The best probiotic that DOESN'T need refrigeration is Jarrodophilus capsules, the are enteric coated (hardshell) and break open in the colon(won't die in your stomach acid).. plus they are stable in room temp.. I prefer powder with this protocol cuz it sticks to the goo.. but jarrow makes an excellent probiotic for the reasons I mention and will be fine with the drink.. just swallow it at the same time

It is on iherb where I have already found the rest I needed! Thanks!

Got everything in house besides the FOS. Substituted Visbiome for VSL#3? Apparently it’s the old formula under a new brand. Came to the house cold.

FOS won’t be here until next week.....eager to start though.

My neice didn't have psoriasis but she had unbelievable breakouts, rashes and just all round terrible skin.. she couldn't eat anything without triggering it.. especially corn.. I saw this coming when she was younger when I would look at her tongue..

What do you mean about the tongue, the shape or some that grows on it or coating ?
Did it got fully cleared up after the protocol ?

Yea, cracks and white coating, in Chinese medicine it's called a stomach/spleen deficiency.. and dampness.

It's totally normal now, no cracks and good color.. the tongue, just like the eyes are a map of what's going on in the body.
this was the way doctors used to be able to tell what's wrong with you and it was originally practiced in Asia countries long before xray imaging or blood tests

My tongue is soooo white 14 days into this water fast. All Candida die off.

I'm sure your bugs are swimming upstream desperately looking for food.. haha

Very interested to see what happens to it afterward. 25 days is quite some time. I think I’m going to pound them with some herbs like candibactrim ar/br while concurrently running your gut protocol.

Wobenzyme before meals. Okra pepsin after. Probiotic enemas 2-3 times a week. Mag chloride baths. Just a gut centered, easy on the minerals month post fast plan.

Be careful on the enzymes and pepsin, I'm pretty sure that's what ate up my tract. If Your liver/pancreas is working well you don't really need them, maybe just a bandaid but don't rely to heavy. Just my opinion

Will take that into account heavily. I just don’t want to keep spending money on digestive enzymes and would be nice not to. But wobenzyme I feel something pretty strong, it’s potent.

Yea, those are strong, I did those and vitalzym too, alternated. . Then I was taking digestive enzymes with food, and even pancreas glandulars. when I had my colonoscopy and everything was inflamed, and I mean everything, constipated etc, I knew it wasn't because I wasnt taking enough.. lol. So I just quit cold turkey
focused on the gut drink, and some liver support .. been good ever since

Prebiotic (nutrition) - Wikipedia interesting how this article mainly talks about GOS saying its similar to breast milk, but it does mention FOS / inulin. Maybe GOS is better?

Well, based on your observations looks like FOS works anyway

Sorry I missed this.. I prefer bimuno (GOS)
but people do fine with (fos)

Damn really? Last year March I was getting so much relief from Betaine HCl and digestive enzymes, I started going heavy cause I was just feeling better and better, but then had a patch of awful gut pain and had to stop everything, never felt as good since. Could they have eaten into my gut a bit?
Edit: @Ocguy do you have a log?

Yea definitely, too much of a good thing can really do some damage.. especially acids and enzymes. Yes I have a log, its in logs sub if u want to keep tabs.

need to update with latest hair test scan and overall status.. will get that out by end of weekend..

Oh for sure, cabbage juice will speed it up but just backing off will do it, and of course keep feeding your microbiome with the drink.. that's why we use psyllium powder and not the husk.. that can be harsh

Oh I've been using the husk.. it helped me out before so I already had a tub. Is it ok to keep using it?

so it's definitely not good to take HCL + enzymes daily for like 18mo straight? 1-2mo not bad?
And similarly like milk of magnesia, it's alright to take like a few days to a few weeks and it's ok but everyday it's bad, correct?

Yea, its ok, they both provide the fiber and swell up, but get the powder after u run out. The powder is 2x more insoluble fiber per serving
