then binds chloride. then in the cell it flips back when it binds potassium.
Mechanism of Action of the Serotonin Transporter
Ah so without sodium, chloride, and potassium SERT will not work correctly, and I'm assuming serotonin would stay high (and/or insensitive)?
without sodium, you cant deliver it into the cell.
you had high cell serotonin on SSRI. this probably increased sodium loss to lower serotonin delivery.
Then you take off SSRI. and boom there is no serotonin and no sodium to deliver new one.
