Yeah I had to go to a bunch of different ones to get all the tests I wanted. No single one of them offered them all.
Alright, quite annoying. Did you doc get your blood or did you need to go to a local lab?
Might want to do some basic tests myself. Full spec perhaps doesnt make much sense while im on MAOI

I had to go to the hospital for the first round of bloods, then collect 24h urine and go to ELN in Bunnik to get blood drawn there. If you just do urine you can send it in by mail, for bloods you need to physically go there I think (not 100% sure).

@Helen
I was thinking to measure my cortisol while on tranylcypramine, and then check more stuff when im off (like, B1-2-6, prog, some elements).
Also because this apparently balances cortisol, explaining my energy boost to some extent (?). Anything else what would make sense to measure pre-post?

Bro I have a lot of clicking at times,... but probably different or somewhat different reasons. I'm flexible everywhere except knees (can but then realize pain).
Are you hypermobile in a lot of places (I am), I'm sure I asked you? I feel like I have had some connective tissue disease a long time, but try not to Dr. google things like when I was 18.

I don't think I'm hypermobile at all. I'm about as flexible as an 80 year old atm lol.

-Lol, yeah well... it takes time. Gotta workout a bit more when you have the time.
-EVEN if I am hyperflexible (could rotate arms, stretch 360 degrees - I'm a freak I know)... STIFF bc of stress. -As a kid, now probably break down the wall, or rip my arm off.
-Using a Roller on your foot, or under your back... to unlock joints pre workout is a great thing. Also wall stretches, to get shoulders relaxed.
-Not saying : "WORKOUT MORE DUDE!", I realize you're in school right now. -You're always a WIT man. Haha.
-There's different kinds of clicking or stiffness for that matter (clearly)... Mineral or some other imbalance? I'm more stiff with less Mg. And also, crushed estrogen did make me extremely stiff (super weird feeling for me). Hence, added 4andro to R-andro. I realize you're not taking those, just throwing it out there.
-Signalling of Estrogen sounds like it makes sense.... or sensitivity to it? I'm sure you'll find out soon.

Haha you're right tho. I should work out more, no excuses. I always go too hard, hurt myself so I need to take a break, and have trouble picking things up again. Gotta start slow.

YEAH me too... but I think it helps business and studying more... It DID before... it kind of does, but sometimes I gotta just walk or swim, something low impact.
I HATE WORKING Out in crowded gyms. I destroy all there, and it's too busy, too much noise, too much clutter... can't think... drop my water bottle cap, catch it before it hits the floor (impressive but looks CRAZY).... Smile at some girls, some guys just hate me... PRIVATE GYMS -- you and 3-10 ppl... no issue mostly. Public, big box gyms are HORRIBLE. Hence, why I worked out 2-3 yrs at 1-3am.
-It helps focus and mood or either or... but I need to do it at an earlier or later time. The thing is gym rush-hour seems to be all day everyday.

I hope to fucking gawd they aren't as bad as my last ARL practitioner.
