Please see my first Hair Test. I'm amazed how accurate the report is when it comes to symptoms.

It seems fin has given me hypothyroidism as all my symptoms match, even though I had a basic thyroid panel done and it came back normal.

@Boris @Goose12 @RebelWithACause @MNK99 etc

I've ordered the supps and have started the diet today.

Yea you are slow oxidizer. Thyroid in blood does not say much. It is how much potassium in the cell that shows thyroid I think. So on TEI you will focus on increasing oxidation rate which will give you more energy.

Doing good. Fatigue is better. Just sometimes negative thoughts and feelings of depression. Cannot give good update on improvements since I am still on the program.

How long are you doing this first cycle? 2-3 months?
That's good you're doing better. Yeah I was planning on doing it for 3 months and then retesting, going to be difficult sticking to the diet over xmas!

Thats quite similar to my latest one. Do you get heart palpitations or fast heart rate when consuming calcium?

Your suggested sups are the same as mine, except you don’t have potassium included as your levels are ok

Mine is here

Yeah I definitely get fast heart rate at points, I wasn't sure if it was anxiety related. Next time I consume some dairy Ill check for palpitations.

@Chaptain?
Still positive returns vis a vis the Anavar?
Did not test it?
Ordered and ordered a test kit. May try it or sell it to some angry kids when the time comes (like 22-25yr old kids everyone relax).
How's the TEI going? Remember takes time to adjust. Still think it makes me look less lean/ water retention, but that's ok, temporary.

Maybe. I mean I bought it.
I want hair gains and to get shredded and a sex side effect from PFS. But mostly just want to get leaner.
But I would go slow.
AND IF I did use it, I'd still use TEI after, long run.

BC, next degree cannot go like the previous ones. That was a bitch for sure. Also, trading, writing , calmly, and normal jobs will be easier too. Which means saving up for said school is easier, and you can actually relax, and instead of working 100hrs and 50 being useful... it's actually more effective. Plus think it makes me happier.

I mean, did a short water fast, refed... didn't have perfect digestion, and was 8/10 mood started TEI up again on day 2 of refeed. I haven't crashed since last year, but I am pretty sensitive to things. I did use like 14caps of randro and 4andro no major issue. BUT I did use Fin for weeks and stopped going outside, so you never know.

SO if people used 25mg, I'd start with 20mg or less. I'd run 1-2 cycles. Then TEI for a year. Get retested, and wait 2 weeks or so.
Or save the anavar for later, but that seems difficult. I don't know how to move properly and I moved like 5x in recent years.

I guess so. just getting rid of metals / changing mineral balance and their subsequent hormonal effects. Thanks man. Still a clusterfuck tho... but it's good to be alive and healthy. Last xmas was hell for sure. I'll count my blessings.

I think everyone on forum can tell its had an effect bud, your posts are way easier to follow now! Ive seen effects straight away as well: more morning wood, less brain fog at times but then sometimes worse along with random spells of tinnitus, id guess detox reactions?

I also get small cycles where I feel better and then small cycles where you feel worse (fatigue, anxiety, etc.)

I think it is detox reaction. Who the fuck knows. I saw some interviews on YouTube with people who had crazy fatigue on it too first cycle and some even first 3 cycles. Seems pretty normal. Tinnitus not sure.

Check this: ARL : Understanding Retracing And Healing Reactions

TEI is different but same concept.

Cycle update:

I've been on my first cycle about 3 months now and thought it was time to update.
I'm going to stay on for 4 months as I wasn't consistent during December due to xmas, plus I bought too many supplements haha.

Positives

  1. Improved sleep, less waking up in the night.
  2. Gained muscle and strength
  3. Circles around eyes aren't as dark as previously.
  4. No more diarrhoea or loose stool.
Negatives

  1. Very low libido, I thought I was totally impotent at one point two weeks a go.
  2. Still have brain fog, reduced cognitive function.
  3. Still cold appendages.
  4. fatigue
  5. No emotions
  6. Dry skin
  7. occasional constipation
I'll stick with TEI for at least a year but if I don't see any major improvements within that time I'm going to follow Dr Sarah Myhill's CFS protocol, it's very similar to what Chi used to recover. Some really interesting information on her website (DoctorMyhill), unfortunately she's no longer taking on patients but she's put her entire protocol on her website.

It’s recommended that the first cycle should be short, like a month, maybe two. Body is trying to afapt to it’s oxidation rate. Few notice much of anything on their first cycle. I would retest asap.

The fatigue, no emotions and dry skin is due to the vitamin E, I reckon.

Is this your first cycle? Helen said your first cycle can be wrong. It is better to keep the first 1 or 2 cycles short (2 months). I would retest if I was you.
