Yeah through biocoherence.eu

But I suppose you can get them somewhere else if you can find them.
Well if they dont charge much more its most convenient. Crazy they didnt want to give you the results when they can make sales out of it.

"had sex" this week. Totally non functional, didn't expect that. Wasn't able to get excited at all (mentally and otherwise)... I thought I was doing well. At least energy levels are definitely up.

Had sort of an anxiety attack yesterday night. But I have to believe this is just a temporary downswing again. I hope ARL will work.

-Barbaar:Right?! I'm starting to regain my ability to be annoyed too :D

Too bad my anxiety seems to be returning bit by bit too. I even got a few days where my thoughts were constantly super negative again. That would be a total bitch. Fix pssd, slip back into depression. I really hope that's not the case, but I think Ghost noticed something like this too (in other people who got fixed iirc).

Yeah i have a bit of anxiety too, not always on moments i expect. Like it comes up too slow and goes down too slow. Its not super bad, but i couldnt get nervous at all before, now i can be a bit.
-Ghost Dec 5, 2017
Return of anxiety usually happens when function is better. It's sad, but I'm just fighting one battle at a time. If I can figure out PSSD, then I'm on to the next battle: Mental Health. Likewise, if I treat mental health, I think I have a better chance of fighting PSSD.

1. Yes, yes to all of that. "fixed anxiety with effexor" (causing way more severe problems that I discussed on here). Off that way more anxiety and way more depression, as I fixed that my true nature came out again (ADHD etc). And as I fix PFS, more ADHD and mood issues, irritation, anger, agitation, insomnia, can't focus, etc. Pretty good right now, but the trend is there until sorted. Right after quitting effexor I was too dulled to be my usual hyper-vigilant self (nervous energy, often anxious but mostly around goals and timelines, and ADHD ++). Notice it more now, but dealing with it. NOT having any of a person's "normal features", whatever they may be - is far worse.

-Definitely treated the wrong thing first time around (was convinced that they knew that it was probably "Generalized Anxiety Disorder". And likely kind of did the same thing with finasteride --> my hair is still pretty good (but that's not good enough for me), and it was substance-caused (extremely short trials of meds, also discussed a lot on here).

Trying various nootropics, amino acids to help mood. No meds for that ever again. Only one slip up and it led to finasteride bc of the hair loss.

-Also had anxiety attacks and stuff like that first time in a few months and such. Racing thoughts etc. Not that bad tho. I see it as normalizing and coming to terms with understanding what has been taken from me, and what I'm working to take back.

2. Re: non-optimal sexual encounter:
-At least -- you know you have the drive/motivation to go after it and if you can attract company now, you can later when even healthier. So it's still good, man.

3. Re: ARL :

-I hope it works out well for you man. I will definitely try my rec'd supps as my 14th or so step.

So true man. My old self definitely wasn't perfect but I miss feeling things so much. Even though that feeling of 'missing' is only 10% of what it should be.

Yeah, I guess we could see this as a good thing. It means we are able to react to the terrible shit that has happened to us instead of being too numb to even worry about it.

Cool, what kind of nootropics are you trying? A friend of mine who has ADHD has had success with modafinil.

I guess.. It still felt like a slap in the face though. I'll just have to be patient for a little while longer :p

Same to you bro!

I will get flack for this but everyone's different., using med (one medication I trust besides inhalers), actually there's something else I trust but for it's legal status.
I figure if I'm rx'd dex, then modafinil etc, is not needed. Already have the most sought after prescription besides desoxyn (gone, illegal, pure methamp) for ADHD.
And coffee and other things never really cut it except when younger and probably led to other things. I've definitely researched and saw great things about Modafinil and Aranifil, but I think I have something better. Trusted dex 3.5 yrs +, first time used again in 14+mo, in the last 2 weeks.

For Mood I am trying Alpha-GPC, in the form of Cognitex (may not be the best, powders probably are better). And this contains:
"Alpha-GLyceryl Phosphoryl Choline (A-GPC)600 mg**Sharp-PS Phosphatidylserine100 mg**"
Life Extension, Cognitex Basics, 60 Softgels

-So in short: 1 med (discontinuing when doing something like RU and or ARL later), and one nootropic (instead of an anticonvulsant/stabilizer).

Never really tried anything like this before, the old version had other things like Ashwagandha (bad for me), so this is pretty legit. Safer than lithium orotate (which is like 1/500th the dose of Lithium Carbonate (the rx)), but is an orotic acid) - that may be bad for ADHD anyways/ maybe not but I never used it more than 2 days/nites.

Also L-theanine is supposed to take the edge off of stimulants. I have that (tried one day - not sure if helpful may cause tiredness which can be good for me but still hate that
feeling). And also L-tyrosine, i.e. just aminoacids. There are all sorts of racetams and other nootropics, I never tried... but when used with a scale and slowly titrated, has to be better than the pharma sol'n. I need to be careful bc of the dual dx tho, help one hur the other, and it can be very subtle. I feel pretty chilled now, trained 4th time fasted 6pm, and not too aggressive/ irritated either.

A slap in the face, or an emotional/physical insult, but not a defeat.

So, update for 5 weeks on:
- Manganese (8mg solgar chelated manganese)
- Magnesium (500mg magnesium chloride)
- Iron (20mg solgar gentle iron)
- Potassium (1000mg potassium chloride)

I took a little break for a few days last week because I was getting knee and elbow pain and started getting more and more dizzy, but that's all good again now. Besides that I've taken the above consistently the whole time.

Last Monday was absolutely amazing. I felt the closest to being fixed since I can remember. I had almost no fatigue, and mood was really good. I could think clearly and my personality was very present. Libido and ED still haven't improved much though.

Today is much worse. Fatigue kicked back in in full force and I'm feeling emotionally flat again. I didn't change anything so I have no idea why.

The last ARL supps I ordered are stuck in customs but they should be here soon. Once they arrive I'll stop this and take the full ARL program until I run out (should be a month or so) and see where I'm at.

Ugh. The tracking info of my last bottle of ARL supps says it was delivered last Saturday. No sign of it anywhere though...

I have everything but the betaine HCl and pepsin (Endo-met Betaine HCL and Pepsin (90 Tablets)). I don't want to start without it since it also contains a bunch of B vitamins so I can't just take some betaine.

Does anyone have a source that ships from europe? If it doesn't magically show up this week I'll have to order it again.

Dont take this stuff. Iron 20mg, that is a huge for a man. turmeric and ginger is not the same as these supps.

Wait for the supplements or try to match the program.

If you have everything but Betain HCL. you can just take regular betain HCL . no problem.

Cool, I have everything but the Betain HCl so I guess I can finally start :)

I hope it will still arrive but until then I'll just use regular betaine + pepsin and try to find something to match the B vitamins in the endo-met version.

Very early ARL update:

Feeling pretty good! I was worried about the possible insomnia one might get at first but it's very mild. I've always had trouble sleeping anyways, so this isn't much worse lol. I felt extremely sluggish the first few days but it seems like the energy is really picking up now. It kinda feels like I just chugged a can of monster, but without the caffeine jitters. Possibly because of all the B vitamins? I like it.

From ARL : Understanding Retracing And Healing Reactions
In addition to toxic metals, other toxic during healing reactions. Medications used in the past are a common example. To understand this phenomenon, it is necessary to understand that when a drug medication is administered, not all the medication is eliminated from the body. Although the therapeutic effect wears off after several hours, this only indicates that the blood level required for a therapeutic response is no longer present.

A residue of past medications is often released quickly while on a nutritional balancing program. The medications may have been taken at any time, even years before. Medications may have even been acquired in utero from a parent. As one's energy level and adrenal gland activity improve, stored medications are released. In fact, any factor or stressor that increases the metabolic rate can trigger an elimination of this type. This accounts for the flashbacks one can have with LSD and other drugs.

Wow, yesterday a few hours after my last update I started feeling exactly like I did when I was on ritalin years ago (spoiler, it was terrible for me). Super "robotic", anxious and extremely socially awkward. I ran into an old friend who asked how I was doing and I couldn't find the words to answer him lol. A few hours later that went away and I felt like I got ran over by a train. It's crazy how stuff like this can resurface.

Feeling fresh and ready to start the day again today. I wonder what else will be thrown at me, but I feel like I can handle it.

ARL update #2:

Been sick for the last few days, flu-ish with a bit of a fever at first but it's more like a bad cold now. I'm not sure if it's anything ARL related as some people around me started before me so I could've caught it from them. At least my immune system is doing things I guess?

Energy is kinda shit again but that's because I'm not feeling well atm. I'm sure it'll improve once I'm feeling better. No real changes in libido or other related things yet.

ARL update #3:

Feeling pretty rough. It seems I am running into some problems with digestion. Since I've been on ARL it has been slowly getting worse, moving towards (sorry for the details lol) yellowish soft serve. I think I've read somewhere that could indicate problems with bile flow? Not sure why it's happening now, maybe something detox related.

I'm also having pretty bad headaches more often, combined with a little nausea. Oh well I'll just assume that's because my body is getting rid of all the crap it's built up over the years.

Arl update #4:

Most of the discomforts from last post have subsided, but it's like PSSD got kicked up a notch. Emotional numbing back in full force, can't think clearly, ED... This hasn't happened before on ARL for me but I'll keep pushing

Drop the dose down to one or two doses per day instead of the normal three. That will probably help.

Thanks, I'll do that for a while.

Today is so weird, it's like I'm walking around in a dream with all my senses numbed, like when I was at my worst. I know ARL can cause temporary worsening of existing or past symptoms so I'm trying not to let it scare me too much.
