Decided to take a break from hydrogen water for a few days. I couldn't handle the extreme insomnia it was causing me.

Fatigue is back with a vengeance, I almost forgot how bad it was after over 2 weeks on hydrogen water. I'm going to try starting it again, but much less this time. I think I just overdid it.

I will start with just one glass in the morning for a while, and see how it affects my sleep and fatigue. Hopefully I can find a reasonable dose where I won't lay awake until 6am every night, and also not have horrible fatigue issues.

Did it worsen your sexual issue?

Why did you quit ARL after just a month, though? You should push through it and give it another cycle or two, but that's just my humble two cents. :)

Mine has been 14/8 since started SSRIs. I think that my high aldosterone has something to do with it

I know, my original plan was to get retested and continue with the updated program but then I started hydrogen which was a wild ride lol.

Basically I'm dumb and sending in my new hairtest kinda slipped my mind. Gonna do it tomorrow.

Doc sent me the first few of my lab results. Still more to come, had to go to 3 different labs for all the blood tests lol.

I expected more things to be out of whack tbh. The only things that are out of reference range are:

- Neutrophils 1.90 (ref 2.00-7.70)
- LDL cholesterol 4.26 (ref < 2.50)
- Progesteron 1.2 (ref 0.2-0.5)
- 25-OH Vit. D total 39 (ref >50)

Testosterone is on the low end of the range, estrone and estradiol seem neatly in the middle(-ish) of the range.

As soon as I get my other tests (aminos, prolactin, dht, aldo, electrolytes etc.) I will post them here too. Hopefully that won't take too long.

Just curious, does the high Progresterone suggest that you need to run ella again or ru486??
