Ughhhhh just called my doc to ask when I'm getting the rest of my blood results, she said it could be September before I get them.

Does anyone know of a good, walk-in lab/clinic in the EU somewhere? I swear next time I need to get bloods done I'll just fly there, it'll probably be faster and less expensive too >_>

If money isn't an issue then you could get them done in the UK with results back in a week

September? Holy shit. You already donated blood or still need to do this? What are you testing, there are labs in NL as well.

Got the tests done quite some time ago already, they got sent off to here: The European Laboratory of Nutrients - welcome

Apparently testing DHT is hard or something... I dont know. They sent my cortisol test to the US so that will be a while too

That sounds good. Can you just walk in and ask for tests without having a doctor prescribe them?

So I used this practice a couple of times: Direct Private Blood Tests | Nuffield Health

They say this 'You will need a referral from a healthcare professional to use this service and we will need evidence of that referral. If you don't have a referral, don't worry, we can provide you one for an additional £25 charge for our GPs to support your request subject to their approval.'

I sent the £25 both times and they never even questioned what the bloods were for, and approved them. I also didn't do their preset selections but called them up and was very specific about what I wanted, and they were fine about it.

Thanks man :)

Small update: not feeling too good, suddenly got lower back pain which started this week and seems to be getting worse as time goes on. No strength in my right hand, wrist hurts like hell if I try to grip something or apply force.

On the positive side, sleep has been pretty decent lately and waking up is less of a struggle than it normally is.

Are you taking anything right now?

I'm taking some b vitamins once every few days as they help with fatigue and some potassium here and there. Don't think the back pain etc. is related, it randomly comes up sometimes and usually takes a week or more to go away.
I wonder why lower back pain seems to be an issue for many PFS sufferers. For me, I’ve always attributed it to muscle weakness resulting from muscle wasting, which I suffer from significantly. Do you have muscle wasting as well?

I don't think I have muscle wasting, not in any visible amount at least. I do feel weaker, like my muscles don't listen to the commands my brain sends.

I have lower back pain issues for a long time now (started post fin). Things that helped relieve it (within hours) were those that raise DHT or alter Progesterone eg Ella, Sorghum etc

My doc just sent me some more blood and urine test results. DHT and cortisol are still missing, but damn. Almost more things out of range than in range LOL. Peeing out aminos (especially histidine), sodium and calcium like crazy. It's a shame I wasn't able to get blood aminos tested. Also I didn't expect prolactin and aldosteron to be so neatly in the middle of the range.

How does this relate to what you were taking on ARL? Does this (partly) explain some highs?

Just wondering, you used 2 labs. Based on pricing? Second lab seems to offer most of the tests overall.
