@Go_faster_Sonic Get a hair test and follow the programme they give you.
Who are they? :)
Is this all? Just sending the hair?
I read all the Helen threads, i read almost all the propecia help site, i think is enough. The missing ring here is, in my opinion, putting it all together.
Example:

1. do the hair test
2. buy those vitamins
3. start this new diet...
4. while on the diet take the vitamins.
5. take vitamins before lunch
ecc ecc

Don't misunderstand me guys and Helen, i'm grateful, but maybe you/we need to make things more "communicative", this is like throwing a list to someone and telling "now make a cake". Ingredients must be used wisely, one after another, to make a good cake. :)

You need to undertstand that most of this experimenting is worthless, since we have more than 1 case of imbalances here. This is why I am struggling.

This is why we are trying to test people with bloods or hair. and then see what cures them , so then we can define protocols for all cases.

Other than that, you can just go and look at successful cases like Scenes, or Rwac, or raincoast. etc. Jack17, etc. and try to follow those guys what they did.
What should pfs people with low estrogen do?

We have very few people recovered yet. You can read their threads. RWAC Scenes, Raincoast, Jack 17 etc. those people were not on hairtests. they either took hormones, like Jack17. Or they did a sort of electrolytes protocol.

this is why we dont know the taste of a good cake yet. We are still trying to come up with a recipe.

Is there a different protocol to the one you mentioned for people with low estrogen?

I definitely have low estrogen.

You are Italian right? Work with user @wuf he is Italian as well and has been around a while and could also explain things easier to you in Italian

"TO GET A HAIRTEST AND ADVICE FROM ARL CONTACT Catherine [email protected]. YOU will be provided a hairtest , a program how to fix you ,exact diet for your case and you can also buy supplements from ARL so you dont have to do combine it yourself."

by Lawrence Wilson, MD

Yes just the hair test and the programme they give you. in the very very short term, could always get some emergen-c and maybe look into LDN (low dose naltrexone) for your mental health (just a thought). so yeh, do the programme and see where you get to in a few months. keep researching/reading this forum and other places and you will start to feel more grounded about your options and situation.

Follow the hair test and you will be fully balanced. Meaning cured of all symptoms, not just PFS.

It’s the best protocol around here and a sure bet to better health, but it’s also not an easy road. You could have periods that will make you feel worse, but it’s part of the program. Takes months or even longer and it’s expensive (about 450 bucks for a hair test and supps which lasts you 2 months).

Most people around here are trying different routes, protocols that are easier, less time consuming and cost effective, but if you are diciplined (and willing to pour coffee up your butthole) and have more symptoms than just ED or low libido, get on it. :)

I didn't know arl was that much more expensive than trace elements. It's twice the money all together. I think tei is a lot easier on the body especially for some people who are already in extremely poor condition.

Are you saying that these guys have the cure?
Are you cured?

is this thei website? >>> by Lawrence Wilson, MD
doesn't look like a reliable web site. How can i know that there's a doctor on the other side? Consider that currently i depend on my parents, how the hell can i show them that website, asking them lots of money to get cured by dr.who?
And i have all the symptoms except the sexual ones.. incredible, uh?

yeah try to add Bs
I’ve always reacted funny to bs. I feel like they lower my estrogen.

I notice on aminos plus potassium that my cortisol definitely goes down due to the aminos. And I feel okay. But it also I think lowers my copper / estrogen temporarily before a bounce back to a higher level of copper / estrogen.

So frustrating having this condition. Would literally do anything to have it gone and have my life back.

Show them information on nutritional balancing and that it's better than any doctor or hospital can come up with. It specifically measures your body needs and tries to balance you. You send in your hair and they burn it and check the mineral patterns in the leftovers. The computer calculates which supplements you should take based on the hair test results. You can order their supplements or try to collect them yourselves, although that's a hassle. You'll need to retest every 3 months, at least as your body changes. Preferably even sooner during the beginning. You won't need a doctor or practitioner. Dr Wilson is a fruitcake but his take on nutritional balancing is amazing. He and Helen share the same wisdom on all of this.

I'm not cured. I've had PFS for 14 years now, but ARL is definitely helping. I've just started my second cycle, though but I expect more improvements as I continue. It's a lifestyle though. And you need to be disciplined. I'm eating nearly a kilo of vegetables each day, I do coffee enema's, liver flushes and infrared sauna's, which all contribute to better health.

Also, solvepfs.com used to keep track of recoveries (maybe they still do), among them 3 recovered by following Wilson’s lifestyle. Four if you include Mario, who basically followed the electrolyte protocol, but also took a lot of minerals and liver support.

Quit guessing. You have no clue whether it lowers your copper or estrogen. Take a hair test and follow the program for a cycle of two/three and see where you are at. Try to measure your hormones as well along the road.

When you talk about potassium being low in the cell, do you mean RBC potassium levels?
Because my RBC potassium was way above the reference range when I tested blood a few months ago. Maybe I have the opposite issue?
Also my hair sodium and potassium were very high

When I tried betain in the past I got worse, it felt like something was poking the lining of my stomach. Bloating got worse, and my knees began to hurt. I get these symptoms when I take sodium and potassium chloride as well.

Platinum plus Amino acids does the same to me but the difference is that gives me a mental boost.

I am currently reading about Renal Tubular Acidosis recently, I think For me it might be the kidneys
