Hello everyone.
I'm new here, a guy told me about this place.
I apologize if this is off topic but i'm looking for help and by now i'm very very confused (and scared, of course).
I read the first page of this thread so, maybe, i read the protocol, right?

Now i'm really confused, because:
1. I think i have pfs (i say that i think cause is not something it can be diagnosed) and i already found the cd nuts protocol on the web, so... what should i do?
2. this protocol looks so... ehm... technical? i still don't understand what to do, in practice. If i did understand well, i just need to do a hair test and someone will tell me what to eat and which medications take, right? Just this? Nothing else? Is this the cure?

Plus: i quit finastride in february and i am applying on my scalp, on alternate days, a solution containing 1% progesterone, 0,02% estrone, 0,04% hydrocortisone butyrate. My dermatologist says that is absolutely safe. What do you think? Can i follow the protocol and keep on taking care of my hairs?

Thank you.
Sonic

p.s. my hormones, after i quit propecia, checked out fine: t, dht, p... all is fine. strangely i have low zinc (while taking propecia i had high zinc), and high cholesterol.

Here is one of the most in depth recoveries from solvepfs I still had bookmarked (it’s a pdf file);

http://www.solvepfs.com/download/file.php?id=175

It has lots of B vitamines, minerals and liver support, even Q10, much like the electrolyte protocol. Any other parts that are worthy of adding to yours @Helen? His regimen is on page 18. Has some interesting stuff in it..

@zsoka
Id probably up the dosage of every electrolyte by 100 mg, and what you are doing by sipping on it throught the day is probably the best way to absorb them. I think Ca to P ratio should be 3:2
How much water are you drinking a day?

I got a couple of questions if somebody could answer me.

What would be a good dosage of lysine HCL before a meal?

What are some alternative ways to increase HCL production in stomach? black pepper seems to stimulate HCL production, ACV would help with ph.

Taurine suplementation? It provides sulphur for detox, helps shuttle pottasium and magnesium into the cell, helps with bile production.

Btw im currently experimenting with this protocol and so far i am doing great, the biggest change i got is that i always feel like my energy reserves are full, i feel like i can put so much energy into things, my movements have become so precise and i can think very clearly lol. cant remember the last time i felt this good.

@Go_faster_Sonic start with either this protocol, the protocol you'd get in your hair test, or the CD Nuts protocol, whichever one you choose commit to it for at least a few months. Personally I'd start with CDNuts protocol as it's a great way to get yourself into the routine and dedicated mindset you will need on your path to recovery and you'll pick up habits that you'll maintain during all your other protocols (if CDNuts doesn't cure you)

Anyone have diarrhea when they went on ARL. Trying to figure out what causes it. I hardly ever have that issue in my entire life to this point , and now it is bad and at times I have to find a bathroom quick - this happened while I was on full protocol, I’ve been almost 2 months on electrolyte protocol now

If you are on ARL, dont mix it with anything.
