Even low dose? Really mi face is horrible, super oily, i look like a teenager. Anything else i can do?
Don't touch accutane sanka
I'd really like to trade my now dry skin with the oily skin I used to have

As Orion said, it's most likely an hormonal imbalance, related with minerals. Also, focus on the gut, I don't advise a low carb diet but restraining from too much grains could be helpful as long as you keep a high caloric intake . Anti inflammatory diet and usual gut supplements

But those suggestion might not tackle the cause, and I believe balancing yourself in the long term is what you need to do

Before I took accutane and had acne, food with high IG level ( white carbs, beer, cooked carrots, sugar ) would make my skin much much oilier . I suspect it was an issue with insulin . I would literally get tingling in the skin of my face 15 minutes after ingesting those foods.

After my crash with accutane these tingling reactions never occurred again

Anyone know the best way to take sodium chlorde? Should I just add more salt to my food or is it better to take in a tablet form? Also would bicarbonate of soda be another potential addition if we have lowish sodium levels?

I salt my food to taste and take 1/4teaspoon(1gram) of each chloride Na and K with my betaine at every meal.

my salt shaker is a 50/50 blend of salt and 'no-salt' potassium.

Interesting. If you happen to put more than 1 gram per meal, does it become too salty for you?

It's weird. My taste buds really crave salt. I simply "follow" them regarding how much and it seems to be never enough.
I find myself putting a tsp. (around 5 grams) per meal. Sometimes more. I may be taking around 10-20 grams of salt per day.
I actually think the dosage I take some days is quite high.

I must say I put fleur de sel (more expensive) or traditional sea salt. Completely different from refined salt/table salt/NaCl. With those, indeed, I can't handle more than a 1/4 tsp. Sea salt seems to not salt food that much.

I'm just worried about the effects on the heart, I'm a young guy (21) but both my granddads have had heart trouble. I heard a radio interview where they looked at a tribe in South America and the old guys who didn't have any salt in their diet had the hearts of 20 year olds. It's the same reason I'm scared of trialling Pramipexole and Cabergoline

Can you measure out the KCl, MgCl₂, NaCl and take them all in one shot after a single meal. In water/ blended if necessary?
Maybe it's better to just megadose Eidon ionic mineral solutions at that point.

Ask TubZy to see how he is doing it. I am going to run the electrolyte protocol to keep strengthening the body and make new libido gains.

I wonder if it builds up in system over time. Does anyone have evidence of it? I feel like the more I take the less I need over time. Like the “excess betaine feeling” I get takes less and less as time goes on.

Maybe we are just “filling up the stomach acid tank” too much over time. Yea a few days off like that could be good or maybe just cut in half to like a pill every other meal. Or even half a pill per meal.
I've seen people mentioning that is kind of a feedback system. So, you are giving acid to your stomach, so your body will try to replenish the amount of acid it had before.
At the same time, this sounds kinda quack, but who knows. After all, there are those strategies to increase the amount of stomach acid with foods too.

The truth is, most people that start taking Betaine HCl, usually begin to need less and less dosage to have the same benefits (like you are experience) and reach a point they won't be needing to supplement it anymore. It could be indeed something like you've said "filling up the stomach acid tank"

I also had this...
I stopped it and digest well my meat meals, but last night I had a fatty meal and I woke up during the night with some stomach wieght....

I think the issue is about having a bad stomach lining, some irritation there...

Yes Canari, I know I have this problem too, whenever I eat/drink something acidic or spicy... citric acid, or when I took ascorbic acid I have the worst reactions, I bloat like a freakin' blowfish. even my face gets crazy swollen, the worst reaction I ever had was when I took Bile salts. I looked 9 months pregnant and my face was unrecognizable. Eventhough I know I am deficient in acids, I know that for sure, its just that I have a terribly sensitive gut lining, lots of inflammation down there. and i'm not sure how to fix it.

Can citric acid cause stomach bloating/ water retention? I started eating it with every meal for some reason (someone recommended it, but even if I'm half-dead, I'm healthier than they are).

I added lime or lemon to most meals I cooked in the last 7 days.
Next time I see them, I'm throwing a bunch of limes at their face. Haha jk.

Definitely can, the citric acid thats in processed food is made from mold (aspergillus niger) wich you could be allergic to, lots of people are. But you could be like me too, I cant even have natural citric acid like lemonjuice in water because of the acid, it bloats me up cause it irritates my gut lining.

I think other acids were fine for me... I ate hot sauce/spicy food with everything (before getting ill/pfs/whatever).
Now I'm avoiding that. I always avoided acidic food in my mid to late 20's bc they interfere with a medicine I was on before.
Still ate spicy food though. Now not so much, very plain except for some herbs. Thx @esp90.

When younger, I ate rock salt like candy. I'd let it dissolve in my mouth while I watched TV or played games. I enjoyed it, and I've been known to do it now. It never dissolved so fast that the saltiness was unpleasant. It's a fun when you find the big clear ones in the box, because you know how good they will be. Howbeit this form of salt is impure, so that should be considered.

With sodium bicarbonate, you have the alkalinity for which to account.

I am going to try aloe juice.
I think olive leaf is good too.
Taking bitters might be a better idea than taking acids.
Fasting is sure good lol but needs even more care for coming out.
Dont ask me about eating pepper or chili!
My actual diet of 100% animal food suits at least my stomach and guts... My purse and my mouth are less happy...
lol I have never been over 5 months looking pregnant!
