Dude make an appointment with a therapist counselor immediately if you have not or are not in with someone already. This is not a suggestion

The picture in this article

bitcake » Earth Axis Syndrome

Is what my world looks like since tuesday night.

There is a constant pressure pulling me to my bottom right.

I just walked to the bathroom and the toilet looks on its side. I’m just lying horizontally on the couch/bed for days.

I’m sorry bro for that symptom, it looks like a bad one. But still you will need a therapist through this journey. Find someone good now and get started ASAP

I’m with @Aflac94 on this one. @Concerned go see a counselor immediately to assess mental health, do not isolate yourself, and if symptoms worsen go to the emergency room to get checked out.

There could be another underlying health issue flying under the radar which needs to be addressed. Wishing you the best my friend. God speed and keep us posted.

I have arranged one, set up a few weeks ago, I think the appointment is soon but I can’t see me being able to leave the house to do it.

Have a loved one pick you up or ask if the clinician can visit you. Either way get it done.

Seems more like a physical issue than a mental issue. Like there is something wrong with the fluid of your inner ear. I’ve had vertigo a few times and I remember my ENT doc telling me some people can get caught in a vertigo-ish state when the fluid doesn’t rebalance on its own. I would go see an ENT doc and get their opinion.

Edit: I just re-read your post and saw you’ve already met with a vertigo specialist. Sorry...missed that the first time I read it.

Have you tried anything new in the past couple of weeks?

You’re stressed. Cortisol is high then it goes low as day nears its end.

There’s a reason for that stressor beyond pfs. Gotta just change body chemistries, work with natural pathogen killers, chelators.

Gotta get the bad out of body.

If I were in your exact shoes I know exactly what I’d do and how to attack it. I’m sure I’d fail several times but something would work to get me better.

You have to start now dude. It’s honestly getting sad hearing these stories while knowing you’re seeing these doctors who are trying to diagnose you with some sort of a disease.

I don’t think you understand that all disease begins with bacteria. It’s something subtle that can be removed. And there are so many cool ways of doing so. But you need to try.

Going to order the geneva test next. I clearly need more testing to identify something. Like how you couldn't make significant progress before you identified the mycoplasma. Until I know what that is, it will be very difficult.

Also spoke with Helen today and will try some things.

Me seeing doctors is me using the process of elimination. For the most part I'm not paying them, it is paid for by my country's health service so I might as well use them. My symptoms of being pulled to the side and the room seeming slanted appear hardly anywhere on pfs forums (no prop said he and another guy had it and he said it resolved eventually).

This thread does however describe so many of my symptoms Labyrinthitis - "brain shifts"?? | Vertigo and Dizziness | Patient

So I need to see an ENT or vestibular specialist to make sure I can eliminate or identify menieres as the cause. I'd be foolish not to at least check.

I had some extremely frightening neurological symptoms when I first crashed, not unlike what you're going through. The first 3 months will probably be the hardest of your life, but it will get better. Just beware of doctors. Don't give in to desperation and start a treatment that will make you worse.

I’m nearly four months in and the room tilting to the right whichever way I look at it is new in the last week. I can feel my brain degenerating the longer this goes on.

My doctor has offered me variously, testosterone patches or injections, diazepam, sleeping tablets and the anti depressant mirtazepine. Haven’t taken any of them yet. Also cinnarizine for sea sickness/unbalances feelings but I haven’t taken them either because one of the side effects on its wiki is parkonsonism and my brain and body is in an extremely fragile state.

It’s comjng up to 4.30am and I’ve had maybe one of two hour of sleep, don’t know, half asleep half awake. My sleep this week has been the best it’s been in a while but it seems to have made me worse. Don’t know. Need to start some form of psychiatric medication soon.

After I crashed, I was pretty confident that I was being launched into a permanent psychosis with no end in sight. When I used liquid thyroid hormone in the testes, I got so much relief that it gave me the will to live again, and I was about to check out. I haven't recovered, but I'm no longer so sure that any permanent damage has been done. You will have these experiences too. The first time you get some relief, it will change how you view your condition.

I want you to understand pfs causes an imbalance in all our systems including immunity, this is an infection.

Find somebody with a rife machine or buy a Doug coil machine and zap those motherfuckers... for years after my crash I would get this swaying or rocking sensation in my brain upon wakening, like my eyes were rolling around inside my sockets.. I did a dental DNA test and found the bug, it was Neisseria meningitidis. The doc put me on a class 4 cephalosporin (ceftin) crosses the blood brain barrier..

After treatment the problem rarely happened, but it was still there, that's when I started zapping with the rife machine , specifically the Doug coil.. it killed the last remnants of the bug.. haven't had a problem since..

.

While I got lucky to see mycoplasma in my testing i had loads of other things wrong with me. Horrible disbiosis on Geneva gut test, beta glucorinidase 5x the range on that test too, ammonia through roof. All sorts of other pathogens elevated as well.

What I was able to learn when reading CFS forums pre hackstasis “let’s not just kill mycoplasma in my body, let’s kill all bad bacteria, micro organisms.” And once I started doing that “we really need to open up detox pathways while doing so.” I was lucky to have mycoplasma because it simplified things for me when i started to get an understanding of how and why people recover from disease.

Gbold’s stuff like ARL, hydrogen water is for making the body a haven where pathogens can’t exist. ARL may not be able to get job done in your state of being.

Do the detox protocol and get plenty of probiotics and nutrients. It’s your best chance of getting out of whatever hell hole you’re in and could happen rather quickly.

Or you can keep waiting on doctors and hope they find something or diagnose you with a disease that will make you shit your pants.

Do you understand how many MILLIONS of people are diagnosed with diseases that they’re told has no actual cure just symptom management? My dad, my grandfather, my grandmother, 2 of my great aunts, uncle my whole family in generations above me have had debilitating illnesses the majority of their adult lives but big PhArma drugs them and keeps symptoms at bay.

These doctors that diagnose people are wrong. MS, CFS, fibromyalgia, anxiety disorders, IBS, colitis, depression you name it. With you’re issues your bound for a diagnosis of “we don’t know what to call it so we’ll call it this which means you’re a slave to us in buying prescriptions from us the rest of your life.”

You just don’t want to understand that @Concerned and I’m sorry that’s the case in your mind. We live in a very evil world when it comes to the healthcare system. They are wrong far more often then they’re right when it comes to chronic illness. They drug people and let them live the rest of their lives in sub par way.

Watch “Brain on Fire” on Netflix.” It’s not easy identifying disease. It took forever for that poor girl to get diagnosed with something. Then when she did, luckily she had a doctor willing to give her $15k IVIG and plasmaphersis treatments weekly until she got better.

Most doctors won’t do that. You have to dig yourself out of the hole you’re in. You fucked up taking finasteride. You have to take responsibility for that error and learn how to heal yourself. But you need to start now. Cuz as you said, things are getting worse.

I agree with a lot of what the others have said... I don't know what else to say.

Mostly psyche meds are bad...
Coming from someone who hates all of them even the one or two that he likes.

I'm thinking that maybe increased blood barrier permeability (from certain psyche meds), may have contributed to such viruses. In the initial stages I was definitely in a haze, and in quitting and after my surgery (completely unrelated to PFS, but I did quit fin like 5-10 days before) it got way way worse. That's when depression and not being able to move became very real outcomes. I can't comment on that particular antidepressant, bc most likely it would send me into mania. The test patches and what not... I don't know, doesn't work for most (but can't say for sure). Some form of detox but being with someone to make sure not to do anything crazy is ideal. Sometimes it helps in short term situations (psyche meds), but @bruschi11 is right about rampant misdiagnosis with invisible illnesses. And if it's neuropsyche or something... Or some rare virus... It's gonna be very hard to see someone I think in a timely fashion.

I didn't do the detox protocols on HS, but I did fast (you're already really thin, so may not be an option), but maybe it is better to start a milder detox program.

A bio/econ dual prof (used to have a major role at Eli-Lily) told me similar stories about family and personal misdiagnosis and mistreatment a that could have easily been fatal (and he's well off for sure - can afford 2 tier and private care). I
rdetox method, rather than ARL. Some have mentioned to me that 2 capsules instead of the full dose recommended by ARL is gentler on their system. Maybe that or one of the detox methods discussed is better for now. Hospitals, emergency rooms misdiagnosed like hell. I have 2 cousins - one medicine was making him extraordinarily sick (brain illness), the other... Had my brother not got him to the right hospital, he'd have passed... My point is both those are quite often fatal brainillnesses, but they're still here (and even without PFS probably way more functional than me in many ways, tbh).

My brother, a surgeon doesn't take his daughter to the hospital unless for sure it's the best option, considering they are doing spinal taps and such for no reason.

Plenty of Ill feelings to er and other doc's are shared by ENT's, neurosurgeons, etc.

So much self defense I've played with the system over 12 yrs (avoiding details to certain docs, legal letters to certain clinics, removing diagnoses from the record, ignoring all psyche concerns when speaking to family doctors, making sure I know how to explain fatal reactions to emergency departments if I get a rare side effect like SJS), just treating something like PFS is a fulltime job, same with "psyche disorders", let alone managing the side effects of meds, and that's probably somewhat true of hormonal meds too. Full time job for a while, just a part of routine later. Unless constantly taking harmful stuff. Very bad for overthinkers like me. Just picking up a prescription for something that I 99.9% am sure has not and will not cause anything approaching PFS or PSSD and that I've taken probably 600+ times, freaked me the fuck out.

Sorry this is all over the place.
Basically seek help obviously .
What that help should be...
Not sure but I don't think most these doc's are either and only great ones will ever admit that.

If
I listened to their ocd, dx, and the rules for mood disorders, and all kinds of other bs, I'd be on like 3-6 psychotropics now and even more screwed for sure. No known cause unclear symptoms (that match like 8-20 different illnesses) every system, plus no certain name and polypharmacy is a horrendous idea.

From talks on other forums
I don't think diazepam nor sleeping pills and the like will mess things up more. I also don't think they'll help long run (but I'm different and nearly nothing makes me fall asleep outside of staying awake 24-48++ hrs sometimes (not all the time)).

Definitely won't hurt to try rifing and similar practices (won't hurt long run I mean). And literally every psychotropic I've ever heard of will cause more shaking, tremors, RLS, and things that look like Parkinsonism. I looked into it BC of stimulants. Coke, Lamotrigine, dex, ritalin, and probably accutane, fin, and other bs def caused me shakes, alcohol too, even smoking cigs. I probably am HYPERSENSITIVE to a lot more than I consider at times. Hard to tell BC I fidget like hell anyways but there's a clear difference. Drop things more when starting any new med or even maybe supplemental or workouts again. (Probably not the norm but just saying).

Obviously water, then sleep, then food are the necessities of life.

The th
ING is off-label use can kill us all... Seroquel for sleep... Oxy for anxiety, cocaine for hair loss, what's next roofies for ptsd.

Most shakes ever were weed, effexor, and alcohol. I'd say most AD's are super toxic, but I'm no big pharma PhD researcher. Studies saying "on net less effective than placebo" exist.

PubMed, bluelight, Google scholar, etc. Patient info sheets for sketchy drugs ignore a lot... Often calling out the worst possible side effects but missing all other much more likely and common damage. Three anticonvulsants come to mind. Other times they have bold faces lies like Finasteride's saying "5ar is not important for adult male functioning".

The more drugs, the more drugs to cover sfx, the worse the outcomes. Even Bipolar I (pretty serious disorder if they're correct, often they aren't but the good doc's are) only 3 meds at a time are preferred by new school docs. So for something they have mostly no idea about... It will be a lot of drugs and that interaction checker on WebMD or in their prescribing information and computer logs is FAR from fool-proof.

Weed, orange juice grapefruit juice interact with a LOT , mostly this isn't listed for a lot of things. Let alone diazepam + test + other drugs.

I wrote a lot to my school about self-advocacy , as true for mental disorders, as it is for navigating the corp world/system, and new disorders too like PFS. Cannot fully trust anyone BC they're not as invested into it (time, energy, the stakes) as the individual sufferer is.

I explained to them why noni didn't seek whatever bs "available help" BC... Any time I did, ruined me except maybe with a few cases of meds/ treatments.
Accutane, finasteride, effexor and their bad outweighs the good tho, I feel. Maybe not but easily could have.

If I have terminal illness and 1 yr to live, I'd choose pain free and mj or pain killers but nothing with a chance of making me feel dumber or not myself ideally.

Relying on their theories and hunches should have killed me a long time ago.

Doctors are terrible at finding infections.. they dont have any idea what to test for.. and these are so low level your immune system rarely raises your WBC to give them an indication.. like @bruschi11 mentioned.. so many people are walking around with MS, CFS, fibromyalgia, anxiety disorders, IBS, colitis, depression etc, and its all bug related, these people immune systems are so compromised and tricked by the bug, it doesn't even put up a fight..

So, if you want to go the antibiotic route on your own, i'm just showing you where to get the same medication., Ceftin 500mg 10Tabs

dosage is 1x2 per day for 20 days.. this pharm is legit.. ordered several times.. fast delivery etc.

take S. boullardi along with probiotics and that fiber protocol i linked earlier in the thread, to protect your gut.. and keep candida at bay

i would definitely try this route before going on any psych meds.. this is not a mental thing..

Yep, spent years battling the bugs from this dreadful pfs, all the guys complaining about weird anomalies here, I guarantee you is bug related... I've had to go after myco, bart, ecoli, viruses, parasites, etc..

finasteride and the hormonal imbalances it brings creates a haven for toxicity and bugs
